1 Corinthians 6
1 Dare anyone of you, having a matter with the other, go to be judged before the unrighteous, and not before the holy ones?
ⲁ̅ⲞⲨⲞⲚ ⲞⲨⲀⲒ ⲚⲀⲈⲢⲦⲞⲖⲘⲀⲚ ϦⲈⲚⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲈⲞⲨⲞⲚⲦⲈϤ ⲞⲨϨⲰⲂ ⲞⲨⲦⲰϤ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲠⲈϤϢⲪⲎⲢ ⲈϬⲒϨⲀⲠ ϨⲒ ⲚⲒⲢⲈϤϬⲒⲚϪⲞⲚⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ϨⲒ ⲚⲒⲀⲄⲒⲞⲤ ⲀⲚ.
2 Have you not known that the holy ones will judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy of the smaller judgments?
ⲃ̅ϢⲀⲚ ⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲈⲘⲒ ⲀⲚ ϪⲈ ⲚⲒⲀⲄⲒⲞⲤ ⲈⲐⲚⲀϮ ϨⲀⲠ ⲈⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲒⲤϪⲈ ⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲈⲨⲚⲀϮϨⲀⲠ ⲈⲢⲞϤ ϦⲈⲚⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲚⲀⲢⲈⲦⲈⲚⲘⲠϢⲀ ⲀⲚ ϪⲈ ⲚϨⲀⲚⲔⲞⲨϪⲒ ⲘⲘⲀ ⲚϮϨⲀⲠ.
3 Have you not known that we will judge messengers? Why not then the things of life?
ⲅ̅ⲚⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲈⲘⲒ ⲀⲚ ϪⲈ ⲈⲚⲚⲀϮϨⲀⲠ ⲈϨⲀⲚⲀⲄⲄⲈⲖⲞⲤ ⲘⲎⲦⲒ ⲄⲈ ϨⲀⲚϨⲂⲎⲞⲨⲒ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲀⲒⲂⲒⲞⲤ.
4 Of the things of life, indeed, then, if you may have judgment, those despised in the Assembly—these you cause to sit;
ⲇ̅ⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲘⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲚ ⲈⲞⲨⲞⲚⲦⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲘⲘⲀⲨ ⲚϨⲀⲚⲘⲀⲚϮϨⲀⲠ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲀⲒⲂⲒⲞⲤ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲦϢⲎϢ ϦⲈⲚϮⲈⲔⲔⲖⲎⲤⲒⲀ ⲚⲀⲒ ⲘⲀⲦϨⲈⲘⲤⲰⲞⲨ.
5 I speak to your shame: so there is not among you one wise man, not even one, who will be able to discern in the midst of his brothers!
ⲉ̅ⲈⲒϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ⲈⲨϪⲪⲒⲞ ⲚⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲠⲀⲒⲢⲎϮ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ϨⲖⲒ ⲚⲤⲀⲂⲈ ϦⲈⲚⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲈⲞⲨⲞⲚ ϢϪⲞⲘ ⲘⲘⲞϤ ⲈⲈⲢⲆⲒⲀⲔⲢⲒⲚⲒⲚ ⲞⲨⲦⲈ ⲠⲈϤⲤⲞⲚ.
6 But brother with brother goes to be judged, and this before unbelievers!
ⲋ̅ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲞⲨⲤⲞⲚ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲞⲨⲤⲞⲚ ⲈϤϬⲒϨⲀⲠ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲪⲀⲒ ϨⲒ ⲚⲒⲀⲐⲚⲀϨϮ.
7 Already, indeed, then, there is altogether a fault among you, that you have judgments with one another; why do you not rather suffer injustice? Why not be defrauded?
ⲍ̅ϨⲎⲆⲎ ⲘⲈⲚ ϨⲞⲖⲰⲤ ⲞⲨⲐⲈⲂⲒⲞ ⲚⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲠⲈ ϪⲈ ⲞⲨⲞⲚⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚ ϨⲀⲠ ⲘⲘⲀⲨ ⲞⲨⲦⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲈⲦⲈⲚⲈⲢⲎⲞⲨ ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲞⲨ ⲘⲀⲖⲖⲞⲚ ⲤⲈϬⲒ ⲘⲘⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲚϪⲞⲚⲤ ⲀⲚ ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲞⲨ ⲘⲀⲖⲖⲞⲚ ⲤⲈϤⲰϪⲒ ⲘⲘⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲀⲚ.
