1 Chronicles 27
1 And the sons of Israel, after their number, heads of the fathers, and princes of the thousands and of the hundreds, and their officers, those serving the king in any matter of the divisions, that are coming in and going out month by month throughout all months of the year, [are] twenty-four thousand in each division.
Đây là danh sách người Ít-ra-ên gồm các tướng lãnh, chỉ huy, và viên chức chỉ huy đơn vị nghìn người và trăm người cũng như các quan viên phục vụ vua trong việc giám sát các quân đoàn làm nhiệm vụ mỗi năm một tháng. Mỗi quân đoàn phục vụ một tháng và có 24.000 binh sĩ.
2 Over the first division for the first month [is] Jashobeam son of Zabdiel, and twenty-four thousand [are] on his division;
Gia-sô-bê-am, con của Xáp-đi-ên, là tướng chỉ huy quân đoàn thứ nhất với 24.000 binh sĩ, có trách nhiệm vào tháng giêng.
3 [he was] of the sons of Perez, [and] the head of all princes of the hosts for the first month.
Ông thuộc dòng dõi Phê-rết, và đứng đầu các quan trong đoàn quân phục vụ vào tháng giêng.
4 And over the division of the second month [is] Dodai the Ahohite, and Mikloth [is] also president of his division, and twenty-four thousand [are] on his division.
Đô-đai, thuộc dòng A-hô-hi, là tướng chỉ huy quân đoàn thứ hai với 24.000 binh sĩ phục vụ vào tháng hai. Tham mưu trưởng là Mích-lô.
5 Head of the third host, for the third month, [is] Benaiah son of Jehoiada, the head priest, and twenty-four thousand [are] on his division.
Bê-na-gia, con Thầy Tế lễ Giê-hô-gia-đa, là tướng chỉ huy quân đoàn thứ ba với 24.000 binh sĩ, phục vụ vào tháng ba.
6 This Benaiah [is] a mighty one of the thirty, and over the thirty, and his son Ammizabad [is in] his division.
Bê-na-gia là tướng chỉ huy nhóm Ba Mươi, một đội quân ưu tú của Đa-vít. A-mi-xa-đáp, con Bê-na-gia, cũng là chỉ huy trưởng trong quân đoàn.
7 The fourth, for the fourth month, [is] Asahel brother of Joab, and his son Zebadiah after him, and twenty-four thousand [are] on his division.
A-sa-ên, em của Giô-áp, là tướng chỉ huy quân đoàn bốn với 24.000 binh sĩ, phục vụ vào tháng tư. Xê-ba-đia, con A-sa-ên, được cử làm tướng chỉ huy thay thế cha.
8 The fifth, for the fifth month, [is] the prince Shamhuth the Izrahite, and twenty-four thousand [are] on his division.
Sa-mê-hút, quê ở Ích-la, là tướng chỉ huy quân đoàn năm với 24.000 binh sĩ phục vụ vào tháng năm.
9 The sixth, for the sixth month, [is] Ira son of Ikkesh the Tekoite, and twenty-four thousand [are] on his division.
Y-ra, con Y-khê, quê ở Thê-cô-a, là tướng chỉ huy quân đoàn sáu với 24.000 binh sĩ, phục vụ vào tháng sáu.
10 The seventh, for the seventh month, [is] Helez the Pelonite, of the sons of Ephraim, and twenty-four thousand [are] on his division.
Hê-lết, quê ở Pha-lôn, xứ Ép-ra-im, là tướng chỉ huy quân đoàn bảy với 24.000 binh sĩ, phục vụ vào tháng bảy.
11 The eighth, for the eighth month, [is] Sibbecai the Hushathite, of the Zerahite, and twenty-four thousand [are] on his division.
Si-bê-cai, quê ở Hu-sa, dòng dõi Xê-rách, là tướng chỉ huy quân đoàn tám với 24.000 binh sĩ, phục vụ vào tháng tám.
12 The ninth, for the ninth month, [is] Abiezer the Antothite, of the Benjamite, and twenty-four thousand [are] on his division.
A-bi-ê-xe, quê ở A-na-tốt, xứ Bên-gia-min, là tướng chỉ huy quân đoàn chín với 24.000 binh sĩ, phục vụ vào tháng chín.
13 The tenth, for the tenth month, [is] Maharai the Netophathite, of the Zerahite, and twenty-four thousand [are] on his division.
Ma-ha-rai, quê ở Nê-tô-pha, dòng dõi Xê-rách, là tướng chỉ huy quân đoàn mười với 24.000 binh sĩ, phục vụ vào tháng mười.
14 Eleventh, for the eleventh month, [is] Benaiah the Pirathonite, of the sons of Ephraim, and twenty-four thousand [are] on his division.
Bê-na-gia, quê ở Phi-ra-thôn, người Ép-ra-im, là tướng chỉ huy quân đoàn mười một với 24.000 binh sĩ, phục vụ vào tháng mười một.
15 The twelfth, for the twelfth month, [is] Heldai the Netophathite, of Othniel, and twenty-four thousand [are] on his division.
Hiên-đai, quê ở Nê-tô-pha, dòng dõi của phán quan Ốt-ni-ên, là tướng chỉ huy quân đoàn mười hai với 24.000 binh sĩ phục vụ vào tháng mười hai.
16 And over the tribes of Israel: the leader of the Reubenite [is] Eliezer son of Zichri; of the Simeonite, Shephatiah son of Maachah;
Đây là danh sách các đại tộc Ít-ra-ên và các trưởng tộc của họ: Ê-li-ê-se, con Xiếc-ri, lãnh đạo đại tộc Ru-bên. Sê-pha-tia, con Ma-a-ca, lãnh đạo đại tộc Si-mê-ôn.
17 of the Levite, Hashabiah son of Kemuel; of the Aaronite, Zadok;
Ha-sa-bia, con Kê-mu-ên, lãnh đạo đại tộc Lê-vi. Xa-đốc lãnh đạo các thầy tế lễ thuộc dòng dõi A-rôn.
18 of Judah, Elihu, of the brothers of David; of Issachar, Omri son of Michael;
Ê-li-hu (anh Vua Đa-vít) lãnh đạo đại tộc Giu-đa. Ôm-ri, con Mi-ca-ên, lãnh đạo đại tộc Y-sa-ca.
19 of Zebulun, Ishmaiah son of Obadiah; of Naphtali, Jerimoth son of Azriel;
Dít-ma-hia, con Áp-đia, lãnh đạo đại tộc Sa-bu-luân. Giê-ri-mốt, con Ách-ri-ên, lãnh đạo đại tộc Nép-ta-li.
20 of the sons of Ephraim, Hoshea son of Azaziah; of the half of the tribe of Manasseh, Joel son of Pedaiah;
Ô-sê, con A-xa-ria, lãnh đạo đại tộc Ép-ra-im. Giô-ên, con Phê-đa-gia, lãnh đạo nửa đại tộc Ma-na-se (ở phía tây).
21 of the half of Manasseh in Gilead, Iddo son of Zechariah; of Benjamin, Jaasiel son of Abner; of Dan, Azareel son of Jeroham.

