Psalms 84
1 “To the chief musician upon Gittith, by the sons of Korach, a psalm.” How lovely are thy dwelling-places, O Lord of hosts!
हे सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभु, तपाईं बस्ने ठाउँ कति सुन्दर छ!
2 My soul desired, yea, it also longed for the courts of the Lord: my heart and my flesh shout with joy unto the living God.
परमप्रभुको चोकको निम्ति म उत्कट इच्छा गर्छु । यसको निम्ति मेरो इच्छाले मलाई थकित बनाएको छ । मेरो हृदय र मेरो सारा प्राणले जीवित परमेश्वरमा पुकारा गर्छ ।
3 Even as the sparrow hath found a house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young: —[have I found] thy altars, O Lord of hosts, my King, and my God.
हे सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभु, मेरो राजा, र मेरो परमेश्वर, भँगेराले आफ्नो गुँड, अनि गौंथलीले तपाईंको वेदीहरूको नजिकै त्यसका बचेराहरू राख्न आफ्नो गुँड भेट्टाएको छ ।
4 Happy are they who dwell in thy house: they will be continually praising thee. (Selah)
तपाईंका मन्दिरमा बस्नेहरू धन्यका हुन् । तिनीहरूले निरन्तर तपाईंको प्रशंसा गर्छन् । सेला
5 Happy is the man whose strong confidence is in thee, [all] whose heart reflecteth on the paths [of righteousness].
त्यो मानिस धन्यको हो जसको बल तपाईंमा छ, जसको हृदयमा सियोन जाने मूलबाटो छ ।
6 Passing through the valley of weeping, they will change it into a spring: also the early rain covereth it with blessings.
आँसुको बेसीबाट जाँदा तिनीहरूले पिउनलाई पानीको मूलहरू भेट्टाउँछन् । सुरुको वर्षाले यसलाई आशिष्ले ढाक्छ ।
7 They go from strength to strength, each of them appeareth before God in Zion.
तिनीहरूले बलमाथि बल पाएर जान्छन् । तिनीहरूमध्ये हरेक सियोनमा परमेश्वरको सामु देखा पर्छन् ।
8 O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. (Selah)
हे सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभु परमेश्वर, मेरो प्रार्थना सुन्नुहोस् । हे याकूबका परमेश्वर, म के भन्दैछु सो सुन्नुहोस् । सेला
9 [Thou, ] our shield, behold, O God, and look upon the face of thy anointed.
हे परमेश्वर, हाम्रा ढाल हुनुहोस् । तपाईंको अभिषिक्त जनको निम्ति चासो देखाउनुहोस् ।
10 For better is a day in thy courts than a thousand [elsewhere]: I would rather choose to wait at the threshold of the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
किनकि तपाईंको चोकको एक दिन अन्त कतैको हजार दिनभन्दा असल हुन्छ । दुष्टहरूका पालहरूमा बस्नुभन्दा म आफ्नो परमेश्वरको मन्दिरको पाले हुनेछु ।
11 For a sun and shield is the Lord God; grace and glory will the Lord give; he will not withhold any good from those that walk with integrity.
किनकि परमप्रभु परमेश्वर हाम्रो सूर्य र ढाल हुनुहुन्छ । परमप्रभुले अनुग्रह र गौरव दिनुहुनेछ । इमानदारितामा हिंड्नेहरूलाई उहाँले कुनै असल थोक रोक्नुहुन्न ।
12 O Lord of hosts, happy is the man that trusteth in thee.
हे सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभु, त्यो मानिस धन्यको हो, जसले तपाईंमा भरोसा गर्छ ।
