< Psalms 68 >

1 “To the chief musician, by David, a Psalm or song.” Oh that God would arise, that his enemies might be scattered, and those that hate him might flee before him.
Kuom jatend wer. Zaburi mar Daudi. Wer. Mad Nyasaye aa malo, mad wasike ke; mad joma kedo kode ring konene.
2 As smoke is driven off, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
Mad iriembgi gi dhi mabor, mana kaka yamo riembo iro tero mabor; mad joma timbegi richo lal nono e nyim Nyasaye mana kaka odok leny kowinjo mach.
3 But the righteous shall rejoice; they shall exult before God: yea, they shall be exceedingly joyful.
To joma kare to mad bed mamor kendo moil e nyim Nyasaye; mad gibed mamor kendo gibed mamor chuth.
4 Sing unto God, sing praises to his name; extol him who rideth upon the heavens: the Everlasting is his name, and rejoice before him.
Weruru ne Nyasaye, weruru wende pak ne nyinge, miyeuru duongʼ, En moriembo gechene e boche polo, nyinge en Jehova Nyasaye, beduru moil e nyime.
5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
Nyasaye modak kare kama ler. En wuoro ne joma onge gi wuonegi kendo en jachwak mon ma chwogi otho.
6 God places those who are solitary in the midst of their families: he bringeth out those who are bound unto happiness; but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.
Nyasaye keto joma odongʼ kendgi e udi kendo otelo ne joma otwe kower; to joma ohero ngʼanyo to dak e piny ma chiengʼ otwoyo kururu.
7 O God, when thou didst go forth before thy people, when thou didst tread along through the wilderness—Selah—
Kane iwuok idhi kitelo ne jogi, yaye Nyasaye, kane iwuotho e piny mokethore maonge tich, (Sela)
8 The earth quaked, also the heavens dropped at the presence of God, yea, this Sinai, at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
piny noyiengni kendo polo noolo koth e piny, e nyim Nyasaye, Jal man Sinai, e nyim Nyasaye ma Nyasach Israel.
9 Rain of beneficence didst thou pour down, O God, whereby thou didst truly strengthen thy heritage, when it was weary.
Ne ichiwo koth mogundho, yaye Nyasaye; ne idwogo chuny girkeni mari mane ojony.
10 Thy assembly dwelt therein: thou didst prepare it with thy goodness for the afflicted [people]. O God,
Jogi nokawo pinyno modakie kendo nichiwo ne joma odhier gik ma gilando, kigolo kuom mwanduni mogundho, yaye Nyasaye.
11 The Lord gave [happy] tidings; they are published by the female messengers, a numerous host.
Ruoth nolando wach kendo oganda mane okawo wachno mi okeye ne duongʼ mokalo:
12 The kings of the armies flee away—flee away: yet she that tarried at home divideth the spoil.
“Ruodhi gi jolweny dar gi ngʼwech; ji pogo gik moyaki e kambi.
13 When ye lie still between the folds [of your cattle], [ye will be like] the wings of the dove covered with sliver, and her pinions shining with flaming gold.
Kata mana sa ma inindo but mach kama liet, to bwombe mag akuchena oum gi dhahabu, kendo yierene oum gi fedha maleny.”
14 When the Almighty scattered kings in the midst of her, then even in darkness shone light [as pure] as snow.
Kane Jal Maratego okeyo ruodhi manie piny, to ne ochal mana gi pe molwar koa e kama otingʼore gi malo mar Zalmon.
15 A mountain of God is the mount of Bashan; many peaks hath the mount of Bashan.
Gode mag Bashan gin gode madongo miwuoro; godego mag Bashan ojuothore adier.
16 Why watch ye enviously, ye many-peaked mountains, yonder mountain which God hath chosen for his residence? yea, the Lord will also dwell [there] for ever.
Angʼo momiyo ungʼicho gi nyiego, yaye gode mojuothore, angʼo momiyo nyiego omakou gi got kama Nyasaye oyiero mondo ogurie lochne, kama Jehova Nyasaye owuon biro dakie nyaka chiengʼ?
17 The chariots of God are two myriads; thousands of angels [follow him]: the Lord is among them: so is Sinai holy [among mountains].
Geche mag lweny mag Nyasaye gin tara gi tara; gingʼeny mokalo akwana; Ruoth osebiro koa Sinai mondo odonji kare maler.
