1 Chronicles 5
1 As for sons of Reuben, firstborn of Israel—for he [is] the firstborn, and on account of his profaning the bed of his father his birthright has been given to the sons of Joseph son of Israel, and [he is] not to be reckoned by genealogy for the birthright,
௧ரூபன் இஸ்ரவேலுக்கு முதலில் பிறந்த மூத்தமகன் ஆவான்; ஆனாலும் அவன் தன் தகப்பனுடைய படுக்கையைத் தீட்டுப்படுத்தியதால், கோத்திரத்து அட்டவணையில் அவன் முதற்பிறப்பவனாக கருதப்படாமல், அவனுடைய மூத்த மகன் என்கிற பிறப்புரிமை இஸ்ரவேலின் மகனாகிய யோசேப்பின் மகன்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கப்பட்டது.
2 for Judah has been mighty over his brother, and for leader above him, and the birthright [is] to Joseph—
௨யூதா தன்னுடைய சகோதரர்களிலே பலவானாக இருந்ததால் தலைமைத்துவம் அவனுடைய சந்ததியில் உண்டானது; ஆகிலும் மூத்தமகன் என்கிற பிறப்புரிமை யோசேப்பிற்குரியதாக மாறினது.
3 sons of Reuben, firstborn of Israel: Enoch, and Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi.
௩இஸ்ரவேலின் முதலில் பிறந்தவனான ரூபனின் மகன் ஆனோக்கு, பல்லூ, எஸ்ரோன், கர்மீ என்பவர்கள்.
4 Sons of Joel: Shemaiah his son, Gog his son, Shimei his son,
௪யோவேலின் மகன்களில் ஒருவன் செமாயா; இவனுடைய மகன் கோக்; இவனுடைய மகன் சிமேயி.
5 Micah his son, Reaiah his son, Ba‘al his son,
௫இவனுடைய மகன் மீகா; இவனுடைய மகன் ராயா; இவனுடைய மகன் பாகால்.
6 Beerah his son, whom Tilgath-Pilneser king of Asshur removed; he [is] prince of the Reubenite.
௬இவனுடைய மகன் பேரா; ரூபனியரின் பிரபுவான இவனை அசீரியா ராஜாவாகிய தில்காத்பில்நேசர் சிறைபிடித்துப்போனான்.
7 And his brothers, by their families, in the genealogy of their generations, [are] heads: Jeiel, and Zechariah,
௭தங்களுடைய சந்ததிகளின்படியே தங்களுடைய வம்ச அட்டவணைகளில் எழுதப்பட்ட அவனுடைய சகோதரர்களில் தலைவர்கள் ஏயேலும், சகரியாவும்,
8 and Bela son of Azaz, son of Shema, son of Joel—he is dwelling in Aroer, even to Nebo and Ba‘al-Meon;
௮யோவேலின் மகனாகிய சேமாவுக்குப் பிறந்த ஆசாசின் மகன் பேலாவும்; இவனுடைய சந்ததியார் ஆரோவேரிலும், நேபோவரை, பாகால்மெயோன்வரை தங்கியிருந்தார்கள்.
9 and he dwelt at the east even to the entering in of the wilderness, even from the Euphrates River, for their livestock were multiplied in the land of Gilead.
௯கிழக்கே ஐப்பிராத்து நதி துவங்கி வனாந்திரத்தின் எல்லைவரை அவர்கள் தங்கியிருந்தார்கள்; அவர்களுடைய ஆடுமாடுகள் கீலேயாத்தேசத்தில் மிகுதியானது.
10 And they have made war with the Hagarites in the days of Saul, who fall by their hand, and they dwell in their tents over all the face of the east of Gilead.
௧0சவுலின் நாட்களில் ஆகாரியர்களோடு அவர்கள் யுத்தம்செய்து, தங்களுடைய கையால் அவர்கள் விழுந்தபின்பு, அவர்களுடைய கூடாரங்களிலே கீலேயாத்தின் கிழக்கில் குடியேறினார்கள்.
