1 Corinthians 10
1 And I do not wish you to be ignorant, brothers, that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea,
၁ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ မောရှေဦးဆောင်သောငါတို့၏ ဘိုးဘေးများအကြောင်းကိုသတိရစေလို၏။ သူတို့သည်မိုးတိမ်၏အကွယ်အကာရ၍ ပင်လယ်နီကိုဘေးမဲ့လုံခြုံစွာဖြတ်သန်းခဲ့ ကြ၏။-
2 and all were immersed into Moses in the cloud, and in the sea;
၂သူတို့သည်ထိုမိုးတိမ်နှင့်ပင်လယ်ထဲ၌မောရှေ ၏တပည့်များအဖြစ်ဗတ္တိဇံမင်္ဂလာခံယူ ကြ၏။-
3 and all ate the same spiritual food,
၃သူတို့အားလုံးပင်ဋ္ဌမ္မအစာတစ်မျိုးတည်း ကိုစားကြရ၏။-
4 and all drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking of a spiritual rock following them, and the rock was the Christ;
၄ဋ္ဌမ္မရေစာတစ်မျိုးတည်းကိုသောက်ကြရ၏။ သူ တို့အားလုံးပင်မိမိတို့နှင့်လိုက်ပါလာသော ဋ္ဌမ္မကျောက်မှရေကိုသောက်သုံးကြရ၏။ ထို ကျောက်ကားခရစ်တော်ပင်ဖြစ်သတည်း။-
5 but in the most of them God was not well pleased, for they were strewn in the wilderness,
၅သို့ဖြစ်စေကာမူထိုသူတို့အနက်လူအများ တို့အားဘုရားသခင်နှစ်သက်တော်မမူ။ ထို့ ကြောင့်သူတို့သည်တောကန္တာရ၌သေကြေ ပျက်စီးကြ၏။
6 and those things became types of us, for our not passionately desiring evil things, as also these desired.
၆ဤသာဋ္ဌကကားဆိုးညစ်မှုများကိုထိုသူတို့ ပြုလုပ်လိုသကဲ့သို့ ငါတို့မပြုလုပ်ကြစေရန် လည်းကောင်း၊ ကျမ်းစာတော်တွင် ``လူတို့သည်ထိုင် ၍စားသောက်ကြပြီးနောက်အသောက်ကြူးလျက် မြူးတူးပျော်ပါးကြ၏'' ဟုပါရှိသည်နှင့် အညီ၊ အချို့တို့သည်ရုပ်တုကိုပူဇော်ပသ ကြသကဲ့သို့ ငါတို့မပူဇော်မပသကြ စေရန်လည်းကောင်းသတိပေးခြင်းပင်ဖြစ်၏။-
7 Neither become idolaters, as certain of them, as it has been written: “The people sat down to eat and to drink, and stood up to play”;

8 neither may we commit whoredom, as certain of them committed whoredom, and there fell in one day twenty-three thousand;
၈ငါတို့သည်ထိုသူအချို့တို့ကဲ့သို့ကာမ ဂုဏ်မလိုက်စားကြရ။ သူတို့အနက်တစ် ရက်အတွင်းလူနှစ်သောင်းသုံးထောင်မျှသေ ကြ၏။-
9 neither may we tempt the Christ, as also certain of them tempted, and perished by the serpents;
၉ငါတို့သည်ထိုသူအချို့တို့ကဲ့သို့ထာဝရ ဘုရားရှင်အား အကဲမစမ်းကြနှင့်။ သူတို့ ကားမြွေကိုက်၍သေခဲ့ကြလေပြီ။-
10 neither murmur, as also some of them murmured, and perished by the destroyer.
၁၀သင်တို့သည်ထိုသူအချို့တို့ကဲ့သို့မညည်း မညူကြနှင့်။ သူတို့သည်သေမင်း၏တမန် လက်ချက်ဖြင့်ဆုံးပါးပျက်စီးရကြ၏။
11 And all these things happened to those persons as types, and they were written for our admonition, to whom the end of the ages came, (aiōn g165)
၁၁ထိုသူတို့၌ဤသို့ဖြစ်ပျက်ရခြင်းမှာ အခြား သူတို့သင်ခန်းစာရရှိကြစေရန်ဖြစ်ပေသည်။ ငါတို့သည်ကပ်ကမ္ဘာကုန်ဆုံးရန်နီးချိန်၌ အသက်ရှင်ရကြသူများဖြစ်သောကြောင့် ငါ တို့အားသတိပေးသည့်အနေဖြင့်ထိုအကြောင်း အရာများကိုကျမ်းစာတော်တွင်ရေးသားထား သတည်း။ (aiōn g165)
12 so that he who is thinking to stand—let him observe, lest he fall.
၁၂မိမိခိုင်မြဲစွာရပ်တည်လျက်နေသည်ဟုထင် သောသူသည်မယိုင်မလဲစေရန်သတိပြု ရ၏။-
13 No temptation has taken you—except that of man; and God is faithful, who will not permit you to be tempted above what you are able, but He will make, with the temptation, also the outlet, for your being able to bear [it].