22 These [are the] heads of the tribes of Israel.

23 But David has not taken up their number from a son of twenty years and under, for YHWH had said [He would] multiply Israel as the stars of the heavens.
Vua Đa-vít không kiểm kê dân số dưới hai mươi tuổi vì Chúa Hằng Hữu đã hứa sẽ tăng gia dân số Ít-ra-ên đông như sao trên trời.
24 Joab son of Zeruiah has begun to number, but has not finished; and there is wrath against Israel for this, and the number has not gone up in the account of the Chronicles of King David.
Giô-áp, con Xê-ru-gia, bắt đầu kiểm kê dân số nhưng không hoàn tất được, vì do cuộc kiểm kê này mà Đức Chúa Trời giáng cơn thịnh nộ trên dân tộc Ít-ra-ên. Số thống kê ấy không được ghi vào biên niên sử của Vua Đa-vít.
25 And Azmaveth son of Adiel [is] over the treasures of the king; and Jonathan son of Uzziah [is] over the treasures in the field, in the cities, and in the villages, and in the towers;
Ách-ma-vết, con A-đi-ên, cai quản các kho tàng hoàng gia. Giô-na-than, con U-xi-gia, cai quản các kho tàng trong các thành phố, thôn làng và các pháo đài của Ít-ra-ên.
26 and Ezri son of Chelub [is] over workmen of the field for the service of the ground;
Ết-ri, con Kê-lúp, cai quản nông dân làm nghề canh nông trên đất của vua.
27 and Shimei the Ramathite [is] over the vineyards; and Zabdi the Shiphmite [is] over what [is] in the vineyards for the treasures of wine;
Si-mê-i, quê ở Ra-ma, cai quản các vườn nho của vua. Xáp-đi, quê ở Xê-pham, cai quản kho rượu nho.
28 and Ba‘al-Hanan the Gederite [is] over the olives and the sycamores that [are] in the low country; and Joash [is] over the treasures of oil;
Ba-anh Ha-nan, quê ở Ghê-đe, cai quản các vườn ô-liu của vua và các vườn sung trên đồi của Giu-đa. Giô-ách chịu trách nhiệm cung cấp dầu ô-liu.
29 and Shitrai the Sharonite [is] over the herds that are feeding in Sharon; and Shaphat son of Adlai [is] over the herds in the valleys;
Sít-trai, quê ở Sa-rôn, cai quản các trại chăn nuôi ở Đồng bằng Sa-rôn. Sa-phát, con Át-lai, cai quản các trại chăn nuôi trong các thung lũng.
30 and Obil the Ishmaelite [is] over the camels; and Jehdeiah the Meronothite [is] over the donkeys;
Ô-binh, người Ích-ma-ên, cai quản các đàn lạc đà. Giê-đia, quê ở Mê-rô-nốt, cai quản các đàn lừa.
31 and Jaziz the Hagerite [is] over the flock; all these [are] heads of the substance that King David has.
Gia-xít, người Ha-ga-rít, cai quản các đàn chiên. Đó là những người cai quản các sản nghiệp của Vua Đa-vít.
32 And Jonathan, David’s uncle, [is] counselor, a man of understanding, [and] he is also a scribe; and Jehiel son of Hachmoni [is] with the sons of the king;

33 and Ahithophel [is] counselor to the king; and Hushai the Archite [is] the friend of the king;
A-hi-tô-phe, làm quân sư. Hu-sai, người Ạt-kít, cố vấn đặc biệt của vua.
34 and after Ahithophel [is] Jehoiada son of Benaiah, and Abiathar; and the head of the host of the king [is] Joab.
Giê-hô-gia-đa, con Bê-na-gia, và A-bia-tha phụ tá. Giô-áp, là tướng chỉ huy quân đội của vua.
