1 Chronicles 9

1 And all [those of] Israel have reckoned themselves by genealogy, and behold, they are written on the scroll of the kings of Israel and Judah—they were removed to Babylon for their trespass.

அப்படியே எல்லா இஸ்ரயேலின் வம்சாவழியும், இஸ்ரயேலின் அரசர்களின் பதிவேட்டில் எழுதப்பட்டன. யூதா மக்கள் உண்மையற்றவர்களாய் இருந்தபடியால் பாபிலோனுக்கு நாடுகடத்தப்பட்டனர்.

2 And the first inhabitants, who [are] in their possession, in their cities, of Israel, [are] the priests, the Levites, and the Nethinim.

தங்கள் சொந்த இடங்களில் உள்ள தங்கள் சொந்தப் பட்டணங்களுக்குத் திரும்பி வந்தவர்கள் சில இஸ்ரயேலரும், ஆசாரியரும், லேவியரும், ஆலய பணிவிடைக்காரருமே.

3 And those who dwelt in Jerusalem of the sons of Judah, and of the sons of Benjamin, and of the sons of Ephraim and Manasseh:

யூதா, பென்யமீன், எப்பிராயீம், மனாசே கோத்திரங்களிலிருந்து வந்து எருசலேமில் வாழ்ந்தவர்களின் பெயர்களாவன:

4 Uthai son of Ammihud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani, of the sons of Perez, son of Judah.

யூதாவின் மகன் பேரேஸின் வழித்தோன்றலில் வந்த பானியின் மகனான இம்ரியின் மகனான உம்ரி பெற்ற அம்மியூத்தின் மகன் ஊத்தாய்.

5 And of the Shilonite: Asaiah the firstborn, and his sons.

சீலோனியரைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள்: முதற்பேறானவன் அசாயாவும் அவனுடைய மகன்களும்.

6 And of the sons of Zerah: Jeuel, and their brothers—six hundred and ninety.

சேராவியரைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள்: யெகுயேலும், யூதாவின் 690 மக்களும்.

7 And of the sons of Benjamin: Sallu son of Meshullam, son of Hodaviah, son of Hassenuah,

பென்யமீனியரைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள்: சல்லு என்பவன் அசெனுவாவின் மகனான ஓதாவியாவின் மகனான மெசுல்லாமின் மகன்.

8 and Ibneiah son of Jeroham, and Elah son of Uzzi, son of Michri, and Meshullam son of Shephatiah, son of Reuel, son of Ibnijah.

எரோகாமின் மகனான இப்னேயா; மிக்கிரியின் மகனான ஊசியின் மகன் ஏலா; இப்னியாவின் மகனான ரேகுயேலுக்குப் பிறந்த செபத்தியாவின் மகன் மெசுல்லாம்.

9 And their brothers, according to their generations, [are] nine hundred and fifty-six. All these [are] men, heads of fathers, according to the house of their fathers.

பென்யமீனியர் அவர்களின் வம்சங்களின்படி, கணக்கிடப்பட்டபோது 956 பேராயிருந்தனர். இவர்கள் எல்லோரும் தங்கள் குடும்பங்களின் தலைவர்களாயிருந்தனர்.

10 And of the priests: Jedaiah, and Jehoiarib, and Jachin,

ஆசாரியர்களைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள்: யெதாயா, யோயாரீப், யாகின்.

11 and Azariah son of Hilkiah, son of Meshullam, son of Zadok, son of Meraioth, son of Ahitub, leader in the house of God;

அசரியா இல்க்கியாவின் மகன், இல்க்கியா மெசுல்லாமின் மகன், மெசுல்லாம் சாதோக்கின் மகன், சாதோக் மெராயோத்தின் மகன், மெராயோத் அகிதூபின் மகன், அகிதூப் இறைவனுடைய ஆலயத்திற்கு அதிகாரியாயிருந்தான்.

12 and Adaiah son of Jeroham, son of Pashhur, son of Malchijah, and Maasai son of Adiel, son of Jahzerah, son of Meshullam, son of Meshillemith, son of Immer.