11 And the sons of Gad have dwelt opposite them in the land of Bashan to Salcah:
௧௧காத்தின் கோத்திரம் அவர்களுக்கு எதிரே பாசான் தேசத்திலே சல்காயிவரை தங்கியிருந்தார்கள்.
12 Joel the head, and Shapham the second, and Jaanai and Shaphat in Bashan;
௧௨அவர்களில் யோவேல் தலைவனும், சாப்பாம் அவனுக்கு இரண்டாவதாகவும் இருந்தான்; யானாயும் சாப்பாத்தும் பாசானில் இருந்தார்கள்.
13 and their brothers of the house of their fathers [are] Michael, and Meshullam, and Sheba, and Jorai, and Jachan, and Zia, and Heber—seven.
௧௩அவர்களுடைய தகப்பன் வழி உறவினர்களாகிய சகோதரர்கள், மிகாவேல், மெசுல்லாம், சேபா, யோராயி, யாக்கான், சீகா, ஏபேர் என்னும் ஏழு பேர்.
14 These [are] sons of Abihail son of Huri, son of Jaroah, son of Gilead, son of Michael, son of Jeshishai, son of Jahdo, son of Buz;
௧௪இவர்கள் ஊரிக்குப் பிறந்த அபியேலின் மகன்கள்; ஊரி என்பவன் யெரொவாவுக்கும், யெரொவா கீலேயாத்திற்கும், கீலேயாத் மிகாவேலுக்கும், மிகாவேல் எசிசாயிக்கும், எசிசாயி யாதோவுக்கும், யாதோ பூசுக்கும் மகன்களாக இருந்தவர்கள்.
15 Ahi son of Abdiel, son of Guni, [is] head of the house of their fathers;
௧௫கூனியின் மகனாகிய அப்தியேலின் மகன் அகி, அவர்களுடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டுத் தலைவனாக இருந்தான்.
16 and they dwell in Gilead in Bashan, and in her small towns, and in all outskirts of Sharon, on their outskirts;
௧௬அவர்கள் கீலேயாத்திலே இருக்கிற பாசானிலும், அதின் வெளிநிலங்களிலும், சாரோனின் எல்லாக் குடியிருப்புக்களிலும் அவைகளின் எல்லைவரை தங்கியிருந்தார்கள்.
17 all of them reckoned themselves by genealogy in the days of Jotham king of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam king of Israel.
௧௭இவர்களெல்லோரும் யூதாவின் ராஜாவாகிய யோதாமின் நாட்களிலும், இஸ்ரவேலின் ராஜாவாகிய யெரொபெயாமின் நாட்களிலும் தங்களுடைய வம்சத்து அட்டவணைப்படி வரிசைப்படுத்தப்பட்டார்கள்.
18 Sons of Reuben, and the Gadite, and the half of the tribe of Manasseh, of sons of valor, men carrying shield and sword, and treading bow, and taught in battle, [are] forty-four thousand and seven hundred and sixty, going out to the host.
௧௮ரூபனியர்களிலும், காத்தியர்களிலும், மனாசேயின் பாதிக்கோத்திரத்தார்களிலும் கேடகமும் பட்டயமும் எடுத்து, வில் எய்து, யுத்தத்திற்குப் பழகி, படைக்குப் போகத்தக்க வீரர்கள் நாற்பத்துநான்காயிரத்து எழுநூற்று அறுபதுபேராக இருந்தார்கள்.
19 And they make war with the Hagarites, and Jetur, and Naphish, and Nodab,
௧௯அவர்கள் ஆகாரியர்களோடும், யெத்தூர் நாபீஸ் நோதாப் என்பவர்களோடும் யுத்தம்செய்கிறபோது,
20 and they are helped against them, and the Hagarites are given into their hand, and all who [are] with them, for they cried to God in battle, and He received their plea, because they trusted in Him.
