< Zechariah 11 >

1 Open thy doors, O Lebanon, and the fire shall eat on thy cedars.
Lebanon, ikasla kewa srungul lom, Tuh e uh in ku in esukak sak cedar nukewa sunom!
2 Wail, fir-tree; for fallen is the cedar; those that were mighty are despoiled: wail, O ye oaks of Bashan; for the impervious forest is come down.
Sak cypress, komtal in tung ac mwemelil — Tuh sak cedar uh nukewa ikorla; Sak na wowo ingo kunausyukla! Sak oak lun Bashan, komtal in tung ac mwemelil — Tuh insak matol uh pakpukla sak we uh!
3 [There is] the noise of the wailing of the shepherds; for wasted is their glory: [there is] the noise of the roaring of young lions; for wasted is the pride of the Jordan.
Mwet leum elos wowoyak ke asor; Wolana lalos wanginla! Porongo ngutngut lun lion uh. Insak ma elos muta we sisken Infacl Jordan uh, kunausyukla!
4 Thus hath said the Lord my God, Feed the flocks [that are destined for] the slaughter;
LEUM GOD luk El fahk nu sik, “Oru acnu mu kom pa mwet shepherd se ma un sheep natu ah akola in anwuki.
5 Whom their buyers slay, and hold themselves guiltless; and whose sellers say, Blessed be the Lord, for I am rich: and none of whose shepherds have pity on them.
Mwet ma natu sheep uh elos uniya, a tiana kalyeiyuk elos. Elos kukakin ikwa kac uh ac fahk, ‘Kaksakin LEUM GOD! Kut kasrupi!’ Finne shepherd uh, elos tia pac pakomuta sheep elos karingin uh.”
6 For I will no more have pity on the inhabitants of the land, saith the Lord: but, lo, I will deliver the men every one into the hand of his neighbor, and into the hand of his king: and they shall beat down the land, and I will not deliver out of their hand.
(LEUM GOD El fahk, “Nga fah tia sifilpa pakomuta kutena mwet fin faclu. Nga sifacna ac fah sang mwet nukewa nu ye ku lun mwet leum lalos. Mwet leum inge fah sukela faclu, ac nga fah tia molela faclu liki ku lalos.”)
7 And I had fed the flocks [that were destined for] the slaughter, —indeed, the poorest of the flocks; and I had taken unto me two staves; the one I called Mildness [[No'am]], and the other I called Concord [[Choblim]]: and I fed the flocks.
Elos su molela ac kukakunla sheep uh elos moli nu sik nga in orekma lalos, ac nga lac pa mwet shepherd lun sheep ma akola in anwukla uh. Nga tuh srukak polosak lukwa. Soko nga pangon “Pakoten” ac nga sang inen ma soko ngia “Nunak Sefanna.” Ac nga karingin un sheep uh.
8 And I removed the three shepherds in one month; and my soul was tired of them, and also their soul abhorred me.
Nga semutengla sin tolu pac mwet shepherd su srungayu, ac nga siselosla nufon ke malem sefanna.
9 Then said I, I will not feed you: what is dying may die; and what is to be lost may be lost; and those that are left may eat every one the flesh of the other.
Na nga fahk nu sin un sheep uh, “Nga ac tila mwet shepherd lowos. Lela ma ac misa uh in tari misa, ac ma ac kunausyukla uh in tari kunausyukla. Na elos su lula fah forani sifacna kunausla sie sin sie.”
10 And I took my staff, namely, Mildness, and cut it to pieces, to annul my covenant which I had made with all the tribes.
Na nga eis sak soko ma pangpang “Pakoten” ah, ac koteya, in kunausla wuleang se su LEUM GOD El tuh orala yurin mutunfacl nukewa ah.
11 And when it was annulled on that day, then knew they well, truly the poorest of the flocks that waited for me, that it was the word of the Lord.
Ouinge wulela sac sisila ke len sac. Elos su molela ac kukakunla sheep uh liyeyu, ac etu lah LEUM GOD El kaskas in ma nga oru ah.
12 And I said unto them, If it be good in your eyes, give me my reward; and if not, forbear. So they weighed out as my reward thirty pieces of silver.
Na nga fahk nu selos, “Fin wo suwos, kowos molema nu sik molin orekma luk uh. Tusruktu kowos fin tia lungse, tari nimet moli”. Ke ma inge elos ase nu sik ipin silver tolngoul, in moli orekma luk.
13 And the Lord said unto me, Cast it unto the treasurer, the precious price which I am prized at by them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them in the house of the Lord unto the treasurer.
LEUM GOD El fahk nu sik, “Filiya silver ingan in nien fil mwe kasrup lun Tempul.” Ouinge nga usla ipin silver tolngoul — su elos pangon lupa na yohk se, ma ac fal nu sik — ac filiya in nien fil mwe kasrup lun Tempul.
14 Then I cut in pieces my second staff, namely, Concord, to annul the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.
Na nga kotalik sak soko aklukwa ma pangpang “Nunak Sefanna,” ah, ac nunak sefanna inmasrlon Judah ac Israel wanginla.
15 And the Lord said unto me, Take unto thee yet the instruments of a foolish shepherd.
Na LEUM GOD El fahk nu sik, “Sifilpa oru acnu mu kom pa mwet shepherd se, a ke fwil se inge kom in mwet shepherd na wangin sripa se.
16 For, lo, I raise up a shepherd in the land, who will not think of those that are lost, nor seek for that which is gone astray, nor heal that which hath [a limb] broken; who will not care for that which hath stood still; but who will eat the flesh of the fat, and devour all even to their claws.
Nga filiya mwet shepherd se in taran un sheep nutik, tusruktu el tiana kasru sheep su apkuran in kunausyukla ah, ac tia pacna suk sheep ma tuhlac kac ah, ku unwala sheep ma kinet uh, ku kite ma ku kac uh. A el kang ikwen sheep fact oemeet uh, ac olela falkalos kewa.
17 Woe to the worthless shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall utterly wither, and his right eye shall be completely blinded.
Mwet shepherd wangin sripa sac el ac sun lukelos. Mweun ac fah arulana kunausla kewa ku lal. La paol ac fah ulla, ac la mutal layot ac fah kunla.”