அதாயா எரோகாமின் மகன், எரோகாம் பஸ்கூரின் மகன், பஸ்கூர் மல்கியாவின் மகன். மாசாய் ஆதியேலின் மகன், ஆதியேல் யாசெராவின் மகன், யாசெரா மெசுல்லாமின் மகன், மெசுல்லாம் மெசில்லேமித்தின் மகன், மெசில்லேமித் இம்மேரின் மகன் என்பவர்களே.

13 And their brothers, heads of the house of their fathers, [are] one thousand and seven hundred and sixty, mighty in valor, for the work of the service of the house of God.

குடும்பங்களின் தலைவர்களாயிருந்த ஆசாரியர்கள் 1,760 பேர் இருந்தனர். இவர்கள் இறைவனுடைய ஆலயத்தில் பணிவிடைக்குத் திறமையுடையவர்களும் பொறுப்புடையவர்களுமாய் இருந்தனர்.

14 And of the Levites: Shemaiah son of Hashshub, son of Azrikam, son of Hashabiah, of the sons of Merari;

லேவியரைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள்: செமாயா அசூபின் மகன், அசூப் அஸ்ரீகாமின் மகன், அஸ்ரீகாம் மெராரி வம்சத்தைச் சேர்ந்த அசபியாவின் மகன்.

15 and Bakbakkar, Heresh, and Galal, and Mattaniah son of Micah, son of Zichri, son of Asaph;

லேவிய வம்சாவழியில் பக்பக்கார், ஏரேஸ், காலால், மத்தனியா ஆகியோரும் அடங்குவர். மத்தனியா மீகாவின் மகன், மீகா சிக்கிரியின் மகன், சிக்ரி ஆசாபின் மகன்.

16 and Obadiah son of Shemariah, son of Galal, son of Jeduthun, and Berechiah, son of Asa, son of Elkanah, who is dwelling in the villages of the Netophathite.

ஒபதியா செமாயாவின் மகன், செமாயா காலாலின் மகன், காலால் எதுத்தூனின் மகன்; பெரகியா ஆசாவின் மகன், ஆசா எல்க்கானாவின் மகன், எல்க்கானா நெத்தோபாத்தியரின் கிராமங்களில் வாழ்ந்து வந்தான்.

17 And the gatekeepers [are] Shallum, and Akkub, and Talmon, and Ahiman, and their brothers—Shallum [is] the head;

வாசல் காவலரைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள்: சல்லூம், அக்கூப், தல்மோன் அகீமான் என்பவர்களும், இவர்களின் சகோதரர்களும். சல்லூம் அவர்களுடைய தலைவன்.

18 and until now they [are] at the gate of the king eastward; they [are] the gatekeepers for the companies of the sons of Levi.

அவனே கிழக்கிலுள்ள அரச வாசலை இந்நாள்வரை காவல் செய்பவன். இவர்களே லேவிய முகாமைச் சேர்ந்த வாசல் காவலர்.

19 And Shallum son of Kore, son of Ebiasaph, son of Korah, and his brothers, of the house of his father, the Korahites, [are] over the work of the service, keepers of the thresholds of the tent, and their fathers [are] over the camp of YHWH, keepers of the entrance;

கோராகின் மகனாகிய எபியாசாப்புக்குப் பிறந்த கோரேயின் மகன் சல்லூமும், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்களுமான கோராகியர்கள் பணிவிடை வேலையை விசாரித்தார்கள். அவர்கள் தந்தையர்கள் யெகோவாவின் ஆலய வாசலைக் காவல்செய்வதற்குப் பொறுப்பாயிருந்தது போலவே, கூடாரத்திற்குப் போகிற வழியைக் காவல் காப்பதற்குப் பொறுப்பாயிருந்தனர்.

20 and Phinehas son of Eleazar has been leader over them formerly; YHWH [is] with him.

முற்காலத்தில் எலெயாசாரின் மகன் பினெகாஸ் வாசல் காப்போருக்குப் பொறுப்பாய் இருந்தான். யெகோவா அவனுடன் இருந்தார்.

