< 1 Chronicles 16 >

1 And they bring in the Ark of God, and set it up in the midst of the tent that David has stretched out for it, and they bring burnt-offerings and peace-offerings near before God;

2 and David ceases from offering the burnt-offering and the peace-offerings, and blesses the people in the Name of YHWH,
Ie nihenefe’ i Davide ty fañengàñe o soroñe naho engam-panintsiñañeo, le nitatae’e ondatio ami’ty tahina’ Iehovà.
3 and gives a portion to every man of Israel, both man and woman: to each a cake of bread, and a measure of wine, and a grape-cake.
Le nanjotsoa’e iaby t’Israele, hene ondaty naho roa­kemba, ty vonga-mofo naho venten-kena vaho ty garatom-baloboke maike.
4 And he puts before the Ark of YHWH, those ministering from the Levites, even to make mention of, and to thank, and to give praise to YHWH, God of Israel:

5 Asaph the head, and his second Zechariah; Jeiel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Mattithiah, and Eliab, and Benaiah, and Obed-Edom, and Jeiel, with instruments of psalteries, and with harps; and Asaph is sounding with cymbals;

6 and Benaiah and Jahaziel the priests [are] continually [sounding] with trumpets before the Ark of the Covenant of God.

7 On that day, at that time, David has given at the beginning to give thanks to YHWH by the hand of Asaph and his brothers:

8 “Give thanks to YHWH, call on His Name, Make His doings known among the peoples.

9 Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him, Meditate on all His wonders.
Isabo, irengeo an-takasy; taroño am’ondatio ze hene fitoloña’e fanjaka.
10 Boast yourselves in His Holy Name, The heart of those seeking YHWH rejoices.
Mitrèña amy tahina’e masiñey; ampirebeho ty arofo’ o mipay Iehovào.
11 Seek YHWH and His strength, Seek His face continually.
Hotsohotsò t’Iehovà naho o haozara’eo, tsoeho nainai’e i lahara’ey.
12 Remember His wonders that He did, His signs, and the judgments of His mouth,
Tiahio o fitoloñañe fanjaka nanoe’eo, o raha tsitantaneo, naho o fizakàm-palie’eo,
13 O seed of Israel, His servant, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones!
Ry tarira’ Israele mpitoro’eo, ry ana’ Iakobe jinobo’eo.
14 He [is] our God YHWH, His judgments [are] in all the earth.
Ie t’Iehovà Andrianañaharentika; manitsike ty tane toy o fizakà’eo.
15 Remember His covenant for all time, The word He commanded—To one thousand generations,
Tiahio nainai’e i fañina’ey; i tsara linili’e ami’ty tariratse faharivo’ey;
16 Which He has made with Abraham, And His oath—to Isaac,
I nanoe’e amy Avrahamey, naho i nifantà’e am’ Ietsàkey;
17 And He establishes it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel [for] a perpetual covenant,
Ie niventè’e am’ Iakobe ho lily, naho am’Israele ho fañina tsy modo,
18 Saying, To you I give the land of Canaan, The portion of your inheritance,
Ami’ty hoe: Ihe ty hitolorako ty tane’ i Kanàne, ho anjara lova’o;
19 When you were few in number, As a little thing, and sojourners in it.
ie mbe tsy niampeampe, toe potrapotra’e naho renetane ama’e ao.
20 And they go up and down, From nation to nation, And from a kingdom to another people.
Aa ie nirererere mb’an-tane mb’an-tane naho boak’ ami’ty fiheheañe, pak’ am-borizañe ila’e,
21 He has not permitted any to oppress them, And reproves kings on their account:
Le tsy napo’e ho joie’ondatio; eka, iereo ty nañendaha’e mpanjaka ami’ty hoe:
22 Do not come against My anointed ones, And do no evil against My prophets.
Ko tsapae’o o norizakoo, naho ko joie’o o mpitokikoo.
23 Sing to YHWH, all the earth, Proclaim His salvation from day to day.
Misaboa am’ Iehovà ry tane toy iaby; talilio boak’ andro boak’ andro ty hasoa’ i fandrombaha’ey.
24 Recount His glory among nations, His wonders among all the peoples.
Tseizo amo kilakila’ndatio ty enge’e; o fitoloña’e fanjakao amo kilakila ondatio.
25 For great [is] YHWH, and greatly praised, And He [is] fearful above all gods.
Amy te ra’elahy t’Iehovà, ho rengèñe añ’abo; hañeveñan-dre te amo ‘ndrahare ila’e iabio.
26 For all gods of the peoples [are] nothing, And YHWH has made the heavens.
Toe kafoake iaby ze ndrahare’ ondatio; Iehovà ty namboatse o likerañeo.
27 Splendor and majesty [are] before Him, Strength and joy [are] in His place.
Engeñe naho asiñe ro añatrefa’e eo, haozarañe naho hafaleañe ro an-toe’e ao.
28 Ascribe to YHWH, you families of peoples, Ascribe to YHWH glory and strength.
Manolora am’ Iehovà ry fifokoa’ ondatio, atoloro am’ Iehovà ty engeñe naho haozarañe.
29 Ascribe to YHWH the glory of His Name, Lift up a present, and come before Him. Bow yourselves to YHWH, In the beauty of holiness.
Atoloro am’ Iehovà ty engeñe mañeva i tahina’ey; añandeso engeñe, le iatrefo, mitalahoa am’ Iehovà am-pibangoañe miavake.
30 Be pained before Him, all the earth; Also, the world is established, It is not moved!
Minevenevera ama’e ry tane toy iaby; toe mijadoñe ty voatse toy, tsy hasitsìtse.
31 The heavens rejoice, and the earth is glad, And they say among nations, YHWH has reigned!
Ampiehafo o andindiñeo, ampirebeho ty tane toy; ampitaroño amo kilakila’ondatio te mifehe t’Iehovà!
32 The sea roars, and its fullness, The field exults, and all that [is] in it,
Ampitroño i riakey an-kalifora’e, ampandiao taroba i hivokey, naho ze hene ama’e ao.
33 Then trees of the forest sing, From the presence of YHWH, For He has come to judge the earth!
Le hisabo an-kafaleañe añatrefa’ Iehovà o hatae añ’alao, Ie hitotsake eo hizaka ty tane toy.
34 Give thanks to YHWH, for [He is] good, For His kindness [is] for all time,
Andriaño t’Iehovà, amy te ie ro soa; nainai’e ty fiferenaiña’e.
35 And say, Save us, O God of our salvation, And gather us, and deliver us from the nations, To give thanks to Your Holy Name, To triumph in Your praise.
Le ano ty hoe: Rombaho zahay, ry Andrianañaharem-pandrombaha’ay, le atontono vaho avotsoro amo kilakila ondatio, hañandriaña’ay i tahina’o masiñey, hitreña’ay azo am-pandrengeañe.
36 Blessed [is] YHWH, God of Israel, From age to age”; And all the people say, “Amen,” and have given praise to YHWH.
Andriañeñe t’Iehovà, Andrianañahare’ Israele, boak’ an-kaehae’e pake haehae añe. hene nirihoñe ty hoe ondatio: Amène vaho nandrenge Iehovà.
37 And he leaves there [those] of Asaph and of his brothers, before the Ark of the Covenant of YHWH, to minister before the Ark continually, according to the matter of a day in its day;

