Psalms 72
1 “By Solomon.” O God, give unto the king thy decisions, and thy righteousness unto the king's son.
ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಸಿಕೊಡಿರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಜಕುಮಾರನಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಸಿಕೊಡಿರಿ.
2 He shall decide for thy people with righteousness, and for thy afflicted with justice.
ಅರಸನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನೀತಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಾಧೆಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಜೆಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯದಿಂದಲೂ ತೀರ್ಪುಮಾಡಲಿ.
3 The mountains shall bear peace for the people, and the hills [the same], through righteousness.
ಬೆಟ್ಟಗುಡ್ಡಗಳಿಂದ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯೂ ನೀತಿಯ ಫಲವೂ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಬರಲಿ.
4 He shall judge the afflicted of the people, he shall give help to the children of the needy; but he shall crush the oppressor.
ಅರಸನು ಬಡವರ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಿ. ಅವನು ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲಿ. ದಬ್ಬಾಳಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವವರನ್ನು ದಂಡಿಸಲಿ.
5 They shall fear thee as long as the sun shineth, and in the presence of the moon, throughout all generations.
ಸೂರ್ಯನೂ ಚಂದ್ರನೂ ಇರುವವರೆಗೆ ತಲತಲಾಂತರಗಳು ಜನರು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡಲಿ.
6 He shall come down like rain upon the mown grass, as showers which are dropping on the earth.
ಕೊಯ್ದ ಹುಲ್ಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೀಳುವ ಮಳೆಯ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ, ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ನೆನಸುತ್ತಾ ಸುರಿಯುವ ಮಳೆಗಳ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಅರಸನು ಇರಲಿ.
7 In his days shall the righteous flourish; and abundance of peace [shall be] till the moon shall be no more.
ಅರಸನ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀತಿವಂತರು ವೃದ್ಧಿ ಆಗಲಿ. ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯಾದ ಸಮಾಧಾನವು ಚಂದ್ರನು ಇರುವವರೆಗೂ ಇರಲಿ.
8 And he shall have dominion from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.
ಸಮುದ್ರದಿಂದ ಸಮುದ್ರದವರೆಗೂ ನದಿಯಿಂದ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಕೊನೆಗಳವರೆಗೂ ಅರಸನು ಆಳಲಿ.
9 Before him shall bend down those that dwell in the wilderness; and his enemies shall lick the dust.
ಅರಸನ ಮುಂದೆ ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳು ಎರಗಲಿ. ಅರಸನ ಶತ್ರುಗಳು ಧೂಳನ್ನು ನೆಕ್ಕಲಿ.
10 The kings of Tharshish and of the isles shall bring presents: the kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts.
ತಾರ್ಷೀಷಿನ ಅರಸರೂ ದ್ವೀಪಗಳ ಅರಸರೂ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಿ. ಶೆಬ ಮತ್ತು ಸೆಬದ ಅರಸರು ದಾನಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದೊಪ್ಪಿಸಲಿ.
11 Yea, there shall bow down before him all kings: all nations shall serve him.
ಹೌದು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅರಸರು ನಮ್ಮ ಅರಸನ ಮುಂದೆ ಅಡ್ಡಬೀಳಲಿ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಿ.
12 For he will deliver the needy when he crieth; the afflicted also, who hath no helper.
ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಮೊರೆಯಿಡುವ ಬಡವರನ್ನೂ ಸಹಾಯಕನಿಲ್ಲದ ಬಾಧೆಪಡುವವರನ್ನೂ ಬಿಡಿಸುವನು.
13 He will spare the poor and needy; and the souls of the needy will he assist.
ದರಿದ್ರನನ್ನೂ, ಬಡವನನ್ನೂ ಕರುಣಿಸುವನು. ಬಡವರ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವನು.
14 From wrong and violence will he deliver their soul; and precious shall their blood be in his eyes.
ಮೋಸ ದಬ್ಬಾಳಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಜನರನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವನು. ಜನರ ಜೀವವು ಆತನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾಗಿರುವುದು.
15 And he shall live; and he will give him of the gold of Sheba: and he will pray in his behalf continually; all the time will he bless him.
ಅರಸನು ಬಾಳಲಿ. ಆತನಿಗೆ ಶೆಬದ ಚಿನ್ನವನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲಿ. ಆತನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಮಾಡಲಿ. ಇಡೀ ದಿನ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದಗಳು ಉಂಟಾಗಲಿ.
16 There shall be an abundance of corn in the land; upon the top of the mountains its fruit shall shake like [the trees of] Lebanon; and [men] shall blossom out of the city like herbs of the earth.
ಧಾನ್ಯದ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳ ತುದಿಯವರೆಗೂ ಇರಲಿ; ಅದರ ಫಲವು ಲೆಬನೋನಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಲಿ; ಪಟ್ಟಣದವರು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಸೊಪ್ಪಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ವೃದ್ಧಿ ಆಗಲಿ.
17 His name will endure for ever; in the presence of the sun his name shall flourish: and men shall bless themselves with him: all nations shall call him happy.
ಅರಸನ ನಾಮವು ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಇರಲಿ. ಸೂರ್ಯನಿರುವವರೆಗೂ ಆತನ ಹೆಸರು ಇರಲಿ. ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಅರಸನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ಹೊಂದಲಿ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳು ಆತನನ್ನು ಭಾಗ್ಯವಂತನೆಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಿ.
18 Blessed be the Lord the God, the God of Israel, who alone doth wondrous things.
ಅದ್ಭುತಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಸಾಟಿಯಿಲ್ಲದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವಾಗಲಿ.
19 And blessed he his glorious name for ever; and with his glory may the whole earth be filled: Amen, and Amen.
ದೇವರ ಘನವುಳ್ಳ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವಾಗಲಿ. ದೇವರ ತೇಜಸ್ಸು ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ತುಂಬಲಿ.
20 Here are ended the prayers of David the son of Jesse.
ಇಷಯನ ಮಗ ದಾವೀದನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ.
