1 Dare anyone of you, having a matter with the other, go to be judged before the unrighteous, and not before the holy ones?

2 Have you not known that the holy ones will judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy of the smaller judgments?

Pathien mingeiin rammuol roijêk an tih, ti nin riet loi mo? Rammuol roi luo mana nin la jêk rang anînte, roi achînte jêk rang hi nin jêk thei loi mo?

3 Have you not known that we will judge messengers? Why not then the things of life?

Vântîrtonngei khom ei la jêk ngei rang anni ti nin riet loi mo? Hi damsûng roi vâng chu ti rang luo nâng mak.

4 Of the things of life, indeed, then, if you may have judgment, those despised in the Assembly—these you cause to sit;

Ma anghan damsûng roijêk rang ahong om duoiin chu, koiindanga itea tel bâkloi mingei nin min jêk rang mo?

5 I speak to your shame: so there is not among you one wise man, not even one, who will be able to discern in the midst of his brothers!

Nin inzakna ranga ki ti ani! Nin Khristien champuingei lâia roi injêl jêk thei mivâr inkhat luo nin om loi mo?

6 But brother with brother goes to be judged, and this before unbelievers!

Manêkin, khristien ankhatin a sûngsuok leh an insûkloina roijêkna mintungin sonongngei a man jêk ngâi hi!

7 Already, indeed, then, there is altogether a fault among you, that you have judgments with one another; why do you not rather suffer injustice? Why not be defrauded?

Roi injêl nin dôn ngâi sika hin chukloina tak nin dôn ti chu ânlang ani. Tho minchâia aom hah nin ta rangin asa uol nimak mo? Muruka aom hah nan ta rangin asa uol nimak mo?

8 But you do injustice, and you defraud, and these—brothers!

Manêkin nangni rengin nin tho minchâi inlôm ngâia, nin inru inlôm ngâi, nin lâibungngei le nin sarnungei lelê leh khom!

9 Have you not known that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be led astray; neither whoremongers, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor sodomites,

Adiktakin mipuoloi ngeiin Pathien Rêngram luo noni ngei ti nin riet loi mo? Nin thethenin inhuong no roi; inditnasaloi song ngei, mirmil biekngei, inrêngei, hurngei, pinkuohurngei

10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God.

aninônchu inrungei, tamrâivalngei, ju inrûingei, inngo song ngei, murukmeret tho ngei hin Pathien Rêngram luo tet noni ngei.

11 And certain of you were these! But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were declared righteous, in the Name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God.

Nangni khom senkhat chu ma anga mi nin lei ni ngâi. Aniatachu, sietna renga rusûk minsâiin Pathien kôm pêk nin ni zoia; ei Pumapa Jisua Khrista le ei Pathien Ratha sikin Pathien kôm adik nin chang zoi.

12 All things are lawful to me, but all things are not profitable; all things are lawful to me, but I will not be under authority by any;

Tumakhatin, “Keima rangin jâttin tho phal ani,” a ti thei. Asa; aniatachu jâttin tho hi nangma rangin sa suolet mak. Jâttin keima rangin tho phal ani ki ti thei, aniatachu ite suokin om no ning.

13 the meats [are] for the belly, and the belly for the meats. And God will make useless both this and these; and the body [is] not for whoredom, but for the LORD, and the LORD for the body;

Tumakhatin, “Sâk nêk chu von ta rang ania, von chu sâk nêk ta rang ani,” a ti thei. Asa; aniatachu, Pathien'n minboi ruruoi atih. Takpum hih inditnasaloia mang rang nimaka, Pumapa sinthona mang rang kêng ani; male Pumapa'n takpum ranga anângngei a pêk minhun ngâi ani.

14 and God raised both the LORD, and will raise us up through His power.

15 Have you not known that your bodies are members of Christ? Having taken, then, the members of the Christ, will I make [them] members of a prostitute? Let it not be!

Nin takpumngei hah Khrista takpum amachangngei ani ti nin riet. Khrista takpum amachangngei hah lâkpên notizuor ngei takpum amachangin ki minchang rang mo? Ni tet mak!

16 Have you not known that he who is joined to the prostitute is one body? For it says, “The two will be into one flesh.”

Notizuor inzompui mi hah chu notizuor leh takpum inkhat an ni ti nin riet loi mo? Pathien lekhabu'n ânthârtakin, “Anruonin takpum inkhat hong nîng an tih,” ati.

17 And he who is joined to the LORD is one spirit;

Aniatachu, Pumapa inzompui mi hah chu ama leh ratha pumkhat an ni.

18 flee the whoredom; every sin—whatever a man may commit—is outside the body, and he who is committing whoredom sins against his own body.

Inditnasaloi hih mong ta roi miriemin sietna dang a tho ngei nâm chu a takpum pêntieng ania, inditnasaloi song mi rêk chu ama takpum chunga nunsie a tho ani.

19 Have you not known that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit in you, which you have from God? And you are not your own,

Nin takpum hah nin sûnga om Pathien nangni pêk Ratha Inthieng biekin ani ti nin rietloi mo? Nin ta nikhâi mak choia, Pathien ta kêng nin ni;

20 for you were bought with a price; glorify, then, God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

mana rochôk kêng nin ni zoi. Masikin nin takpumngei hah Pathien roiinpuina rangin mang roi.