၁၃သင်တို့တွေ့ကြုံရသည့်စုံစမ်းနှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်း များသည်လူအပေါင်းတို့တွေ့ကြုံနေကြ၊ သာ မန်စုံစမ်းနှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်းများသာဖြစ်၏။ ဘုရား သခင်သည်ကတိတည်တော်မူသောအရှင်ဖြစ် တော်မူသဖြင့် သင်တို့အားမိမိတို့ခံနိုင်သည် ထက်ပို၍စုံစမ်းနှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်းကိုခံစေတော် မူလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။ စုံစမ်းနှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်းခံရ ချိန်၌ခံနိုင်သောခွန်အားကိုပေးတော်မူသဖြင့် ထိုစုံစမ်းနှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်းမှလွတ်မြောက်ရန် လမ်းဖွင့်ပေးတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
14 For this reason, my beloved, flee from the idolatry;
၁၄သို့ဖြစ်၍ချစ်သူတို့၊ ရုပ်တုကိုးကွယ်မှုကို ရှောင်ကြဉ်ကြလော့။-
15 as to wise men I speak—judge what I say.
၁၅သင်တို့အားအသိအလိမ္မာရှိသူများအနေ ဖြင့်ငါပြောနေခြင်းဖြစ်၏။ ငါ့စကားကို စဉ်းစားဆင်ခြင်ကြလော့။-
16 The cup of the blessing that we bless—is it not the fellowship of the blood of the Christ? The bread that we break—is it not the fellowship of the body of the Christ?
၁၆ငါတို့သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း၍ ပွဲတော်ခွက်ဖလားမှစပျစ်ရည်ကို သောက်ကြသောအခါ ခရစ်တော်၏သွေးတော်ကို ဆက်ဆံသုံးဆောင်ကြသည်မဟုတ်လော။ မုန့်ကို စားသောအခါ၌လည်း ခရစ်တော်၏ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာ တော်ကိုဆက်ဆံသုံးဆောင်ကြသည်မဟုတ် လော။-
17 Because one bread, one body, are we the many—for we all partake of the one bread.
၁၇မုန့်သည်တစ်လုံးတည်းဖြစ်၏။ ထိုမုန့်တစ်လုံး တည်းကိုဆက်ဆံသုံးဆောင်ကြသောကြောင့် ငါ တို့သည်အရေအတွက်အားဖြင့်များသော် လည်းတစ်ကိုယ်တည်းဖြစ်ကြ၏။
18 See Israel according to the flesh! Are those not eating the sacrifices in the fellowship of the altar?
၁၈ယုဒအမျိုးသားတို့ကိုကြည့်ရှုဆင်ခြင်ကြ လော့။ သူတို့သည်ယဇ်ကောင်၏အသားကိုစား သဖြင့်ယဇ်ပလ္လင်ပေါ်ပူဇော်ခြင်းတွင်ပါဝင် ကြ၏။-
19 What do I say then? That an idol is anything? Or that a sacrifice offered to an idol is anything?
၁၉သို့ဖြစ်၍ရုပ်တုသို့မဟုတ်ရုပ်တုအားပူဇော် သောအစားအစာအရေးကြီးသည်ဟုငါ ဆိုလိုသလော။-
20 [No, ] but that the things that the nations sacrifice—they sacrifice to demons and not to God; and I do not wish you to come into the fellowship of the demons.
၂၀ဤသို့ငါမဆိုလို။ ဘုရားသခင်ကိုမကိုးကွယ် သူတို့ပူဇော်သောယဇ်သည် နတ်မိစ္ဆာများအားပူ ဇော်သောယဇ်သာလျှင်ဖြစ်၍ ဘုရားသခင်အား ပူဇော်သောယဇ်မဟုတ်ကြောင်းကိုသာလျှင်ငါ ဆိုလို၏။ ငါသည်သင်တို့အားနတ်မိစ္ဆာများနှင့် မဆက်ဆံစေလို။-
21 You are not able to drink the cup of the LORD and the cup of demons; you are not able to partake of the table of the LORD and of the table of demons;
၂၁သင်တို့သည်သခင်ဘုရား၏ခွက်ဖလားမှ စပျစ်ရည်ကိုသောက်၍ နတ်မိစ္ဆာ၏ခွက်ဖလား မှစပျစ်ရည်ကိုလည်းမသောက်နိုင်။ သခင် ဘုရား၏စားပွဲတော်၌စား၍နတ်မိစ္ဆာများ ၏စားပွဲ၌လည်းမစားနိုင်။-
22 do we arouse the LORD to jealousy? Are we stronger than He?
