1 John 1
1 That which was from the beginning, that which we have heard, that which we have seen with our eyes, that which we beheld, and our hands handled, concerning the Word of Life—
Mambu momo maba vana thonono, momo tuwa, momo tumona mu mesometo, momo tutala ayi momo tusimba mu mioko mieto, momo matedi mambu mamvananga luzingu mawu tueti samuna.
2 and the Life appeared, and we have seen, and testify, and declare to you the continuous Life, which was with the Father, and was revealed to us— (aiōnios g166)
Luzingu lutotuka. Beto tumona luawu ayi tulembo yolukila luawu ayi lulembo kulusanunina luzingu lu kalumani, lolo luba kuidi Tata ayi lolobatumonisa. (aiōnios g166)
3 we declare to you that which we have seen and heard, that you also may have fellowship with us, and our fellowship [is] with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ;
Momo tumona ayi tuwa mawu tukulusamunina muingi beno mamveno luba mu kithuadi ayi beto; muaki kithuadi kieto kidi mu Tata ayi mu muanꞌandi Yesu Klisto.
4 and these things we write to you, that your joy may be full.
Ayi tulusonikini mambu mama mu diambu di khini eno yiba yiduka.
5 And this is the message that we have heard from Him, and announce to you, that God is light, and darkness is not in Him at all;
Tala mawu mama mambu tuwa kuidi niandi ayi tulembo kulusamunina: Nzambi widi kiezila ayi mu niandi muisi kadi tombi ko.
6 if we may say, “We have fellowship with Him,” and may walk in the darkness—we lie, and do not [speak] the truth;
Enati tulembo tubi ti tuidi mu kithuadi ayi niandi vayi tulembodiatila mu tombi, buna tulembu vuni ayi tusadilanga kiedika ko.
7 and if we may walk in the light, as He is in the light—we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of His Son Jesus Christ cleanses us from every sin;
Vayi enati tundiatila mu kiezila banga niandi veka bukadidi mu kiezila, buna tuidi mu kithuadi kimosi ayi buna menga ma Yesu Klisto, muanꞌandi, meti kutuvedisa mu moso ka masumu.
8 if we may say, “We have no sin,” we lead ourselves astray, and the truth is not in us;
Enati tulembo tubi ti tuisi ko masumu, buna tulembo kukivuni beto veka ayi kiedika kisi ko mu beto.
9 if we may confess our sins, He is steadfast and righteous that He may forgive us the sins, and may cleanse us from every unrighteousness;
Muaki enati tulembo kikinina masumu meto, niandi widi wukuikamaayi wusonga mu kutulemvukilanga masumu meto ayi mu kutuvedisa mu yoso ka mbimbi.
10 if we may say, “We have not sinned,” we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
Enati tulembo tubi ti tuisia vola ko masumu; buna tulembo kitula Nzambi nkua luvunu ayi mambu mandi masi ko mu beto.
