Psalms 46
1 “To the chief musician: by the sons of Korach, upon 'Alamoth, a song.” God is our protection and strength, a help in distresses, very readily found.
౧ప్రధాన సంగీతకారుడి కోసం, కోరహు వారసుల కీర్తన. అలమోత్ రాగం పై పాడాలి. ఒక గీతం. దేవుడు మన ఆశ్రయం. మన బలం. సమస్యల్లో మన తక్షణ సహాయం.
2 Therefore will we not fear, even when the earth is transformed, and when mountains are moved into the heart of the seas;
౨కాబట్టి భూమి మారిపోయినా, సముద్ర అఖాతంలో పర్వతాలు మునిగిపోయినా మేము భయపడం.
3 [When] the waters thereof roar and foam, when mountains quake before his majesty. (Selah)
౩సముద్రంలో నీళ్ళు గర్జించినా, తీవ్ర ఉద్రేకంతో అవి పొంగినా, వాటి పొంగుకు పర్వతాలు కంపించినా సరే. (సెలా)
4 [There] is a river, its rivulets cause to rejoice the city of God, the sanctuary of the dwellings of the Most High.
౪ఒక నది ఉంది, దాని ప్రవాహాలు దేవుని పట్టణాన్ని, అత్యున్నత ప్రభువు మందిరపు పరిశుద్ధ స్థలాన్ని సంతోషపెడుతూ ఉన్నాయి.
5 God is in her midst; she shall not be moved: God will ever help her, at the dawning of [her] morning.
౫దేవుడు ఆ పట్టణం మధ్యలో ఉన్నాడు. దాన్ని ఎవ్వరూ కదిలించలేరు. దేవుడు ఆమెకు సహాయం చేస్తాడు. త్వరలో ఆయన సహాయం చేస్తాడు.
6 Nations rage, kingdoms are moved: he letteth his voice be heard, the earth melteth away.
౬జాతులు ఘోషిస్తున్నాయి. రాజ్యాలు కంపిస్తున్నాయి. ఆయన తన స్వరాన్ని పెంచినప్పుడు భూమి కరిగిపోయింది.
7 The Lord of hosts is with us; a defense unto us is the God of Jacob. (Selah)
౭సేనల ప్రభువైన యెహోవా మనతో ఉన్నాడు. యాకోబు దేవుడు మనకు ఆశ్రయం.
8 Come, look at the deeds of the Lord, who hath made desolations on the earth.
౮రండి, యెహోవా చేసిన పనులు, భూమిని ఆయన నాశనం చేసిన విధానం చూడండి.
9 He causeth wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in pieces; he burneth wagons in the fire.
౯భూమి అంతటి మీదా జరుగుతున్న యుద్ధాలను ఆయన నిలిపివేస్తాడు. ఆయన విల్లును విరుస్తాడు. ఈటెను ముక్కలు చేస్తాడు. యుద్ధ రధాలను కాల్చి వేస్తాడు.
10 Leave off, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted on the earth.
౧౦నిశ్శబ్దంగా ఉండండి. నేనే యెహోవాని అని తెలుసుకోండి. జనాలలో నన్ను హెచ్చిస్తారు. భూమిపై నన్ను ఉన్నత స్థానంలో ఉంచుతారు.
