Psalms 55
1 “To the chief musician on Neginoth, a Maskil of David.” Give ear, O God, to my prayer, and hide not thyself from my supplication.
ପ୍ରଧାନ ବାଦ୍ୟକର ନିମନ୍ତେ ତାରଯୁକ୍ତ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରରେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ମସ୍କୀଲ୍। ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନାରେ କର୍ଣ୍ଣପାତ କର; ମୋʼ ବିନତିରୁ ଆପଣାକୁ ଲୁଚାଅ ନାହିଁ।
2 Listen unto me, and answer me: I mourn in my grief, and moan;
ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି ମନୋଯୋଗ କରି ମୋତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ; ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ରବ ସକାଶୁ, ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କ ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟ ସକାଶୁ ମୁଁ ଭାବନାରେ ଅସ୍ଥିର ହୋଇ ରୋଦନ କରୁଥାଏ;
3 Because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked; for they cast wrong upon me, and in wrath they attack me.
କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ମୋʼ ଉପରେ ଅଧର୍ମ ଆରୋପ କରନ୍ତି ଓ କ୍ରୋଧରେ ମୋତେ ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି।
4 My heart is sorely pained within me, and the terrors of death are fallen upon me.
ମୋʼ ଅନ୍ତରରେ ମୋʼ ହୃଦୟ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବ୍ୟଥିତ ହେଉଅଛି ଓ ମୋʼ ଉପରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁର ତ୍ରାସ ପଡ଼ିଅଛି।
5 Fearfulness and trembling are come upon me, and shuddering hath covered me.
ମୋତେ ଭୟ ଓ କମ୍ପ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିଅଛି, ପୁଣି, ମହାତ୍ରାସ ମୋତେ ଆଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ କରିଅଛି।
6 And I said, Oh that some one would give me wings like a dove! I would fly away and dwell [quietly].
“ଯଦି କପୋତ ପରି ମୋହର ପକ୍ଷ ଥାʼନ୍ତା! ଏଣୁ ମୁଁ କହିଲି, ଆଃ, ତେବେ ମୁଁ ଉଡ଼ିଯାଇ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ପାଆନ୍ତି।
7 Lo, I would flee far away, I would spend my night in the wilderness. (Selah)
ଦେଖ, ତେବେ ମୁଁ ଦୂରରେ ଭ୍ରମଣ କରନ୍ତି, ମୁଁ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରରେ ବାସ କରନ୍ତି। (ସେଲା)
8 I would prepare hastily a refuge for me from the sweeping wind [and] from storm.
ମୁଁ ପ୍ରବଳ ବାୟୁ ଓ ତୋଫାନରୁ ଆଶ୍ରୟ ନେବା ପାଇଁ ପଳାୟନ କରନ୍ତି।”
9 Destroy, O Lord, divide their tongue; for I have seen violence and strife in the city;
ହେ ପ୍ରଭୋ, ବିନାଶ କର ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅନେକ ଜିହ୍ୱା ଜନ୍ମାଅ; କାରଣ ମୁଁ ନଗର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟ ଓ କଳହ ଦେଖିଅଛି।
10 Day and night do these encompass it upon her walls: and wrong and trouble are in her midst.
ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ଦିବାରାତ୍ର ତହିଁର ପ୍ରାଚୀର ଦେଇ ଭ୍ରମଣ କରନ୍ତି; ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଧର୍ମ ଓ ଉତ୍ପାତ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅଛି।
