< Psalms 95 >
1 O come, let us sing unto the Lord: let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation.
Ẹ wá, ẹ jẹ́ kí a kọ orin ayọ̀ sí Olúwa, ẹ jẹ́ kí a kígbe sókè sí àpáta ìgbàlà wa.
2 Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and shout joyfully unto him with psalms.
Ẹ jẹ́ kí a wá sí iwájú rẹ̀ pẹ̀lú ọpẹ́ kí a sì pòkìkí rẹ̀ pẹ̀lú ohun èlò orin àti ìyìn.
3 For a great God is the Lord, and a great King above all Gods;
Nítorí Olúwa Ọlọ́run títóbi ni, ọba tí ó tóbi ju gbogbo òrìṣà lọ.
4 In whose hand are the deep places of the earth; and whose are the heights of mountains;
Ní ọwọ́ rẹ̀ ni ọ̀gbun ilẹ̀ wà, ṣóńṣó orí òkè tirẹ̀ ní ṣe.
5 Whose is the sea, and who hath made it; and whose hands have formed the dry land.
Tirẹ̀ ni Òkun, nítorí òun ni ó dá a àti ọwọ́ rẹ̀ ni ó fi dá ìyàngbẹ ilẹ̀.
6 Oh come, let us prostrate ourselves and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.
Ẹ wá, ẹ jẹ́ kí a foríbalẹ̀ kí a sìn ín, ẹ jẹ́ kí a kúnlẹ̀ níwájú Olúwa ẹni tí ó dá wa,
7 For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the flock of his hand: yea, this day, if ye will hearken to his voice,
8 Harden not your heart, as at Meribah, as on the day of the temptation in the wilderness:
“Ẹ má ṣe sé ọkàn yín le gẹ́gẹ́ bí ẹ ti ṣe ní Meriba, àti bí ẹ ti ṣe ní ọjọ́ náà ní Massa ní aginjù,
9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, although they had seen my doing.
nígbà tí àwọn baba yín dán mi wò tí wọn wádìí mi, tí wọn sì rí iṣẹ́ mi.
10 Forty years long did I feel loathing on that generation, and I said, It is a people of an erring heart; and they truly acknowledged not my ways:
Fún ogójì ọdún ni èmi fi bínú sí ìran náà; mo wí pé, ‘Wọ́n jẹ́ ènìyàn tí ọkàn wọn ṣáko lọ wọn kò sì mọ ọ̀nà mi.’
11 So that I swore in my wrath, that they should not enter into my rest.
Nítorí náà ni mo kéde ìbúra nínú ìbínú mi, ‘Wọn kì yóò wọ ibi ìsinmi mi.’”