18 Thou didst ascend on high, lead away captives, receive gifts among men, yea, even the rebellious, to dwell among them. O Lord God.
Kane iidho idhi malo to ne itelone joma nimako e lweny; kendo ne ikawo mich mane ji omiyi, nyaka mich mane jongʼanyo omiyi, mondo in Jehova Nyasaye, idag kanyo.
19 Blessed be the Lord; day by day he loadeth us [with benefits]; our God is our salvation. (Selah)
Pak odog ne Ruoth, ma en Nyasaye ma Jawarwa, Nyasaye matingʼonwa pekwa ndalo duto. (Sela)
20 Our God is to us the God of salvation: and by the Eternal the Lord are the escapes from death.
Nyasachwa en Nyasaye ma waro ji; tony e tho aa kuom Jehova Nyasaye Manyalo Gik Moko Duto ma Wuon Loch.
21 But God will crush the head of his enemies, the hairy skull of him who walketh in his guiltiness.
Kuom adier, Nyasaye biro toyo wiye wasike, obiro mayo joma dhi nyime gi timo richo osimbo motimo yier ma girwako.
22 The Lord hath said, From Bashan will I bring back, I will bring back from the depths of the sea:
Ruoth wacho niya, “Abiro gologi oko Bashan; abiro gologi oko kama tut mar nam,
23 In order that thou mayest wade with thy feet in blood, feeding the tongue of thy dogs from the enemies' blood.

24 Men see thy goings forth, O God! the goings forth of my God, my King, into the sanctuary.
Wuodhi koro nenore maler, yaye Nyasaye, wuodh Nyasacha ma Ruodha nenore maler kodonjo kare maler.
25 First come singers, then follow players on instruments, in the midst of maidens playing on timbrels.
Joma wer gi dhogi otelo eka joma wer ka goyo thumbe luwogi, nyiri magoyo oyieke bende ni kodgi machiegni.
26 In assemblies bless ye God, [praise] the Lord, ye sprung from Israel's fountain.
Pakuru Nyasaye e dier chokruok maduongʼ; pakuru Jehova Nyasaye e dier chokruok mar jo-Israel.
27 There Benjamin the youngest leadeth them on, the princes of Judah in purple robes, the princes of Zebulun, the princes of Naphtali.
Dhoot matin mar joka Benjamin otelonegi, oganda maduongʼ mar ruodhi moa e dhood Juda bende ni kodgi, eka nitie ruodhi moa e dhout Zebulun gi Naftali.
28 Thy God hath ordained the rule to thee: strengthen, O God, what thou hast wrought for us.
Chok tekoni kaachiel, yaye Nyasaye; nyiswa tekoni, yaye Nyasaye; kaka isebedo kitimo nyaka aa chon.
29 Because of thy temple over Jerusalem shall kings bring presents unto thee.
Nikech hekalu mari man Jerusalem ruodhi biro keloni mich.
30 Rebuke the wild beasts hiding among the reeds, the troops of steers among the calves of nations, that hasten along with presents of silver. He scattereth nations that are eager for the fight.
Kwer ondiek manie dier togo, kwer kweth mag rwedhi manie dier nyiroye mag ogendini. Mi okel sirni mangʼeny mag fedha ka wiye okuot. Ke ogendini mohero lweny.
31 Nobles will come out of Egypt: Ethiopia will stretch forth eagerly her hands unto God.
Joote biro biro koa Misri; Kush bende biro bolore ne Nyasaye.
32 Kingdoms of the earth, sing unto God; sing praises unto the Lord: (Selah)
Weruru ne Nyasaye, yaye pinjeruodhi mag piny, weruru wende pak ne Ruoth Nyasaye, (Sela)
33 To him who rideth over the highest heavens, of ancient days: hear! he sendeth forth his voice, the voice of might.
werneuru ne Jal mariembo gechene e kor polo malo manyaka nene, Jal mamor gi dwol maduongʼ.
34 Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the skies.
Landuru teko mar Nyasaye ma nigi duongʼ kuom Israel, kendo ma nigi teko e kor polo.
35 Thou art tremendous, O God, from thy holy residences: O God of Israel, [thou art] he that givest strength and power unto [thy] people. Blessed be God.
Ilich miwuoro ka in kari maler, yaye Nyasaye, Nyasach Israel chiwo teko gi nyalo ne joge. Pak mondo obed ne Nyasaye!
