< 1 Corinthians 10 >

1 And I do not wish you to be ignorant, brothers, that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea,
2 and all were immersed into Moses in the cloud, and in the sea;
E'i ana zamo'a mika vahe'mo'za mono ti freankna hampompine hagerimpina nehu'za, Mosese avariri'nazana,
3 and all ate the same spiritual food,
4 and all drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking of a spiritual rock following them, and the rock was the Christ;
(Eks-Ati 17:6, Nam-Ham 20:11)
5 but in the most of them God was not well pleased, for they were strewn in the wilderness,
6 and those things became types of us, for our not passionately desiring evil things, as also these desired.
E'inahu zama zamagripima fore'ma hu'neazamo'a, tagritera avame'za me'neno huraverina, e'inahu kefo avu'ava'zana kerasane osugahune.
7 Neither become idolaters, as certain of them, as it has been written: “The people sat down to eat and to drink, and stood up to play”;
(Eks-Ati 32:6)
8 neither may we commit whoredom, as certain of them committed whoredom, and there fell in one day twenty-three thousand;
Hagi mago'amo'za monko avu'avaza nehu'za, ana zagefinke 23 tauseni'a vahe fri'nazankna hu'zanku, tagra monko avu'ava'zana osanune.
9 neither may we tempt the Christ, as also certain of them tempted, and perished by the serpents;
Ramofoma rehe'nazankna huta tagra reheta onkesune, mago'amo'za anahu kna hazageno, ha osifave'mo zamahe fri'ne.
10 neither murmur, as also some of them murmured, and perished by the destroyer.
Ke hakare hu'nazankna osnune, mago'amo'zama anahu kna hazageno, vahe'ma zmahefri ankeromo zamahe fri'ne.
11 And all these things happened to those persons as types, and they were written for our admonition, to whom the end of the ages came, (aiōn g165)
Ama ana zantmima zamagrite fore'ma hu'nea zamo'a, tagri'ma rempima huramiza me'neno tazeri fatgo hanigu krente'ne. Ama vagare knafima ehanatisia zanku hu'ne. (aiōn g165)
12 so that he who is thinking to stand—let him observe, lest he fall.
Kagrama oti hanaveti'noe hunka nentahisunka, traka hu'zanku kva huo!
13 No temptation has taken you—except that of man; and God is faithful, who will not permit you to be tempted above what you are able, but He will make, with the temptation, also the outlet, for your being able to bear [it].
Antahiho! reramataga zama ne-eana tamagritekera nomeanki, hakare'a vahete neankna huno ne-e. Anumzamo'a Agra knare hu'neankino atresigeno, ana reramata zamo'a hanavetino tamazeri otregahie. Reramatgaza ne-enkeno'a tamatresigeta evuoramigahazanki, kana tamaverina oti hanavetita manigahaze.
14 For this reason, my beloved, flee from the idolatry;
E'ina hu'negu knare rone'nimota havige anumzantetira manigneta maniho.
15 as to wise men I speak—judge what I say.
Nagrama kema nehuana knare antahi'zane vahe'motma neramasamue. Tamagra refko hutma nagra nehua kea antahigahaze.
16 The cup of the blessing that we bless—is it not the fellowship of the blood of the Christ? The bread that we break—is it not the fellowship of the body of the Christ?
Tagrama kapufintima tima nenakura, Anumzamofo susu hunteteta nenone. E'i ana kapufinti tima erifko'ma nehunana, Kraisi korana omne'nefi? Tagra bretima korita, erifko huta nenonana, e'i Kraisi avufga omne'nefi?
17 Because one bread, one body, are we the many—for we all partake of the one bread.
Hianagi magoke breti me'negu, ana maka'mota hakare mani'none nehunanagi, magoke tavufga me'ne. Na'ankure mago bretireti refko huta nenone.
18 See Israel according to the flesh! Are those not eating the sacrifices in the fellowship of the altar?
I'o nenaze.
