< Psalms 65 >

1 “To the chief musician, a psalm [and] song of David.” For thee praise is waiting, O God, in Zion: and unto thee shall vows be paid.
Ho an’ ny mpiventy hira. Salamo nataon’ i Davida. Tonon-kira. Ho anao ny fanginana sy ny fiderana, Andriamanitra any Ziona ô, ary aminao no anefana ny voady.
2 O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee all flesh shall come.
Ry Mpihaino vavaka ô, Hianao no hohatonin’ ny nofo rehetra.
3 The iniquitous things have become too mighty for me: our transgressions—these wilt thou wipe away.
Ny zava-mahameloka ahy dia mihoatra noho izay zakako; nefa Hianao no mamela ny fahadisoanay.
4 Happy is he whom thou choosest, and causest to approach, that he may dwell in thy courts: let us be satisfied with the happiness of thy house, the holiness of thy temple.
Sambatra izay fidinao ka ampanatoninao hitoetra eo an-kianjanao; Te-ho voky ny zava-tsoa ao amin’ ny tranonao izahay dia ny zava-masìna ao amin’ ny tempolinao.
5 With terrific deeds in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation, who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of the sea, that are far away;
Zava-mahatahotra no ataonao amin’ ny fahamarinana ho valin’ ny vavakay, ry Andriamanitry ny famonjena anay ô, ry tokin’ ny faran’ ny tany rehetra sy ny ranomasina eny lavitra eny.
6 Who setteth firmly the mountains by his power, who is girded with might;
Mampiorina ny tendrombohitra amin’ ny heriny Izy, misikìna fahatanjahana Izy.
7 Who assuageth the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the tumult of nations.
Mampitsahatra ny firohondrohon’ ny onjan-dranomasina Izy, sy ny fitabataban’ ny firenena.
8 And they that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid of thy wondrous signs: the outgoings of the morning and evening thou causest to rejoice.
Dia matahotra noho ny famantaranao ny mponina any am-paran’ ny tany; ny any amin’ ny fiposahan’ ny maraina sy ny hariva no ampihobinao.
9 Thou hast thought of the earth, and waterest her abundantly; thou greatly enrichest her; the brook of God is full of water: thou preparest their corn, when thou hast thus prepared her.
Mamangy ny tany Hianao ka mahamando azy; mampahavokatra azy betsaka Hianao ― Ny onin’ Andriamanitra dia tondra-drano ― Mamboatra vary ho an’ ny olona Hianao; fa izany no famboatrao ny tany.
10 Watering her furrows abundantly, smoothing down her ridges, thou softenest her with showers; thou blessest her growth.
Mahampoka ny tany voasa Hianao ka mampiravona azy; ranonorana mivatravatra no amontosanao azy; mitahy ny fitsimohany Hianao.
11 Thou hast crowned the year of thy goodness; and thy tracks drop fatness:
Satrohanao voninahitra ny taona fitahianao; ary ny dianao mitete menaka.
12 The pastures of the wilderness are dropping [with plenty]: and the hills are girt with gladness.
Vonton-drano ny fiandrasana ondry any an-efitra, ary misikìna fifaliana ny havoana.
13 The meadows are clothed with flocks, and the valleys are enveloped with corn: men shout for joy, [yea, ] they also sing.
Rakotra ondry ny saha; ary voasarona vary ny lohasaha: mihoby izy, eny, mihira koa.
