< 1 Corinthians 3 >
1 And I, brothers, was not able to speak to you as to spiritual, but as to fleshly—as to babies in Christ;
2 with milk I fed you, and not with meat, for you were not yet able, but not even yet are you now able,
Kei naw angcang käh ning jah mbei lü cihtui ni ka ning jah tu. Isetiakyaküng nangmi cun angcang am ei thei ham u ki. Tuh pi am ei thei ham u ki.
3 for yet you are fleshly, for where [there is] among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are you not fleshly, and walk in the manner of men?
Isetiakyaküng, hin khawmdeka khyange xüna kba nami xüngkiea kyase ni. Hmuhmsitnak ja ngvawknak nami ksunga vekia kyase, pumsa khyanga kya u lü, khawmdek khyanga vea mäiha nami ve hamkia am kyaki aw?
4 For when one may say, “I, indeed, am of Paul,” and another, “I—of Apollos,” are you not fleshly?
Nangmi üngka mat naw, “Pawluh ka läki” akce naw, “Apawluh ka läki” nami ti ta, khawmdek khyangea kba nami vecawhki am ni aw?
5 Who, then, is Paul, and who Apollos, but servants through whom you believed, and to each as the LORD gave?
U ni Apawluh ta? U ni Pawluh ta? Nami jum vai ja ning jah cehpüiki Pamhnama mpyaea kani kyaki. Bawipa a jah mtat khut bikia mat cima kani kyaki.
6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God was giving growth;
Kei naw ka nglinki, Apawluh naw tui buiki, acunsepi, Pamhnam naw va dämsaki.
7 so that neither is he who is planting anything, nor he who is watering, but He who is giving growth—God;
Acunakyase, dämsaki cun Pamhnam kya lü nglinki ja buiki naw i am khyaih khawh.
8 and he who is planting and he who is watering are one, and each will receive his own reward according to his own labor,
Mci sawki ja tui buiki hngalangnak am ve, ani pawha kba Pamhnam naw jah thung be khai.
9 for we are fellow-workmen of God; you are God’s tillage, God’s building.
Nangmi cun Pamhnama laia kya lü keimie cun Pamhnama phäh atänga khut kami biki. Nangmi cun Pamhnama imloa pi nami kyaki.
10 According to the grace of God that was given to me, as a wise master-builder, I have laid a foundation, and another builds on [it],
Pamhnam naw a na pet bäkhäknak sumei lü sawngsa theikia bilawh akba tüneinak ka taki. A cuna khana akce naw sawngsaki. Lüpi nangmi mat cim naw ihawkba nami sawngsak cun sitih ua.
11 for no one is able to lay another foundation except that which is laid, which is Jesus the Christ;
Pamhnam naw tüneinak mat däka kyaki Jesuh Khritaw a tak pänga kya lü u naw pi tüneinak akce am ta yah.
12 and if anyone builds on this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw—
Avang naw xüi, ngui ja aphumah lung sumei lü tüneinaka khana sawngsa khaie. Akcee naw thing, mphyaw ja cangkpa sumei khaie.
13 the work will become visible of each, for the day will declare [it], because it is revealed in fire, and the work of each, what kind it is, the fire will prove;
Khyang mat cima bilawh cun Khritawa khawmhnüp naw mdan law lü mi hmu law khai. Acuna mhnüp üng khyang naküta bilawh cun mei naw kcet lü akcang cun mdan khai.
14 if the work of anyone remains that he built on [it], he will receive a wage;
Tüneinaka khana jah sawngsak cun mei naw amceih ta sawngsaki naw ngkhyengnak yah khai.
15 if the work of any is burned up, he will suffer loss, but himself will be saved, but so as through fire.
Na bilawh mei naw a uih päih ta amdang vai ni cunsepi mei üng a bilawh lätki cun küikyannak yah khai.
16 Have you not known that you are a temple of God, and the Spirit of God dwells in you?
Nami k'uma Pamhnama Ngmüimkhya vekia kyase nangmi cun Pamhnama Templea nami kyaki ti cun nami ksingki.
17 If anyone ruins the temple of God, God will ruin him; for the temple of God is holy, which you are.
Pamhnama temple kpyehki a u pi, Pamhnam naw ani pi kpyeh hnga khai ni. Pamhnama temple cun ngcimcaihki kyase namimät kung pi acuna templea nami kyaki.
18 Let no one deceive himself; if anyone seems to be wise among you in this age—let him become a fool, that he may become wise, (aiōn )
Namimät käh mawngsak u. Nami ksunga mat naw hina khawmdek üng themkia a ngaih üng, a themnak law vaia ang ma se. (aiōn )
19 for the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God, for it has been written: “Who is taking the wise in their craftiness”;
Hina khawmdeka themnak cun Pamhnama ngaih a angnak ni. “Pamhnam naw khyang ktheme cun, ami mäta ksingnak am jah angsaki” tia a ng’yuki ni.
20 and again, “The LORD knows the reasonings of the wise, that they are vain.”
“Bawipa naw, khyang kthemea ngaihnak amdanga kyaki ti cun ksingki” tia pyenki.
21 So then, let no one glory in men, for all things are yours,
Acunakyase, aupi a bilawhnak thei üng käh awhcah kawm. A naküt hin Mhnama ka ni.
22 whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things about to be—all are yours,
Pawluha pi kyase, Apawluha pi kyase, Pitaa pi kyase, khawmdeka pi kyase, xünnaka pi kyase, thihnaka pi kyase, ve k'umkia pi kyase, ve law khaia pi kyase, avan nami ka ni,
23 and you [are] Christ’s, and Christ [is] God’s.
nangmi pi Khritawa ka kya lü, Khritaw pi Pamhnama ka ni.
