Psalms 47

1 “To the chief musician, a psalm for the sons of Korach.” All ye people, clap your hands; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.

2 For the Lord is most high, fear-inspiring; he is a great king over all the earth.

LEUM GOD, El Su Fulatlana, fal mwet in sangeng sel; El sie tokosra kulana, su leumi faclu nufon.

3 He will subdue people under us, and nations under our feet.

El ase kutangla nu sesr fin mwet uh; El oru tuh kut in kol mutanfahl uh.

4 He will choose for us our inheritance, the excellency of Jacob which he loveth. (Selah)

5 God ascendeth amid a triumphal shout, the Lord, amid the sound of the cornet.

God El fahsryak nu ke tron lal. Mwet uh wowoyak ke engan, ac yohk pusren mwe ukuk Ke LEUM GOD El utyak.

6 Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.

Yuk on in kaksak nu sin God; On kaksak nu sin tokosra lasr!

7 For God is King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.

8 God reigneth over the nations; God sitteth upon his holy throne.

God El muta fin tron mutal lal; El leum fin mutunfacl uh.

9 The nobles of the people are gathered together, [to be with] the people of the God of Abraham; for unto God belong the shields of the earth: he is greatly exalted.