8 But you do injustice, and you defraud, and these—brothers!
ⲏ̅ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲚⲐⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲈⲦϬⲒⲚϪⲞⲚⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲈⲦϤⲰϪⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲪⲀⲒ ⲚⲚⲈⲦⲈⲚⲤⲚⲎⲞⲨ.
9 Have you not known that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be led astray; neither whoremongers, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor sodomites,
ⲑ̅ϢⲀⲚ ⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲈⲘⲒ ⲀⲚ ϪⲈ ⲚⲒⲢⲈϤϬⲒⲚϪⲞⲚⲤ ϮⲘⲈⲦⲞⲨⲢⲞ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲤⲈⲚⲀⲈⲢⲔⲖⲎⲢⲞⲚⲞⲘⲒⲚ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ⲀⲚ ⲘⲠⲈⲢⲤⲰⲢⲈⲘ ϪⲈ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲠⲞⲢⲚⲞⲤ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲢⲈϤϢⲀⲘϢⲈ ⲒⲆⲰⲖⲞⲚ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲚⲰⲒⲔ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲘⲀⲖⲀⲔⲞⲤ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲢⲈϤⲈⲚⲔⲞⲦ ⲚⲈⲘ ϨⲰⲞⲨⲦ.
10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God.
ⲓ̅ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲢⲈϤϬⲒⲞⲨⲒ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲢⲈϤϬⲒⲚϪⲞⲚⲤ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲢⲈϤⲐⲒϦⲒ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲢⲈϤϮϢⲰϢ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲢⲈϤϨⲰⲖⲈⲘ ϮⲘⲈⲦⲞⲨⲢⲞ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲤⲈⲚⲀⲈⲢⲔⲖⲎ ⲢⲞⲚⲞⲘⲒⲚ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ⲀⲚ.
11 And certain of you were these! But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were declared righteous, in the Name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God.
ⲓ̅ⲁ̅ⲔⲈ ⲦⲀⲨⲦⲀ ⲚⲈⲚⲐⲰⲦⲈⲚ ϨⲀⲚⲞⲨⲞⲚ ⲠⲈ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲀⲨϪⲈⲔⲈⲘ ⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲀⲨⲦⲞⲨⲂⲈ ⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲀⲨⲐⲘⲀⲒⲈ ⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ϦⲈⲚⲪⲢⲀⲚ ⲘⲠⲈⲚϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲒⲎⲤⲞⲨⲤ ⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲚⲈⲘ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲒⲠⲚⲈⲨⲘⲀⲚⲦⲈⲠⲈⲦⲈⲚⲚⲞⲨϮ.
12 All things are lawful to me, but all things are not profitable; all things are lawful to me, but I will not be under authority by any;
ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ⲈⲜⲈⲤⲦⲒⲚ ⲚⲎⲒ ⲈⲈⲢϨⲰⲂ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲤⲈⲈⲢⲚⲞϤⲢⲒ ⲦⲎⲢⲞⲨ ⲀⲚ ⲈⲜⲈⲤⲦⲒⲚ ⲚⲎⲒ ⲈⲈⲢϨⲰⲂ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲚⲚⲈϢ ϨⲖⲒ ⲒⲢⲒ ⲘⲠⲀⲈⲢϢⲒϢⲒ.
13 the meats [are] for the belly, and the belly for the meats. And God will make useless both this and these; and the body [is] not for whoredom, but for the LORD, and the LORD for the body;
ⲓ̅ⲅ̅ⲚⲒϦⲢⲎⲞⲨⲒ ⲀⲨⲬⲎ ⲚϮⲚⲈϪⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ϮⲚⲈϪⲒ ⲚⲚⲒϦⲢⲎⲞⲨⲒ ⲐⲀⲒ ⲆⲈ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲒⲔⲈⲬⲰⲞⲨⲚⲒ ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲚⲀⲔⲞⲢϤⲞⲨ ⲠⲒⲤⲰⲘⲀ ⲆⲈ ⲚⲀϤⲬⲎ ⲚϮⲠⲞⲢⲚⲒⲀ ⲀⲚ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲘⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲘⲠⲒⲤⲰⲘⲀ.
