1 Chronicles 25

1 And David and the heads of the host separate for service, of the sons of Asaph, and Heman, and Jeduthun, who are prophesying with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals; and the number of the workmen is according to their service.

I oddělil David a knížata vojska k službě syny Azafovy a Hémanovy a Jedutunovy, kteříž by prorokovali při harfách, při loutnách a při cymbálích. Byl pak počet jejich, totiž mužů těch, jenž práci vedli v přisluhování svém,

2 Of sons of Asaph: Zaccur, and Joseph, and Nethaniah, and Asharelah; sons of Asaph [are] by the side of Asaph, who is prophesying by the side of the king.

Z synů Azafových: Zakur, Jozef, Netaniáš a Asarela, synové Azafovi, pod spravou Azafovou byli, kterýž prorokoval k rozkazu královu.

3 Of Jeduthun, sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, [and Shimei, and] Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, by the side of their father Jeduthun; he is prophesying with a harp, for giving of thanks and of praise for YHWH.

Z Jedutuna synů Jedutunových bylo šest: Godoliáš, Zeri, Izaiáš, Chasabiáš, Mattitiáš a Simei, pod spravou otce jejich Jedutuna, kterýž prorokoval při harfě k slavení a chválení Hospodina.

4 Of Heman, sons of Heman: Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamti-Ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, Mahazioth;

Z Hémana synové Hémanovi: Bukkiáš, Mataniáš, Uziel, Sebuel, Jerimot, Chananiáš, Chanani, Eliata, Giddalti, Romantiezer, Jazbekasa, Malloti, Hotir a Machaziot.

5 all these [are] sons of Heman, seer of the king in the things of God, to lift up a horn; and God gives fourteen sons and three daughters to Heman.

Všickni ti synové Hémanovi, proroka králova v slovích Božských, k vyvyšování moci. A dal Bůh Hémanovi synů čtrnácte a dcery tři.

6 All these [are] by the side of their father in the song of the house of YHWH, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for the service of the house of God; by the side of the king [are] Asaph, and Jeduthun, and Heman.

Všickni ti byli pod spravou otce svého, při zpívání v domě Hospodinově na cymbálích, loutnách a harfách, k službě v domě Božím vedlé poručení králova Azafovi, Jedutunovi a Hémanovi.

7 And their number, with their brothers taught in the song of YHWH—all who are intelligent—[is] two hundred and eighty-eight.

Byl pak počet jich s bratřími jejich, těmi, kteříž byli vycvičení v zpěvích Hospodinových, všech mistrů dvě stě osmdesát osm.

8 And they cause lots to fall, charge next to [charge], the small as well as the great, the intelligent with the learner.

Tedy metali losy, houf držících stráž naproti druhému, jakž malý, tak veliký, mistr i učedlník.

9 And the first lot goes out for Asaph to Joseph; the second, Gedaliah—him, and his brothers and his sons—twelve;

I padl první los v čeledi Azaf na Jozefa, na Godoliáše s bratřími a syny jeho druhý, jichž bylo dvanáct.

10 the third, Zaccur, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Třetí na Zakura, synům jeho a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

11 the fourth to Izri, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Čtvrtý na Izara, synům jeho a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

12 the fifth, Nethaniah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Pátý na Netaniáše, synům jeho a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

13 the sixth, Bukkiah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Šestý na Bukkiáše, synům jeho a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

14 the seventh, Jesharelah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Sedmý na Jesarele, synům jeho a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

15 the eighth, Jeshaiah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Osmý na Izaiáše, synům jeho a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

16 the ninth, Mattaniah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Devátý na Mataniáše, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

17 the tenth, Shimei, his sons and his brothers—twelve:

Desátý na Simei, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

18 eleventh, Azareel, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Jedenáctý na Azarele, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

19 the twelfth to Hashabiah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Dvanáctý na Chasabiáše, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

20 for the thirteenth, Shubael, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Třináctý na Subaele, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

21 for the fourteenth, Mattithiah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Čtrnáctý na Mattitiáše, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

22 for the fifteenth to Jeremoth, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Patnáctý na Jerimota, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

23 the sixteenth to Hananiah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Šestnáctý na Chananiáše, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

24 the seventeenth to Joshbekashah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Sedmnáctý na Jazbekasa, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

25 the eighteenth to Hanani, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Osmnáctý na Chanani, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

26 the nineteenth to Mallothi, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Devatenáctý na Malloti, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

27 the twentieth to Eliathah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Dvadcátý na Eliatu, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

28 the twenty-first to Hothir, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Jedenmecítmý na Hotira, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

29 the twenty-second to Giddalti, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Dvamecítmý na Giddalta, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

30 the twenty-third to Mahazioth, his sons and his brothers—twelve;

Třimecítmý na Machaziota, synům a bratřím jeho dvanácti.

31 the twenty-fourth to Romamti-Ezer, his sons and his brothers—twelve.