38 both Obed-Edom and their sixty-eight brothers, and Obed-Edom son of Jeduthun, and Hosah, for gatekeepers;
i Ovededome naho o rahalahi’eo: enempolo-valo amby; naho i Ovede­dome ana’ Ieditone naho i Kosà ro mpañamben-dalañe;
39 and Zadok the priest, and his brothers the priests, before the Dwelling Place of YHWH, in a high place that [is] in Gibeon,
i Tsadoke mpisoroñe naho o rahalahi’e mpisoroñeo, añatrefa’ i kivoho’ Iehovày, an­kaboañe e Gibone eo,
40 to cause burnt-offerings to ascend continually to YHWH on the altar of burnt-offering, morning and evening, and for all that is written in the Law of YHWH that He charged on Israel.

41 And with them [are] Heman and Jeduthun, and the rest of those chosen, who were defined by name, to give thanks to YHWH, for His kindness [is] for all time;
mpiam’ iereo t’i Hemane naho Iedotone naho o ila’e jinoboñeo, o tinoñon-tahinañeo, hañandriañe Iehovà, fa nainai’e ty fifere­nai­ña’e;
42 and with them—Heman and Jeduthun—[are] trumpets and cymbals for those sounding, and instruments of the song of God, and the sons of Jeduthun [are] at the gate.

43 And all the people go, each to his house, and David turns around to bless his house.
Aa le songa nimpoly mb’añ’ anjomba’e mb’eo ondatio; vaho nimpoly hitata i anjomba’ey t’i Davide.
