Psalms 45
1 “To the chief musician upon Shoshannim, by the sons of Korach, a Maskil, a song of love.” My heart swelleth with a good speech; I say, “My works shall be for the king:” my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
௧கோராகு குமாரர்கள் எழுதின சங்கீதம். என்னுடைய இருதயம் நல்ல விசேஷத்தினால் பொங்குகிறது; நான் ராஜாவைக் குறித்துப் பாடின கவியைச் சொல்லுகிறேன்; என்னுடைய நாவு விரைவாக எழுதுகிறவனுடைய எழுத்தாணி.
2 Thou art more fair than the children of men; grace is poured out over thy lips: therefore hath God blessed thee for ever.
௨எல்லா மனிதர்களிலும் நீர் மிக அழகுள்ளவர்; உம்முடைய உதடுகளில் அருள் பொழிகிறது; ஆகையால் தேவன் உம்மை என்றென்றைக்கும் ஆசீர்வதிக்கிறார்.
3 Gird thy sword upon the thigh, O mighty one, [it is] thy glory and thy majesty;
௩சவுரியவானே, உமது மகிமையும் உமது மகத்துவமுமாகிய உம்முடைய வாளை நீர் உம்முடைய இடுப்பிலே கட்டிக்கொண்டு,
4 Yea, it is thy majesty: be prosperous, ride along for the cause of truth and meekness and righteousness; and fearful things shall thy right hand teach thee.
௪சத்தியத்தினிமித்தமும், நீதியுடன் கூடிய சாந்தத்தினிமித்தமும், உமது மகத்துவத்திலே ஜெயமாக ஏறிவாரும்; உமது வலதுகரம் பயங்கரமானவைகளை உமக்கு விளங்கச்செய்யும்.
5 Thy sharpened arrows—people will fall down beneath thee—[will enter] into the heart of the king's enemies.
௫உம்முடைய அம்புகள் கூர்மையானவைகள், அவைகள் ராஜாவுடைய எதிரிகளின் இருதயத்திற்குள் பாயும்; மக்கள்கூட்டங்கள் உமக்குக் கீழே விழும்.
6 Thy throne, given of God, endureth for ever and ever: the sceptre of equity is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
௬உமக்கு தேவன் கொடுத்த சிங்காசனம் என்றென்றைக்குமுள்ளது, உமது ராஜ்ஜியத்தின் செங்கோல் நீதியுள்ள செங்கோலாக இருக்கிறது.
7 Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore hath God, thy God, anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy associates.
௭நீர் நீதியை விரும்பி, அக்கிரமத்தை வெறுக்கிறீர்; ஆதலால் தேவனே, உம்முடைய தேவன் உமது தோழர்களைவிட உம்மை ஆனந்ததைலத்தினால் அபிஷேகம்செய்தார்.
8 Of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia are [fragrant] all thy garments: out of palaces of ivory have they made thee joyful with the sound of music.
௮தந்தத்தினால் செய்த அரண்மனைகளிலிருந்து புறப்படும்போது, நீர் மகிழும்படி உமது ஆடைகளை எல்லாம் வெள்ளைப்போளம் சந்தனம் லவங்கம் இவைகளின் வாசனை பொருந்தியதாக இருக்கிறது.
9 Kings' daughters are among those dear to thee: the queen standeth on thy right hand in fine gold of Ophir.
௯உமது நாயகிகளுக்குள்ளே அரசரின் மகள்களும் உண்டு, இளவரசி ஓப்பீரின் தங்கம் அணிந்தவளாக உமது வலதுபக்கத்தில் நிற்கிறாள்.
10 Hearken, O daughter, and look, and incline thy ear, and forget thy own people, and thy father's house:
௧0மகளே கேள், நீ உன்னுடைய செவியைச் சாய்த்து சிந்தித்துக்கொள்; உன்னுடைய மக்களையும் உன்னுடைய தகப்பன் வீட்டையும் மறந்துவிடு.
11 Then will the king long for thy beauty; for he is thy Lord; and bow thyself to him.
௧௧அப்பொழுது ராஜா உன்னுடைய அழகில் பிரியப்படுவார்; அவர் உன்னுடைய ஆண்டவர், ஆகையால் அவரைப் பணிந்துகொள்.
12 And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift: the rich among the people shall entreat thy favor.
௧௨தீரு மகள் காணிக்கை கொண்டுவருவாள்; மக்களில் ஜசுவரியவான்களும் உன்னுடைய தயவை நாடி வணங்குவார்கள்.
13 All gloriously attired awaiteth the king's daughter in the inner chamber: of wrought gold is her garment.
௧௩இளவரசி உள்ளாகப் பூரண மகிமையுள்ளவள்; அவளுடைய உடை பொற்சரிகையாக இருக்கிறது.
14 In embroidered clothes will she be brought unto the king: virgins that follow her, her companions, are brought unto thee.
௧௪வேலைப்பாடு நிறைந்த உடை அணிந்தவளாக, ராஜாவினிடத்தில் அழைத்துக்கொண்டு வரப்படுவாள்; அவள் பின்னாலே செல்லும் அவளுடைய தோழிகளாகிய கன்னிகைகள் உம்மிடத்தில் கூட்டிக்கொண்டு வரப்படுவார்கள்.
15 They are led forth with rejoicings and gladness, they enter into the palace of the king.
௧௫அவர்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியோடும், சந்தோஷத்தோடும் வந்து, ராஜ அரண்மனைக்குள் நுழைவார்கள்.
16 Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children: thou wilt appoint them as princes in all the land.
௧௬உமது தகப்பன்மார்களுக்குப் பதிலாக உமது மகன்கள் இருப்பார்கள்; அவர்களைப் பூமியெங்கும் பிரபுக்களாக வைப்பீர்.
17 I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever.
௧௭உமது பெயரை எல்லாத் தலைமுறைகளிலும் நினைவுபடுத்துவேன்; இதற்காக மக்கள் உம்மை என்றென்றைக்குமுள்ள எல்லாக் காலங்களிலும் துதிப்பார்கள்.