௨0அவர்களை எதிர்க்கத் தேவனுடைய உதவி பெற்றபடியால், ஆகாரியர்களும் இவர்களோடு இருக்கிற யாவரும் தோற்கடிக்கப்பட்டார்கள்; அவர்கள் யுத்தத்திலே தேவனை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிட்டு, அவர்மேல் நம்பிக்கை வைத்தபடியால் அவர்களுடைய விண்ணப்பத்தைக் கேட்டருளினார்.
21 And they take their livestock captive—fifty thousand of their camels, and two hundred and fifty thousand sheep, and two thousand donkeys, and one hundred thousand of mankind;
௨௧அவர்கள் இவர்களுக்கு இருந்த மிருகஜீவன்களாகிய ஐம்பதாயிரம் ஒட்டகங்களையும், இரண்டு லட்சத்து ஐம்பதாயிரம் ஆடுகளையும், இரண்டாயிரம் கழுதைகளையும், மனிதர்களில் லட்சம்பேரையும் பிடித்தார்கள்.
22 for many have fallen pierced, for the battle [is] of God; and they dwell in their stead until the expulsion.
௨௨யுத்தம் தேவனால் நடந்ததால் அவர்களுடைய எதிரிகளில் அநேகரை வெட்டி வீழ்த்தினார்கள்; தாங்கள் சிறைப்பட்டுப்போகும்வரை இவர்களுடைய இடத்திலே குடியிருந்தார்கள்.
23 And the sons of the half of the tribe of Manasseh dwelt in the land, from Bashan to Ba‘al-Hermon, and Senir, and Mount Hermon; they have multiplied.
௨௩மனாசேயின் பாதிக்கோத்திரம் அந்த தேசத்தில் குடியிருந்து, பாசான் தொடங்கிப் பாகால் எர்மோன் வரை, சேனீர்வரை, எர்மோன் பர்வதம்வரை பெருகியிருந்தார்கள்.
24 And these [are] heads of the house of their fathers: even Epher, and Ishi, and Eliel, and Azriel, and Jeremiah, and Hodaviah, and Jahdiel, men mighty in valor, men of renown, heads of the house of their fathers.
௨௪அவர்கள் தங்களுடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டுத் தலைவர்களாகிய ஏப்பேர், இஷி, ஏலியேல், அஸரியேல், எரேமியா, ஒதாவியா, யாதியேல் என்பவர்கள் பராக்கிரம வீரர்களான மனிதர்களும் பெயர்பெற்ற தலைவர்களுமாக இருந்தார்கள்.
25 And they trespass against the God of their fathers, and go whoring after the gods of the peoples of the land whom God destroyed from their presence;
௨௫அவர்கள் தங்களுடைய பிதாக்களின் தேவனுக்கு துரோகம்செய்து, தேவன் அவர்களுக்கு முன்பாக அழித்திருந்த தேச மக்களின் தேவர்களைப் பின்பற்றி கெட்டுப்போனார்கள்.
26 and the God of Israel stirs up the spirit of Pul king of Asshur, and the spirit of Tilgath-Pilneser king of Asshur, and he removes them—even the Reubenite, and the Gadite, and the half of the tribe of Manasseh—and brings them to Halah, and Habor, and Hara, and the River of Gozan to this day.
௨௬ஆகையால் இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவன் அசீரியா ராஜாவாகிய பூலின் ஆவியையும், அசீரியா ராஜாவாகிய தில்காத்பில்நேசரின் ஆவியையும் எழுப்பியதால், அவன் ரூபனியர்களும் காத்தியர்களும் மனாசேயின் பாதிக்கோத்திரத்தார்களுமாகிய அவர்களை சிறைபிடித்து, இந்த நாள்வரைக்கும் இருக்கிறதுபோல, ஆலாவுக்கும் ஆபோருக்கும் ஆராவுக்கும் கோசான் ஆற்றங்கரைக்கும் கொண்டுபோனான்.
