< 1 Chronicles 22 >
1 And David says, “This is the house of YHWH God, and this [is] the altar for burnt-offering for Israel.”

2 And David says to gather the sojourners who [are] in the land of Israel, and appoints hewers to hew hewn-stones to build a house of God.

3 And David has prepared iron in abundance for nails for leaves of the gates and for couplings, and bronze in abundance—there is no weighing,

4 and cedar-trees without number, for the Zidonians and the Tyrians brought in cedar-trees in abundance to David.

5 And David says, “My son Solomon [is] a youth and tender, and the house to be built for YHWH [is] to be made exceedingly great, for renown and for beauty to all the lands; now let me prepare for it”; and David prepares in abundance before his death.
David in aseitai, “Kachapa Solomon hi achapang nalaiyin, jilna le hetna jong neibeh nailou hijongle, Pathenin anganse a Houin sahdoh ding hi loupi ding, minthang ding chuleh leiset pumpia dia jong nasatah hiding ahin, hijeh a chu tuahi kagonpeh pan ding ahitai.” Hijeh a hi David in athi masang a Houin sah nadia thil le lo tampi akoitup ahitai.
6 And he calls for his son Solomon, and charges him to build a house for YHWH, God of Israel,
Hichun, David in achapa Solomon jah a Israelte Pathen chenna ding Houin theng asahdoh natei din athumop tai.
7 and David says to his son Solomon, “As for me, it has been with my heart to build a house for the Name of my God YHWH,
“Kachapa, keiman ka Pathen jabol nadin a Houin theng khat kasadoh nom’e.” David in aseipeh in,
8 and the word of YHWH [is] against me, saying, You have shed blood in abundance, and you have made great wars; you do not build a house for My Name, for you have shed much blood to the earth before Me.
“Ahivangin Pathenin kajah a aseiye, nangman nagalbolna munna mi tampi nathat tan”. “Chuleh, keima mitmua thisan tampi naso tah jeh a, nangman keima jabol nadia ka Houin theng nasah theilou ding ahitai”.
9 Behold, a son is born to you; he is a man of rest, and I have given rest to him from all his surrounding enemies, for Solomon is his name, and I give peace and quietness to Israel in his days;
“Ahivang’a, Chamnasem chapa khat nahin ding ahi, aman Lengvai apoh sungsea Israel gam leh akimvel a agalmite kisan geiya chamdel a kalhat sah ding ahi. Amin Solomon kiti ding chuleh ama lengvai poh sung’a hi Israel cham kalensah ding ahi.”
10 he builds a house for My Name, and he is to Me for a son, and I [am] to him for a father, and I have established the throne of his kingdom over Israel for all time.
“Ama hi ahi keima jabol nadia Houin theng sadoh ding chu. Kachapa deitah hintin, keima apa kahi ding ahi. Chuleh keiman a itih a alenggam sung’a chamna le lungmonna kapeh ding ahi.”
11 Now my son, YHWH is with you, and you have prospered, and have built the house of your God YHWH, as He spoke concerning you.
Kacha tuhin, Pakaiyin nakithopi intin; aman nangma chungchang thudol’a asei tobang'in, nangman jong Pakai, Pathen houin nahinsah doh tei ding ahi.
12 Only, may YHWH give wisdom and understanding to you, and charge you concerning Israel, even to keep the Law of your God YHWH;
Pakajin thil hetkhen themna le datkhenji dan napeh ding, Israel chunga vaihom a natun ding, ngansena nahin peh teng jongleh Pakai, na Pathen danthu nanit jingna dingin nabol peh tahen.
13 then you prosper, if you observe to do the statutes and the judgments that YHWH charged Moses with concerning Israel; be strong and courageous; do not fear, nor be cast down.
Israelte dinga Pakaiyin Mose athupeh chonna dan ahin, chondan jouse chu nanit jing ding chule ching thei tah’a nakhan toupi thei ding ahi. Hijeh chun hat inlang, hang in, kicha hih hel in chule lungthoina jong nanei lou ding ahi.
14 And behold, in my affliction I have prepared for the house of YHWH one hundred thousand talents of gold, and one million talents of silver; and of bronze and of iron there is no weighing, for it has been in abundance; and I have prepared wood and stones, and you add to them.
Genthei hesohna tothon keiman Pakai houin sahdohna ding in, sana talent sang jakhat kakhol khom in ahi. Chule dangka talent nelkhat jong kakhol khom in, sum eng le thih jong ajat’a tekham valset kakhol khom e, ijeh-inem itileh atam in, in thil le lo jong kakhol khom soh keijin, hiche ho jouse hi nangman nabolbe ding ahina laiye.
15 And with you in abundance [are] workmen, hewers and craftsmen of stone and of wood, and every skillful man for every work.
Natong ding mihem tampi semdoh in: song kheng them miho, thing thembol miho, thing vaibol miho, aloi loija mihem simjou lou mihem khutthemna neiho nakoi ding, khut themna neitah beh,
16 Of the gold, of the silver, and of the bronze, and of the iron, there is no number; arise and do, and YHWH is with you.”
mi sana lha-them, dangka kheng them, sum-eng lha them, thih kheng them chule adang mitampi nakoi ding ahi. Tun kipat in na-tong tan, Pakaiyin napanpi jing tahen! ati.
17 And David gives charge to all heads of Israel to give help to his son Solomon, [saying],
Chuin David in Israel mite sunga lamkai chengse thupeh aneiyin, achapa Solomon akithopi diuvin thu aseijin ahi.
18 “Is your God YHWH not with you? Indeed, He has given rest to you all around, for He has given the inhabitants of the land into my hand, and the land has been subdued before His people.
“Pakai, na Pathen uvin nangho napanpi jingo hilou ham? Amatah in na jet le naveiju hungkon nagal miteu asuh thip’a chamna naneiju hilou ham? Ajeh chu Pakai, amatah in agamsunga cheng mite chu keima khut’a apedoh in, hijeh chun agamsung jouse hi Pakai ansung leh amite masanga suh-nem’a uma, mite noija kikunsah ahitai.
19 Now give your heart and your soul to seek for your God YHWH, and rise and build the sanctuary of YHWH God, to bring in the Ark of the Covenant of YHWH, and the holy vessels of God, to the house that is built for the Name of YHWH.”
Tun nang hon na lungthim pumpiu Pakai, na Pathen-u hol tauvin. Kipat un Pakai, Pathen muntheng houin satauvin; chutileh Pakai kitepna thingkong le Pathen houin a manchah bel le um chule thilkeo atheng jouse hiche Pakai dinga houin kisadoh sunga chu pohlut’a umding ahitai,” ati.