19 What do I say then? That an idol is anything? Or that a sacrifice offered to an idol is anything?
Hagi nagra na'anku nehue? Havige anumzantaminte kresramna vunentaza zana amnezane, havi anumzana amnezane hu'na nehue.
20 [No, ] but that the things that the nations sacrifice—they sacrifice to demons and not to God; and I do not wish you to come into the fellowship of the demons.
I'o hue! Fegi'a vahe'mo'za anankavera Anumzamofontera kresramana vunontazanki, havi avamutaminte kresramna vunentaze. Nagri'ma nave'nesiana havi avamutaminte tragoteta omanihogu nehue.
21 You are not able to drink the cup of the LORD and the cup of demons; you are not able to partake of the table of the LORD and of the table of demons;
Tamagra havi hankromofo kapufinti tina tagitma nenetma, ete Ramofo kapufinti'enena tagitma onegahaze. Havi hankromofo tafepinti nenetma, ete Ramofo tafepintira onegahaze.
22 do we arouse the LORD to jealousy? Are we stronger than He?
Tagra Ramofo azeri asivazinaku nehumpi? E'ina'ma hanunana tagri hanavemo'a, Ramofo hankavea agetere'ne nehumpi? I'o.
23 All things are lawful to me, but not all things are profitable; all things are lawful to me, but not all things build up;
Tagra mika'zana amne hugahunanagi, ana mika'zamo'a taza osugahie. Tagra mika'zana amne hugahaze huta hugahunanagi, ana mika'zamo'a, tazeri hanave otigahie.
24 let no one seek his own—but each another’s.
Tagri'ma tazeri knare huzankukera ontahisunanki, tva'ontire'ma nemanizamokizmi zamazeri knare'ma hanunazanku antahisune.
25 Eat whatever is sold in the meat-market, not inquiring, because of the conscience,
Hagi amne ana miko ame'ama zagore'ma atresazana mizaseta negahazanagi, ana ame'a agura igati eri'naze hutma zmantahiogeho. Ru tmagu tamagesa eri haviza hugahie.
26 for the earth and its fullness [are] the LORD’s;
Na'ankure Mopane anamiko zama agu'afima me'neazana, Ramofozanke me'ne. (Sam-Zga 24:1)
27 and if anyone of the unbelieving calls you, and you wish to go, eat all that is set before you, inquiring nothing, because of the conscience;
Mago amentinti osu vahe'mo'ma kagi hanigenka vanunka, afu ame'ama kamisiazana nenenka antahige' antahagera osuo, ru antahintahi ka'a eri savri hugahane.
28 and if anyone may say to you, “This is a thing sacrificed to an idol,” do not eat, because of that one who showed [it], and of the conscience, for the LORD’s [is] the earth and its fullness:
Hianagi mago'mo kasamino, havi anumzante kresramna vunte'nea afu ame'e hanigenka onegahane. Na'ankure ana kasamisimofo knare'zanku hunka onegeno, anama kasamisimofo kefozane huno antahigahie.
29 and conscience, I say, not of yourself, but of the other, for why [is it] that my liberty is judged by another’s conscience?
Kagrika'a antahintahizankura nosuanagi, rumofo antahintahizanku nehue.
30 And if I partake thankfully, why am I spoken of [as] evil, for that for which I give thanks?
31 Whether, then, you eat, or drink, or do anything, do all to the glory of God;
Hanki, kave nesano tinesano inankna'zama hanunka, Anumzamofo agi erisaga hu'zanke huo.
32 become offenseless, both to Jews and Greeks, and to the Assembly of God;
Mago'mofone hunka Jiu vahepino, Griki vahepino, Anumzamofo vahepinena, zamazeri tanafa hu havegnara osiho.
33 as I also please all in all things, not seeking my own profit, but that of many—that they may be saved.
Nagranena anahukna hu'na maka'zama huazampina, maka vahe'mo'zama muse hanazaza nehu'na, nagra knare'zankura nosuanagi, hakare vahe'mokizmi knare'zanku nehanugeno, rama'amokizmia Anumzamo zamagu'vazigahie.