21 Zechariah son of Meshelemiah [is] gatekeeper at the opening of the Tent of Meeting.

மெசெல்மியாவின் மகன் சகரியா சபைக் கூடாரத்திற்கு வாசல் காவலனாயிருந்தான்.

22 All of those who are chosen for gatekeepers at the thresholds [are] two hundred and twelve; they [are] in their villages, by their genealogy; they whom David and Samuel the seer appointed in their office.

வாசல்களிலெல்லாம் காவலிருக்க தெரிந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் 212 பேர். அவர்கள் தங்கள் சொந்த கிராமங்களில் வம்சாவழியின்படியே பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தார்கள். தாவீதும் தரிசனக்காரனான சாமுயேலும் இவர்களை நம்பிக்கைக்குரிய பதவிகளுக்கு அமர்த்தினர்.

23 And they and their sons [are] over the gates of the house of YHWH, even of the house of the tent, by watches.

அவர்களும் அவர்களுடைய சந்ததிகளும் கூடாரம் என்று அழைக்கப்பட்ட யெகோவாவினுடைய ஆலயத்தின் வாசலைக் காவல் காப்பதற்குப் பொறுப்பாயிருந்தனர்.

24 The gatekeepers are at [the] four sides: east, west, north, and south.

வாசல் காவலர்கள் கிழக்கு, மேற்கு, வடக்கு, தெற்கு ஆகிய நான்கு திசைகளிலும் இருந்தார்கள்.

25 And their brothers in their villages [are] to come in with these for seven days from time to time.

அவர்களுடைய சகோதரர் தங்கள் கிராமங்களிலிருந்து காலத்திற்குக் காலம் ஏழுநாட்களுக்கு கடமைகளைப் பகிர்ந்துகொள்ள வரவேண்டிருந்தது.

26 For the four chiefs of the gatekeepers in office, they are Levites, and they have been over the chambers, and over the treasuries of the house of God,

ஆனால் லேவியர்களான நான்கு பிரதான வாசல் காவலர்களிடம் இறைவனின் ஆலயத்தின் பண்டகசாலைகளுக்கும், பொக்கிஷ சாலைகளுக்கும் காவல்காப்பதற்கு பொறுப்பு கொடுக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது.

27 and they lodge around the house of God, for the watch [is] on them, and they [are] over the opening, even morning by morning.

இறைவனது ஆலயத்தைச் சுற்றிக் காவல் காக்கவேண்டியிருந்ததால் இரவு முழுவதும் அவர்கள் அங்கேயே தங்கவேண்டும். அதோடு ஒவ்வொருநாள் காலையிலும் ஆலயத்தைத் திறக்கும் திறப்புக்கும் அவர்களே பொறுப்பாயிருந்தனர்.

28 And [some] of them [are] over the vessels of service, for they bring them in by number, and by number they take them out.

அவர்களில் சிலர் ஆலயத்தின் பணிக்கு பயன்படுத்துவதற்குத் தேவையான பொருட்களுக்குப் பொறுப்பாயிருந்தனர். அவர்கள் பொருட்களை உள்ளே கொண்டுவரும்போதும், வெளியே கொண்டுபோகும் போதும் அவற்றைக் கணக்கிட்டார்கள்.

29 And [some] of them are appointed over the vessels, even over all the vessels of the holy place, and over the fine flour, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices.

மற்றவர்கள் பரிசுத்த இடத்தின் பாத்திரங்களையும், மெல்லிய மாவு, திராட்சை இரசம், எண்ணெய், சாம்பிராணி மற்றும் நறுமணப் பொருட்களையும் மேற்பார்வை செய்வதற்கு நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்கள்.

30 And [some] of the sons of the priests are mixing the mixture for spices.

அத்துடன் சில ஆசாரியர்கள் நறுமணப் பொருட்களைக் கலப்பதற்குப் பொறுப்பாயிருந்தனர்.

31 And Mattithiah of the Levites (he [is] the firstborn to Shallum the Korahite), [is] in office over the work of the pans.

கோராகியனான சல்லூமின் மூத்த மகனான மத்தித்தியா என்ற லேவியனிடம் காணிக்கை அப்பங்களைச் சுடும் பொறுப்பு கொடுக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது.