14 and God raised both the LORD, and will raise us up through His power.
ⲓ̅ⲇ̅ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲆⲈ ⲀϤⲦⲞⲨⲚⲞⲤ ⲠⲈⲚϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲚⲞⲚ ϨⲰⲚ ⲈϤⲈⲦⲞⲨⲚⲞⲤⲦⲈⲚ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲈⲚ ⲦⲈϤϪⲞⲘ.
15 Have you not known that your bodies are members of Christ? Having taken, then, the members of the Christ, will I make [them] members of a prostitute? Let it not be!
ⲓ̅ⲉ̅ⲚⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲈⲘⲒ ⲀⲚ ϪⲈ ⲚⲈⲦⲈⲚⲤⲰⲘⲀ ϨⲀⲚⲘⲈⲖⲞⲤ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲚⲈⲚⲦⲀⲰⲖⲒ ⲞⲨⲚ ⲚⲚⲒⲘⲈⲖⲞⲤ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲚⲦⲀⲀⲒⲦⲞⲨ ⲘⲘⲈⲖⲞⲤ ⲘⲠⲞⲢⲚⲎ ⲚⲚⲈⲤϢⲰⲠⲒ
16 Have you not known that he who is joined to the prostitute is one body? For it says, “The two will be into one flesh.”
ⲓ̅ⲋ̅ϢⲀⲚ ⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲈⲘⲒ ⲀⲚ ϪⲈ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲦⲰⲘⲒ ⲘⲘⲞϤ ⲈϮⲠⲞⲢⲚⲎ ⲞⲨⲤⲰⲘⲀ ⲚⲞⲨⲰⲦ ⲠⲈ ⲈⲨⲈϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲠⲈϪⲀϤ ⲘⲠⲂ ⲈⲨⲤⲀⲢⲜ ⲚⲞⲨⲰⲦ.
17 And he who is joined to the LORD is one spirit;
ⲓ̅ⲍ̅ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲦⲰⲘⲒ ⲘⲘⲞϤ ⲈⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲞⲨⲠⲚⲈⲨⲘⲀⲚⲞⲨⲰⲦ.
18 flee the whoredom; every sin—whatever a man may commit—is outside the body, and he who is committing whoredom sins against his own body.
ⲓ̅ⲏ̅ⲪⲰⲦ ⲤⲀⲂⲞⲖ ⲚϮⲠⲞⲢⲚⲒⲀ ⲚⲞⲂⲒ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲠⲒⲢⲰⲘⲒ ⲚⲀⲀⲒϤ ϤⲤⲀⲂⲞⲖ ⲘⲠⲒⲤⲰⲘⲀ ⲪⲎ ⲆⲈ ⲈⲦⲈⲢⲠⲞⲢⲚⲈⲨⲒⲚ ⲀϤⲈⲢⲚⲞⲂⲒ ⲈⲠⲈϤⲤⲰⲘⲀ ⲘⲘⲒⲚ ⲘⲘⲞϤ.
19 Have you not known that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit in you, which you have from God? And you are not your own,
ⲓ̅ⲑ̅ϢⲀⲚ ⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲈⲘⲒ ⲀⲚ ϪⲈ ⲚⲈⲦⲈⲚⲤⲰⲘⲀ ⲞⲨⲈⲢⲪⲈⲒ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲒⲠⲚⲈⲨⲘⲀⲈⲐⲞⲨⲀⲂ ⲠⲈ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦϢⲞⲠ ϦⲈⲚⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲀⲢⲈⲦⲈⲚϬⲒⲦϤ ⲚⲦⲈⲚ ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲐⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲪⲰⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚ ⲀⲚ.
20 for you were bought with a price; glorify, then, God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
ⲕ̅ⲀⲨϢⲈⲠ ⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ϦⲀ ⲞⲨⲦⲒⲘⲎ ⲘⲀⲰⲞⲨ ⲘⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ϦⲈⲚⲚⲈⲦⲈⲚⲤⲰⲘⲀ.