11 Mischief is in her midst: guile and deceit depart not from her streets.
ଦୁଷ୍ଟତା ତହିଁର ମଧ୍ୟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ, ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟ ଓ ଛଳନା ତହିଁର ଛକସ୍ଥାନସବୁ ଛାଡ଼େ ନାହିଁ।
12 For it is not an enemy that reproached me; then I could bear it: not he that hateth me hath magnified himself against me; then I would have hidden myself from him;
କାରଣ କୌଣସି ଶତ୍ରୁ ମୋତେ ତିରସ୍କାର କଲା ନାହିଁ; କଲେ ତାହା ମୁଁ ସହ୍ୟ କରିପାରନ୍ତି; କିଅବା ମୋହର ଘୃଣାକାରୀ ମୋʼ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଦର୍ପ କଲା ନାହିଁ, କଲେ ତାହାଠାରୁ ମୁଁ ଆପଣାକୁ ଲୁଚାନ୍ତି;
13 But it is thou, a man my equal, my guide, and my acquaintance;
ମାତ୍ର ମୋʼ ପରି ମନୁଷ୍ୟ, ମୋହର ସଙ୍ଗୀ ଓ ମୋହର ଆତ୍ମୀୟ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା କଲ।
14 So that we took sweet secret counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in tumultuous company.
ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏକତ୍ର ମଧୁର ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା କଲୁ, ଜନତା ସଙ୍ଗେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଗୃହରେ ଗମନାଗମନ କଲୁ।
15 Let him dispense death over them; let them go down alive into the nether world; for evil is in their dwelling, in the midst of them. (Sheol h7585)
ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ହଠାତ୍ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରୁ, ସେମାନେ ପାତାଳକୁ ଜୀଅନ୍ତା ଗମନ କରନ୍ତୁ, କାରଣ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବାସ ସ୍ଥାନରେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟତା ଅଛି। (Sheol h7585)
16 I, however, will call on God: and the Lord will save me.
ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କଠାରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବି; ପୁଣି, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋତେ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ କରିବେ।
17 At evening and morning and noon will I make my complaint and moan: and he heareth my voice.—
ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା, ପ୍ରଭାତ ଓ ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନ କାଳରେ ମୁଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରି ରୋଦନ କରିବି; ଆଉ, ସେ ମୋʼ ରବ ଶୁଣିବେ।
18 He delivereth my soul in peace from the battle against me; for in multitudes are they [contending] with me.
ସେ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ଯୁଦ୍ଧରୁ କୁଶଳରେ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାଣ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି; କାରଣ ମୋʼ ସଙ୍ଗେ ବିରୋଧକାରୀ ଅନେକ ଥିଲେ।
19 God will hear, and humble them—yea, he that sitteth enthroned from the oldest time Selah—those who dread no changes, and fear not God.
ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଶୁଣିବେ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେବେ, ସେ ଚିରକାଳ ବିଦ୍ୟମାନ, (ସେଲା) ସେହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ କୌଣସି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଘଟି ନାହିଁ, ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
20 He stretcheth out his hands against those at peace with him: he violateth his covenant.
ସେ ଆପଣା ସଙ୍ଗେ ମିଳନରେ ଥିବା ଲୋକ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ହାତ ଉଠାଇଅଛି; ସେ ଆପଣା ନିୟମ ଲଙ୍ଘନ କରିଅଛି।
21 The creamy words of his mouth are smooth, yet there is war [in] his heart; his words are softer than oil, yet are they drawn swords.
ତାହାର ମୁଖ ଲବଣୀ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଚିକ୍କଣ, ମାତ୍ର ତାହାର ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣ ଯୁଦ୍ଧପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ; ତାହାର କଥାସବୁ ତୈଳଠାରୁ କୋମଳ, ତଥାପି ତାହାସବୁ ନିଷ୍କୋଷ ଖଡ୍ଗ ତୁଲ୍ୟ।
22 Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he will sustain thee: he will never suffer the righteous to be moved.
ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆପଣା ଭାର ପକାଅ, ତହିଁରେ ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସମ୍ଭାଳିବେ; ସେ ଧାର୍ମିକକୁ କଦାପି ବିଚଳିତ ହେବାକୁ ଦେବେ ନାହିଁ।
23 But thou, O God, thou wilt bring them down into the pit of destruction: let not the men of blood and deceit live out half their days; but I will indeed trust in thee.
ମାତ୍ର ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସର୍ବନାଶର ଗର୍ତ୍ତକୁ ଆଣିବ; ରକ୍ତପିପାସୁ ଓ ପ୍ରବଞ୍ଚକ ଲୋକମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଆୟୁଷର ଅର୍ଦ୍ଧେକ ବଞ୍ଚିବେ ନାହିଁ; ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭର କରିବି।