၂၂ငါတို့သည်သခင်ဘုရားအားဆန့်ကျင်ဖက် ပြုလိုကြသလော။ ငါတို့သည်သခင်ဘုရား ထက်ပို၍တန်ခိုးကြီးကြသလော။
23 All things are lawful to me, but not all things are profitable; all things are lawful to me, but not all things build up;
၂၃``ငါတို့တွင်အဘယ်အမှုကိုမဆိုပြုနိုင်ခွင့် ရှိ၏'' ဟုဆိုကြသည်အတိုင်းမှန်သော်လည်း အရာခပ်သိမ်းသည်ကောင်းမွန်သည်မဟုတ်။``ငါ တို့တွင်အဘယ်အမှုကိုမဆိုပြုပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိ၏'' ဟုဆိုသော်လည်းအရာခပ်သိမ်းသည်ငါတို့ အကျိုးကိုပြုစုပေးသည်မဟုတ်။-
24 let no one seek his own—but each another’s.
၂၄အဘယ်သူမျှကိုယ်ကျိုးကိုမရှာစေနှင့်။ သူ တစ်ပါး၏အကျိုးကိုသာလျှင်ရှာစေ။
25 Eat whatever is sold in the meat-market, not inquiring, because of the conscience,
၂၅သင်တို့၏သြတ္တပ္ပစိတ်ကိုထောက်၍ စျေးတွင်ရောင်း သည့်အမဲသားကိုစစ်ဆေးမေးမြန်းခြင်းမပြု ဘဲဝယ်၍စားကြလော့။-
26 for the earth and its fullness [are] the LORD’s;
၂၆အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်``ဤလောကနှင့်တကွ လောက၌ရှိသမျှသောအရာတို့ကိုထာဝရ ဘုရားပိုင်တော်မူ၏'' ဟုကျမ်းစာတော်ကဆို၏။
27 and if anyone of the unbelieving calls you, and you wish to go, eat all that is set before you, inquiring nothing, because of the conscience;
၂၇အကယ်၍မယုံကြည်သူလူတစ်ယောက်က သင်တို့အား ဧည့်ခံကျွေးမွေးရန်ခေါ်ဖိတ်သော အခါသင်တို့သွားလိုကသွားကြလော့။ မိမိ တို့၏သြတ္တပ္ပစိတ်ကိုထောက်၍တည်ခင်းကျွေး မွေးသမျှတို့ကိုစစ်ဆေးမေးမြန်းခြင်းမပြု ဘဲစားလော့။-
28 and if anyone may say to you, “This is a thing sacrificed to an idol,” do not eat, because of that one who showed [it], and of the conscience, for the LORD’s [is] the earth and its fullness:
၂၈သို့ရာတွင်လူတစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်က``ဤအရာ သည်ယဇ်ပူဇော်သောအသားဖြစ်သည်'' ဟု ဆိုပါမူယင်းသို့ပြောဆိုသူကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ သြတ္တပ္ပစိတ်ကိုလည်းကောင်းထောက်၍ထို အသားကိုမစားကြနှင့်။-
29 and conscience, I say, not of yourself, but of the other, for why [is it] that my liberty is judged by another’s conscience?
၂၉သြတ္တပ္ပစိတ်ဆိုရာ၌သင်တို့၏သြတ္တပ္ပစိတ်ကို မဆိုလို။ လာပြောသူ၏သြတ္တပ္ပစိတ်ကိုဆို လို၏။ သင်တို့တွင်လူတစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်က``ငါ၏ လွတ်လပ်မှုကိုအဘယ်ကြောင့်သူတစ်ပါး ၏သြတ္တပ္ပစိတ်ကချုပ်ချယ်ရပါသနည်း။-
30 And if I partake thankfully, why am I spoken of [as] evil, for that for which I give thanks?
၃၀အကယ်၍ငါသည်မိမိစားသောက်သည့်အစား အစာအတွက်ဘုရားသခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော် ကိုချီးမွမ်း၏။ ထိုသို့ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်း ၍စားသောက်သည့်အစားအစာနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ ငါ့အားသူတစ်ပါးကအဘယ်ကြောင့်ဝေဖန် ရပါမည်နည်း'' ဟုမေးလိုပေလိမ့်မည်။
31 Whether, then, you eat, or drink, or do anything, do all to the glory of God;
၃၁သင်တို့သည်စားသည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ အဘယ်အမှု ကိုပြုသည်ဖြစ်စေ ဘုရားသခင်၏ဘုန်း အသရေတော်အတွက်ပြုကြလော့။-
32 become offenseless, both to Jews and Greeks, and to the Assembly of God;
၃၂ယုဒအမျိုးသားတို့ကသော်လည်းကောင်း၊ လူမျိုးခြားတို့ကသော်လည်းကောင်း ဘုရား သခင်၏အသင်းတော်ဝင်တို့ကသော်လည်း ကောင်း ကဲ့ရဲ့စရာအကြောင်းမဖြစ်စေရန် နေထိုင်ကြလော့။-
33 as I also please all in all things, not seeking my own profit, but that of many—that they may be saved.
၃၃သင်တို့သည်လည်းငါကဲ့သို့ပြုကြလော့။ ငါ သည်လူတို့ကယ်တင်ခြင်းခံရစေရန်မိမိပြု သမျှသောအမှုတို့တွင် ကိုယ်ကျိုးကိုမငဲ့ ဘဲလူအပေါင်းတို့၏အကျိုးကိုငဲ့၍သူ တို့နှစ်သက်အောင်ပြု၏။
