Psalms 80
1 “To the chief musician upon Shoshannim; an 'Eduth by Assaph; a psalm.” O Shepherd of Israel, give ear, thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; thou that dwellest between the cherubims, shine forth.
ಸಂಗೀತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕನಿಗಾಗಿರುವ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. “ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಲಿಲಿಹೂಗಳು” ಎಂಬ ರಾಗ. ಆಸಾಫನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಮಂದೆಯಂತೆ ಯೋಸೇಫ್ಯರನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಕುರುಬ ಆಗಿರುವ ದೇವರೇ, ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಿರಿ. ಕೆರೂಬಿಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸೀನವಾಗಿರುವ ದೇವರೇ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸಿರಿ.
2 Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Menasseh awaken thy might, and come to our help.
ಎಫ್ರಾಯೀಮ್, ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನ್, ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯರ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪರಾಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಲು ಬಂದು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿರಿ.
3 O God, cause us to return, and let thy countenance shine, that we may be saved.
ದೇವರೇ, ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಖ ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ. ಆಗ ನಾವು ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಹೊಂದುವೆವು.
4 O Lord of hosts, how long shall thy anger smoke against the prayer of thy people?
ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ಎಷ್ಟರವರೆಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜನರ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಬೇಸರಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿರಿ?
5 Thou feedest them with the bread of tears, and givest them tears to drink in great measure.
ರೋದನವೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಅನ್ನವಾಗುವಂತೆಯೂ ಅಶ್ರುಧಾರೆಯೇ ಪಾನವಾಗುವಂತೆಯೂ ಅನುಮತಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
6 Thou renderest us a contest unto our neighbors: and our enemies hold derision among themselves.
ನಮ್ಮ ನೆರೆಯವರ ವಿವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಗುರಿಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ನಮ್ಮ ಶತ್ರುಗಳು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅಪಹಾಸ್ಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
7 O God of hosts, cause us to return, and let thy countenance shine, that we may be saved.
ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತರಾದ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಖ ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ. ಆಗ ನಾವು ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಹೊಂದುವೆವು.
8 A vine didst thou remove out of Egypt: thou drovest out nations, and plantedst it.
ನೀವು ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ತಂದು, ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
9 Thou didst clear out a place before it, and it struck its root deeply, and it filled the land.
ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಳ ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿದಿರಿ. ಆಗ ಅದು ಬೇರೂರಿ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿತು.
10 Mountains were covered with its shadow, and with its boughs the cedars of God.
ಅದರ ನೆರಳಿನಿಂದ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳೂ ಅದರ ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳಿಂದ ದೇವದಾರುಗಳೂ ಮುಚ್ಚಲಾದವು.
11 It sent out its tendrils as far as the sea, and unto the river its suckers.
ಅದು ತನ್ನ ರೆಂಬೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮುದ್ರದವರೆಗೂ, ತನ್ನ ಬಳ್ಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ನದಿಯವರೆಗೂ ಹರಡಿಸಿತು.
12 Wherefore hast thou now broken down its fences, so that all who pass by the way pluck the fruit from it?
ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವವರೆಲ್ಲರು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೀಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಏಕೆ ಅದರ ಬೇಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀವು ಮುರಿದುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀರಿ?
13 The boar out of the forest doth gnaw at it, and what moveth on the field feedeth on it.
ಅಡವಿಯಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಹಂದಿಗಳು ಅದನ್ನು ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ; ಕಾಡಿನ ಮೃಗಗಳು ಅದನ್ನು ತಿಂದು ಹಾಕುತ್ತವೆ.
14 O God of hosts, return; I pray thee, look down from heaven, and behold, and think of this vine;
ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ದರ್ಶನವಾಗಲಿ. ನೀವು ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಕಟಾಕ್ಷಿಸಿರಿ. ಈ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಾಮರಿಸಿರಿ.
15 And of the sprout which thy right hand hath planted, and of the branch that thou hast made strong for thyself.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಲಗೈ ನೆಟ್ಟ ಸಸಿಯನ್ನೂ ನೀವು ನಿಮಗೆ ಬೆಳಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಬಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನೂ ಪರಾಮರಿಸಿರಿ.
16 It is burnt with fire, it is hewn down; because of the rebuke of thy countenance do they perish.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿಬಳ್ಳಿ ಕಡಿದು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಸುಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನೀವು ಖಂಡಿಸಲು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜನರು ಬಾಧಿತರಾಗಿ ಹೋಗುವರು.
17 Let thy hand be over the man of thy right hand, over the son of man whom thou hast made strong for thyself.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವಾತನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹಸ್ತವಿರಲಿ. ನಿಮಗಾಗಿ ಆ ನರಪುತ್ರನನ್ನು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
18 Then will we not swerve from thee: revive us again, and we will call on thy name.
ಆಗ ನಾವು ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದ ತೊಲಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಉಜ್ಜೀವಿಸಿರಿ, ಆಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಕರೆಯುವೆವು.
19 O Lord God of hosts, cause us to return: let thy countenance shine, that we may be saved.
ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತರಾದ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಖ ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ. ಆಗ ನಾವು ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಹೊಂದುವೆವು.
