< Psalms 84 >

1 “To the chief musician upon Gittith, by the sons of Korach, a psalm.” How lovely are thy dwelling-places, O Lord of hosts!
Abụ Ọma nke dịrị onyeisi Abụ. Abụ Ọma ụmụ Kora nʼusoro gittit. Lee ka ebe obibi gị sị maa mma, O Onyenwe anyị, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile!
2 My soul desired, yea, it also longed for the courts of the Lord: my heart and my flesh shout with joy unto the living God.
Ọ na-agụsị mkpụrụobi m agụụ ike, e mkpụrụobi m na-adakwa mba, ịbata nʼogige Onyenwe anyị; mkpụrụobi m na anụ ahụ m na-eti mkpu na-achọ Chineke dị ndụ.
3 Even as the sparrow hath found a house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young: —[have I found] thy altars, O Lord of hosts, my King, and my God.
Ọ bụladị ụmụ nnụnụ nta nke eluigwe, achọtala ebe obibi; eleke achọtakwarala onwe ya akwụ, ebe ọ ga na-edebe ụmụ ya, nʼakụkụ ebe ịchụ aja nsọ gị, O Onyenwe anyị, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile, Eze m na Chineke m.
4 Happy are they who dwell in thy house: they will be continually praising thee. (Selah)
Ndị a gọziri agọzi ka ndị bi nʼụlọ gị bụ; ha na-eto gị mgbe niile. (Sela)
5 Happy is the man whose strong confidence is in thee, [all] whose heart reflecteth on the paths [of righteousness].
Ndị a gọziri agọzi ka ha bụ, bụ ndị ike ha nwere dị na gị, ndị kpebiri nʼobi ha ịga njem.
6 Passing through the valley of weeping, they will change it into a spring: also the early rain covereth it with blessings.
Mgbe ha na-esite na Ndagwurugwu Baka na-agafe, ha na-eme ya ka ọ bụrụ ebe isi iyi dị iche iche na-asọpụta; mmiri ozuzo mbụ na-ewere ngọzị niile kpuchie ya.
7 They go from strength to strength, each of them appeareth before God in Zion.
Ike ha na-abawanye abawanye, tutu ha niile nʼotu na otu, abịa guzo nʼihu Chineke na Zayọn.
8 O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. (Selah)
O Onyenwe anyị, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile, nụrụ ekpere m. Gee m ntị, gị Chineke nke Jekọb.
9 [Thou, ] our shield, behold, O God, and look upon the face of thy anointed.
Lekwasị anya nʼọta anyị, O Chineke, jiri ihuọma lekwasị onye gị e tere mmanụ anya.
10 For better is a day in thy courts than a thousand [elsewhere]: I would rather choose to wait at the threshold of the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
Otu mkpụrụ ụbọchị a nọrọ nʼime ogige gị, karịrị puku ụbọchị a nọrọ ebe ọzọ; ọ ga-akara m mma ịbụ onye nche nʼọnụ ụzọ ụlọnsọ Chineke m, karịa ibi nʼụlọ ikwu nke ndị ajọ omume.
11 For a sun and shield is the Lord God; grace and glory will the Lord give; he will not withhold any good from those that walk with integrity.
Onyenwe anyị Chineke bụ anyanwụ na ọta; Onyenwe anyị na-enye ihuọma na nsọpụrụ; ọ naghị egbochi ihe ọma ọbụla site nʼebe ndị na-eje ije nʼizuoke nọ.
12 O Lord of hosts, happy is the man that trusteth in thee.
O Onyenwe anyị, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile, ngọzị na-adịrị ndị niile na-atụkwasị gị obi.
