Psalms 62
1 “To the chief musician, upon Jeduthun, a psalm of David.” Only in God my soul trusted in silence: from him cometh my salvation.
౧ప్రధాన సంగీతకారుని కోసం. ఎదూతూను అనే రాగంతో పాడేది. దావీదు కీర్తన నా ప్రాణం దేవుని కోసం మౌనంగా కనిపెడుతున్నది. ఆయన వలన నాకు రక్షణ కలుగుతుంది.
2 Only he is my rock and my salvation; [he is] my defense: I shall not be greatly moved.
౨ఆయనే నా ఆశ్రయదుర్గం. నా రక్షణకర్త. నా ఉన్నతమైన గోపురం ఆయనే. నన్నెవరూ పూర్తిగా కదలించలేరు.
3 How long will ye devise mischief against a man? will ye all assault him murderously, as though he were a falling wall, a tottering fence?
౩ఎన్నాళ్లు మీరంతా ఒక్క మనిషిపై దాడి చేస్తారు? ఒకడు ఒరిగిపోయే గోడను, పడిపోతున్న కంచెను కూలదోసినట్టు నీవు ఎంతకాలం ఒక్కణ్ణి కూలదోయాలని చూస్తారు?
4 Yea, from his height do they take counsel to cast [him] down; they delight in lies: with their mouth do they bless, but inwardly do they curse. (Selah)
౪గౌరవప్రదమైన స్థానం నుండి అతణ్ణి పడదోయడానికే వారు అతనితో ఆలోచిస్తారు. అబద్ధాలు చెప్పడం వారికి సంతోషం. వారు తమ నోటితో దీవెనలు పలుకుతూ వారి హృదయాల్లో మాత్రం అతన్ని శపిస్తారు.
5 Yea, in God hope in silence, my soul; for from him is my expectation.
౫నా ప్రాణమా, మౌనంగా ఉండి దేవుని కోసం కనిపెట్టు. ఆయన వల్లనే నాకు నిరీక్షణ కలుగుతున్నది.
6 Only he is my rock and my salvation; [he is] my defence: I shall not be moved.
౬ఆయనే నా ఆధార శిల, నా రక్షణ. ఎత్తయిన నా గోపురం ఆయనే. నన్నెవరూ పూర్తిగా కదలించలేరు
7 With God are my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength [and] my protection are in God.
౭దేవునిలోనే నా రక్షణ, నా మహిమ. నా బలమైన దుర్గం, నా ఆశ్రయం ఆయనలోనే ఉన్నాయి.
8 Trust in him at all times, O ye people; pour out before him your heart: God is a protection for us. (Selah)
౮ప్రజలారా, ఆయనలో నిరంతరం నమ్మకం ఉంచండి. ఆయన సన్నిధిలో మీ హృదయాలు కుమ్మరించండి. దేవుడే మనకు ఆశ్రయం.
9 Verily nought are the sons of common men, a lie the sons of the great; they must rise in the balance; they are altogether [lighter] than nought.
౯నిజానికి తక్కువ స్థాయి మనుషులు ఎందుకూ పనికిరానివారు. గొప్పవారేమో మాయలాంటివారు. త్రాసులో వారంతా తేలిపోతారు. వారందరినీ కలిపి తూచినా వారు గాలికన్నా తేలికగా ఉన్నారు.
10 Do not put your trust in defrauding, and be not rendered vain through robbery: if riches flourish, set not your heart [upon them].
౧౦బలాత్కారంలో, దోచుకోవడంలో నమ్మకం పెట్టుకోవద్దు. ఐశ్వర్యంలో వ్యర్ధంగా మనసు నిలపవద్దు. ఎందుకంటే అవేవీ ఫలించవు.
11 Once hath God spoken; [yea, ] twice [what] I have heard: that strength belongeth unto God.
౧౧ప్రభావం తనదే అని దేవుడు ఒకసారి చెప్పాడు. రెండుసార్లు నేనా మాట విన్నాను.
12 And unto thee, O Lord, belongeth kindness; for thou wilt recompense every man according to his works.
౧౨కృప చూపడం నీకే చెల్లుతుంది. ఎందుకంటే ప్రభూ, మనుష్యులందరికీ వారు చేసిన క్రియల ప్రకారం నువ్వే ప్రతిఫలమిస్తున్నావు.
