Psalms 93

1 The Lord reigneth, he is clothed with excellency; the Lord is clothed, he hath girded himself with strength: [therefore] also the world is firmly established, that it cannot be moved.

خداوند سلطنت می‌کند! او خود را به جلال و قدرت و عظمت آراسته است. زمین برجای خود محکم شده و متزلزل نخواهد شد.

2 Firmly established is thy throne from the beginning: from everlasting art thou [God].

ای خداوند، تخت فرمانروایی تو از قدیم برقرار بوده است. تو از ازل بوده‌ای.

3 The rivers have lifted up, O Lord, the rivers have lifted up their voice; the rivers lift up their waves.

خداوندا، سیلابها طغیان نموده و می‌خروشند.

4 [But] more than the noise of great waters, than the mighty billows of the sea, is the Lord excellent on high.

اما تو که در آسمانها سلطنت می‌کنی، قویتر از تمام سیلهای خروشان و امواج شکننده دریاها هستی!

5 Thy testimonies are exceedingly steadfast: in thy house abideth holiness, O Lord! to the utmost length of days.

ای خداوند، تمام وعده‌های تو راست است. خانهٔ تو برای همیشه با قدوسیت آراسته شده است.
