1 Chronicles 13
1 And David consults with the heads of the thousands and of the hundreds, [and] with every leader,
И сотвори совет Давид (со князи) и тысящники, и сотники и всеми началники,
2 and David says to all the assembly of Israel, “If it is good to you, and it has broken forth from our God YHWH—we send to our brothers, those left in all the lands of Israel, and the priests and the Levites with them in the cities of their outskirts, and they are gathered to us,
и рече Давид ко всему собранию Израилеву: аще угодно вам, и от Господа Бога нашего благопоспешится, да послем к братиям нашым оставшымся во всей земли Израилеве, и с ними священницы и левити, во градех обдержания их, да соберутся к нам,
3 and we bring around the Ark of our God to us, for we did not seek Him in the days of Saul.”
и да принесем кивот Бога нашего к нам, не взыскахом бо его во дни Саули.
4 And all the assembly says to do so, for the thing is right in the eyes of all the people.
И отвеща все собрание, да тако будет, зане угодно бысть слово сие всем людем.
5 And David assembles all Israel from Shihor of Egypt even to the entering in of Hamath, to bring in the Ark of God from Kirjath-Jearim,
И собра Давид всего Израиля от предел Египетских даже до входа Имафова, еже внести кивот Божий от Града Иарима.
6 and David goes up, and all Israel, to Ba‘alah, to Kirjath-Jearim that [belongs] to Judah, to bring up from there the Ark of God, YHWH, inhabiting the cherubim, where the Name is called on.
И принесе его Давид: и весь Израиль взыде во град Давидов, иже бяше Иудин, еже вознести тамо кивот Господа Бога седяща на Херувимех, идеже призвано есть имя Его:
7 And they place the Ark of God on a new cart from the house of Abinadab, and Uzza and Ahio are leading the cart,
и постави кивот Божий на колесницу нову из дому Аминадавля: Оза же и братия его ведяху колесницу:
8 and David and all Israel are playing before God, with all strength, and with songs, and with harps, and with psalteries, and with timbrels, and with cymbals, and with trumpets.
Давид же и весь Израиль играху пред Богом всею силою и в песнех и в гуслех, и псалтири и тимпанех, и кимвалех и в трубах:
9 And they come to the threshing-floor of Chidon, and Uzza puts forth his hand to seize the Ark, for the oxen were released,
и приидоша ко гумну Хидоню: и простре Оза руку свою, да поддержит кивот, юнец бо уклони его:
10 and the anger of YHWH is kindled against Uzza, and He strikes him, because that he has put forth his hand on the Ark, and he dies there before God.
и прогневася Господь гневом на Озу и порази его ту, того ради, яко простре руку свою (и прикоснуся) кивоту, и умре ту пред Богом.
11 And it is displeasing to David, because YHWH has made a breach on Uzza, and one calls that place “Breach of Uzza” to this day.
И оскорбися Давид, яко пресече Господь пресечением Озу, и нарече место то пресечение Озане, даже до дне сего.
12 And David fears God on that day, saying, “How do I bring the Ark of God to me?”
И убояся Давид Бога в той день, глаголя: како внесу ко мне кивот Божий?
13 And David has not turned aside the Ark to himself, to the City of David, and turns it aside to the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite.
И не возврати Давид кивота к себе во град Давидов, но возврати и в дом Аведдара Гефеина:
14 And the Ark of God dwells with the household of Obed-Edom, in his house, three months, and YHWH blesses the house of Obed-Edom, and all that he has.
и пребываше кивот Божий в дому Аведдарове три месяцы, и благослови Бог Аведдара и вся, яже имеяше.