32 And of the sons of the Kohathite, [some] of their brothers [are] over the bread of the arrangement, to prepare [it] Sabbath by Sabbath.

அவர்களின் சகோதரரான கோகாத்தியரில் சிலர், ஒவ்வொரு ஓய்வுநாளுக்கும் தேவையான அப்பங்களை மேஜையில் ஒழுங்குபடுத்துவதற்குப் பொறுப்பாயிருந்தனர்.

33 And these who sing, heads of fathers of the Levites, in the chambers, [are] free, for [they are] over them in the work by day and by night.

லேவிய குடும்பத் தலைவர்களான இசைக் கலைஞர்கள் இரவும் பகலும் இடைவிடாது பணிசெய்ய வேண்டியிருந்ததால், மற்ற வேலைகளிலிருந்து விடுபட்டு ஆலயத்தின் அறைகளிலேயே தங்கியிருந்தனர்.

34 These heads of the fathers of the Levites [are] heads throughout their generations. These have dwelt in Jerusalem.

இவர்கள் எல்லோரும் லேவியக் குடும்பத் தலைவர்கள். இவர்கள் தங்கள் வம்சங்களின்படி பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட தலைவர்கள். இவர்கள் எருசலேமில் வாழ்ந்தனர்.

35 And the father of Gibeon, Jehiel, has dwelt in Gibeon, and the name of his wife [is] Maachah;

கிபியோனின் தலைவனான யெகியேல் கிபியோனில் வாழ்ந்தான். இவனது மனைவியின் பெயர் மாக்காள்.

36 and his son, the firstborn, [is] Abdon, and Zur, and Kish, and Ba‘al, and Ner, and Nadab,

இவனது மூத்த மகன் அப்தோன். அவனுக்குப்பின் பிறந்தவர்கள் சூர், கீஸ், பாகால், நேர், நாதாப்,

37 and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zechariah, and Mikloth.

கேதோர், அகியோ, சகரியா, மிக்லோத் என்பவர்கள்.

38 And Mikloth begot Shimeam, and they have also dwelt opposite their brothers—with their brothers in Jerusalem.

மிக்லோத் சிமியாமின் தகப்பன்; இவர்களும் தங்கள் உறவினர்களுக்கு அருகில் எருசலேமில் வாழ்ந்தார்கள்.

39 And Ner begot Kish, and Kish begot Saul, and Saul begot Jonathan, and Malchi-Shua, and Abinadab, and Esh-Ba‘al.

நேர் என்பவன் கீஷின் தகப்பன்; கீஷ் சவுலின் தகப்பன்; சவுல் யோனத்தான், மல்கிசூவா, அபினதாப், எஸ்பால் ஆகியோரின் தகப்பன்.

40 And a son of Jonathan [is] Merib-Ba‘al, and Merib-Ba‘al begot Micah.

யோனத்தானின் மகன்: மேரிபால்; இவன் மீகாவின் தகப்பன்.

41 And sons of Micah: Pithon, and Melech, and Tahrea,

மீகாவின் மகன்கள்: பித்தோன், மெலெக், தரேயா, ஆகாஸ்.

42 and Ahaz—he begot Jaarah, and Jaarah begot Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri, and Zimri begot Moza,

ஆகாஸ் யாராக்கின் தகப்பன். யாராக் அலெமேத், அஸ்மாவேத், சிம்ரி ஆகியோரின் தகப்பன், சிம்ரி மோசாவின் தகப்பன்,

43 and Moza begot Binea, and Rephaiah his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.

மோசா பினியாவின் தகப்பன், அவன் மகன் ரப்பாயா, அவன் மகன் எலியாசா, அவன் மகன் ஆத்சேல்.

44 And to Azel [are] six sons, and these [are] their names: Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan; these [are] sons of Azel.

ஆத்சேலுக்கு ஆறு மகன்கள் இருந்தனர்; அவர்கள் அஸ்ரீக்காம், பொக்குரு, இஸ்மயேல், சேராயா, ஒபதியா, ஆனான் ஆகியோர். இவர்கள் யாவரும் ஆத்சேலின் மகன்கள்.
