Psalms 87

1 “By the sons of Korach; a psalm or song.” It is founded by him on holy mountains.

ಕೋರಹೀಯರ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಒಂದು ಗೀತೆ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರವನ್ನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಪರ್ವತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

2 The Lord loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.

ದೇವರು ಚೀಯೋನಿನ ದ್ವಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾಕೋಬನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಿವಾಸಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

3 Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. (Selah)

ದೇವರ ಪಟ್ಟಣವೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ವಿಷಯವಾದ ಮಹಿಮೆಯು ಏನೆಂದರೆ,

4 I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon as those that know me; behold, here is Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia: “This man was born there.”

“ರಾಹಬ್, ಬಾಬೆಲ್ ದೇಶಗಳವರನ್ನು, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲವರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಣಿಸುವೆನು. ಇಗೋ, ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯ, ಟೈರ್, ಕೂಷ್ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳು, ‘ಚೀಯೋನಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವು.’”

5 But of Zion will it be said, “This and that man were born in her:” and the Most High himself doth establish her.

ಚೀಯೋನಿನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ, “ಸಕಲ ಜನಾಂಗದವರೂ ಚೀಯೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು. ಮಹೋನ್ನತರೇ ಅದನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸುವರು,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವರು.

6 The Lord will number when he writeth down nations. “This man was born there.” (Selah)

ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಗ್ರಂಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯುವಾಗ, “ಚೀಯೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇವನು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದನು,” ಎಂದು ಬರೆಯುವರು.

7 And the singers as well as the players on instruments shall be there: all my springs [of joy] are in thee.

“ನನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬುಗ್ಗೆಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇವೆ,” ಎಂದು ಸಂಗೀತಕಾರರು ಹಾಡುವರು.
