< Psalms 47 >
1 “To the chief musician, a psalm for the sons of Korach.” All ye people, clap your hands; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.
Kuom jatend wer. Zaburi mar yawuot Kora. Pamuru lweteu, un ogendini duto; Pakuru Nyasaye ka ukok matek gi mor.
2 For the Lord is most high, fear-inspiring; he is a great king over all the earth.
Mano kaka Jehova Nyasaye Man Malo Moloyo lich, en Ruoth Maduongʼ man-gi loch e piny duto!
3 He will subdue people under us, and nations under our feet.
Ne oloyonwa ogendini mi gibet e bwowa, ji nopodho piny e tiendewa.
4 He will choose for us our inheritance, the excellency of Jacob which he loveth. (Selah)
Ne oyieronwa girkeni marwa, gik mabeyo mogik ne Jakobo mane ohero. (Sela)
5 God ascendeth amid a triumphal shout, the Lord, amid the sound of the cornet.
Nyasaye oseidho malo ka ji pake gi mor. Jehova Nyasaye osetingʼ malo ka dwond turumbete ywak.
6 Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.
Weruru wende pak ne Nyasaye, weruru wende pak; weruru wende pak ne Ruodhwa, weruru wende pak.
7 For God is King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.
Nikech Nyasaye en Ruodh piny duto, werneuru zaburi mar pak.
8 God reigneth over the nations; God sitteth upon his holy throne.
Nyasaye nigi loch ewi ogendini; Nyasaye obet piny e kom lochne maler.
9 The nobles of the people are gathered together, [to be with] the people of the God of Abraham; for unto God belong the shields of the earth: he is greatly exalted.
Jotend ogendini ochokore kaachiel kaka jo-Nyasach Ibrahim, nikech ruodhi mag piny gin mag Nyasaye; omiyo Nyasaye oyud duongʼ.
