Psalms 7
1 “A Shiggayon of David, which he sang unto the Lord, concerning the affairs of Cush the Benjamite.” O Lord my God, in thee do I put my trust; save me from every one of my persecutors, and deliver me:
၁ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ဗင်္ယာမိန် အမျိုးသား ကုရှ ၏စကား ကြောင့် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ အသံညှိ၍ဆို သော ဆာလံ။1အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် ခိုလှုံ ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ သော သူအပေါင်း တို့၏လက်မှ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို နှုတ် ယူ၍ ကယ်တင် တော်မူပါ။
2 Lest he tear like a lion my soul, rending it in pieces, with none to deliver.
၂သို့မဟုတ် နှုတ် ယူသောသူမ ရှိစဉ်၊ ရန်သူသည် ခြင်္သေ့ ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏စိတ် ဝိညာဉ်ကို လုယူကိုက် ဖြတ် ပါလိမ့်မည်။
3 O Lord my God, if I have done this; if there be injustice in my hands;
၃အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ထိုသို့ ပြု သော်၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် လက် မှာ အဓမ္မ အမှုရှိ သော်၎င်း၊
4 If I have recompensed him that was at peace with me with evil; If I have taken aught from my assailants without cause:
၄အကျွန်ုပ် နှင့် သင့်တင့် သောသူကို အကျွန်ုပ် ပြစ်မှား ၍ ၊ အကြောင်း မရှိဘဲလျက် ရန် ပြုသောသူကို အကျွန်ုပ် ညှဉ်းဆဲ သော် ၎င်း၊ ထိုသို့သော အပြစ်တစုံတခုရှိလျှင်၊
5 May the enemy hotly pursue my soul, and overtake it; and tread down upon the earth my life, and cause my honor to be in the dust. (Selah)
၅ရန်သူ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ စိတ် ဝိညာဉ်ကိုလိုက် ၍ မှီ ပါစေ။ အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို မြေ ပေါ် မှာနင်း ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အသရေ ကို မြေမှုန့် ၌ နှိမ့်ချ ပါစေ။
6 Arise, O Lord, in thy anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of my enemies: and awake for me [to] the judgment that thou hast commanded.
၆အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အမျက် တော် ထွက်၍ ထ တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ရန်သူ တို့ ပြင်းထန် ခြင်းကို ဆီးတား ၍ အားထုတ်တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် အဘို့ နိုး တော်မူ ပါ။ တရား စီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူပါ။
7 So shall the congregation of nations compass thee about: and for their sakes return thou to the height.
၇လူမျိုး တို့သည်စည်းဝေး ၍ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ဝန်းရံ ကြလျက် ၊ သူ တို့အဘို့ မြင့် ရာအရပ်သို့ ပြန် ကြွတော်မူပါ။
8 The Lord will judge the people: judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness, and according to my integrity [grant] me [recompense].
၈ထာဝရဘုရား သည် လူမျိုး တို့ကို တရား စီရင်တော်မူ၏။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်း ကို၎င်း၊ စုံလင် ခြင်းကို၎င်း ထောက်၍ အကျွန်ုပ် အမှုကို စီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူပါ။
9 Oh let the evil of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just, O thou, who triest the hearts and reins, O righteous God.
၉မတရား သောသူတို့ ၏ အဓမ္မ အမှုကိုဆုံးရှုံး စေ၍ ၊ တရား သောသူတို့ကိုမြဲမြံ စေတော်မူပါ။ တရား သဖြင့် ပြုတော်မူသောဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နှလုံး နှင့် ကျောက်ကပ် ကို စစ် တော်မူတတ်ပါ၏။
10 My protection is by God, who saveth the upright in heath.
၁၀သဘော ဖြောင့် သောသူတို့ကို ကယ်တင် တတ် သော ဘုရား သခင်သည် ငါ ၏အကွယ် အကာဖြစ်တော်မူ ၏။
11 God is a righteous judge, and a God who is indignant [with the wicked] every day.
၁၁ဘုရား သခင်သည် တရား သဖြင့် စီရင် သော ဘုရား ဖြစ်၍ ၊ မတရားသောသူကို အစဉ် အမျက် ထွက် တော်မူ၏။
12 If he turn not, He will whet his sword, he bendeth his bow, and maketh it ready.
၁၂ထိုသူ သည်မ ပြောင်းလဲ လျှင် ထား တော်ကို သွေး တော်မူ၏။ လေး တော်ကိုတင် ၍ ရွယ် တော်မူ၏။
13 Also for him he prepareth the instruments of death; he fashioneth his arrows against the persecutors.
၁၃သေ စေသော လက်နက် ကိုလည်း သူ့ အဘို့ ပြင်ဆင် ၍ မြှား တော်တို့ကို လောင် စေတော်မူ၏။
14 Behold, he travaileth with wrong doing; but he hath conceived mischief, and bringeth forth falsehood.
၁၄ထိုသူသည် ဒုစရိုက် ဘွား သော ဝေဒနာ ကို ခံရ၏။ မ ကောင်းသော အကြံအစည်ကို ပဋိသန္ဓေယူ၍ ၊ စိတ်ပျက် ခြင်းကို ဘွားမြင် တတ်၏။
15 He hath hollowed out a pit, and dug it, and is fallen into the ditch which he hath wrought.
၁၅တွင်း ကိုလည်း နက်စွာတူး သဖြင့် ၊ မိမိ တူး သော တွင်း ထဲ သို့ မိမိ ကျ တတ်၏။
16 His mischief will return upon his own head, and upon his own skull will his violence come down.
၁၆မိမိ မ ကောင်းသော အကြံအစည်သည် မိမိ ခေါင်း ပေါ် မှာ ပြန် ရောက်၍ ၊ မိမိ ကြမ်းတမ်း သောအမှု သည် မိမိ ခေါင်း ထိပ်ပေါ် မှာ သက် ရောက်တတ်၏။
17 I will thank the Lord according to his righteousness; and I will sing praises to the name of the Lord the Most High.
၁၇ငါမူကား၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ တရား သောအမှု တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ၍ ၊ အမြင့်ဆုံး သောထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမတော် ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။
