Psalms 22
1 “To the chief musician upon Ayeleth-hashachar, a psalm of David.” My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from saving me, and from the words of my loud complaint?
Đức Chúa Trời tôi ôi! Đức Chúa Trời tôi ôi! sao Ngài lìa bỏ tôi? Nhân sao Ngài đứng xa, không giúp đỡ tôi, và chẳng nghe lời rên siếc tôi?
2 O my God! I call in the day-time, but thou answerest not; and in the night I find no rest.
Đức Chúa Trời tôi ôi! tôi kêu cầu ban ngày, nhưng Chúa chẳng đáp lại; Ban đêm cũng vậy, song tôi nào có được an nghỉ đâu
3 But thou art holy, O thou that dwellest amidst the praises of Israel.
Còn Chúa là thánh, Ngài là Đấng ngự giữa sự khen ngợi của Y-sơ-ra-ên.
4 In thee did our fathers trust: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.
Tổ phụ chúng tôi nhờ cậy nơi Chúa, Họ nhờ cậy Chúa bèn giải cứu cho.
5 Unto thee they cried, and were delivered: in thee they trusted, and were not put to shame.
Họ kêu cầu cùng Chúa, và được giải cứu; Họ nhờ cậy nơi Chúa, không bị hổ thẹn.
6 But I am a worm, and not a man, a reproach of men, and despised of people.
Nhưng tôi là một con trùng, chớ chẳng phải người đâu, Là điều ô nhục của loài người, và vật khinh dể của dân sự.
7 All those who see me laugh me to scorn: they draw open their lips, they shake their head, [saying, ]
Hễ kẻ nào thấy tôi đều nhạo cười tôi. Trề môi, lắc đầu, mà rằng:
8 “Let him throw himself on the Lord, that he may deliver him: he will save him, for he delighteth in him.”
Người phú thác mình cho Đức Giê-hô-va, Ngài khá giải cứu người; Ngài khá giải cứu người, vì Ngài yêu mến người!
9 Yea, thou art he that took me from the womb: thou hast been my trust when I hung on my mother's breasts.
Phải, ấy là Chúa rút tôi khỏi lòng mẹ, Khiến tôi tin cậy khi nằm trên vú của mẹ tôi.
10 Upon thee was I cast from my birth: from my mother's womb art thou my God.
Từ trong tử cung tôi đã được giao cho Chúa; Chúa là Đức Chúa Trời tôi từ khi tôi lọt lòng mẹ.
11 Oh be not far from me [now]; for distress is near; for there is none to help.
Xin chớ đứng xa tôi, vì sự gian truân hầu gần, Chẳng có ai tiếp cứu cho.
12 Many steers have encompassed me: the strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.
Có nhiều bò đực bao quanh tôi, Những bò đực hung mạnh của Ba-san vây phủ tôi.
13 They have opened wide against me their mouth, [as] a ravenous and roaring lion.
Chúng nó hả miệng ra cùng tôi, Khác nào sư tử hay cắn xé và gầm hét.
14 Like water am I poured out, and all my bones are disjointed: my heart is become like wax, it is melted in the midst of my entrails.
Tôi bị đổ ra như nước, Các xương cốt tôi đều rời rã; Trái tim tôi như sáp, Tan ra trong mình tôi.
15 Like a potsherd is my strength dried up; and my tongue cleaveth to my palate; and into the dust of death hast thou laid me down.
Sức lực tôi khô như miếng gốm, Và lưỡi tôi dính nơi ổ gà; Chúa đã để tôi nằm trong bụi tro sự chết.
16 For dogs have encompassed me; the assembly of the wicked have enclosed me: like lions [they threaten] my hands and my feet.
Vì những chó bao quanh tôi, Một lũ hung ác vây phủ tôi; Chúng nó đâm lủng tay và chân tôi;
17 I may number all my bones: [while] they stare and look upon me.
Tôi đếm được các xương tôi. Chúng nó xem và ngó chân tôi;
18 They divide my clothes among themselves, and for my garment do they cast lots.
Chúng nó chia nhau áo xống tôi, Bắt thăm về áo dài tôi.
19 But thou, O Lord, be not far from me: O [thou who art] my strength, hasten to my aid.
Đức Giê-hô-va ôi! chớ đứng xa tôi; Hỡi Đấng cứu tiếp tôi ôi! hãy mau mau đến giúp đỡ tôi.
20 Deliver from the sword my life, from the power of the dog my solitary soul.
Hãy giải cứu linh hồn tôi khỏi gươm, Và mạng sống tôi khỏi loài chó.
21 Save me from the lion's mouth; as thou hast answered me from the horns of the reem.
Hãy cứu tôi khỏi họng sư tử, Từ các sừng của trâu rừng, Chúa đã nhậm lời tôi.
22 I will relate thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
Tôi sẽ rao truyền danh Chúa cho anh em tôi, Và ngợi khen Chúa giữa hội chúng.
23 Ye that fear the Lord, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and be in dread of him, all ye the seed of Israel.
Hỡi các người kính sợ Đức Giê-hô-va, hãy ngợi khen Ngài; ù hết thảy dòng dõi Gia-cốp, khá tôn vinh Ngài. Hỡi hết thảy dòng dõi Y-sơ-ra-ên, hãy kính sợ Ngài;
24 For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the poor; neither hath he hidden his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.
Vì Ngài không khinh bỉ, chẳng gớm ghiếc sự hoạn nạn của kẻ khốn khổ, Cũng không giấu mặt Ngài cùng người; Nhưng khi người kêu cầu cùng Ngài, thì bèn nhậm lời.
25 Of thee shall be my praise in a great assembly: my vows will I pay in the presence of those who fear him.
Sự ngợi khen của tôi tại giữa hội lớn do Chúa mà ra; Tôi sẽ trả xong sự hứa nguyện tôi trước mặt những kẻ kính sợ Chúa.
26 The meek shall eat and be satisfied; they who seek him shall praise the Lord: may your heart live for ever.
Kẻ hiền từ sẽ ăn và được no nê; Những người tìm Đức Giê-hô-va sẽ ngợi khen Ngài; Nguyện lòng các ngươi được sống đời đời.
27 All the ends of the world shall remember and return unto the Lord: and all the families of the nations shall bow themselves down before thee.
Bốn phương thế gian sẽ nhớ và trở lại cùng Đức Giê-hô-va; Các họ hàng muôn dân sẽ thờ lạy trước mặt Ngài.
28 For the kingdom is the Lord's, and he governeth the nations.
Vì nước thuộc về Đức Giê-hô-va, Ngài cai trị trên muôn dân.
29 All they that eat the fat of the earth shall bow themselves down; before him shall bend the knee all that are going down into the dust; for none can keep alive his own soul.
Hết thảy người giàu có thế gian cũng sẽ ăn và thờ lạy; Mọi kẻ trở lại bụi đất, và những kẻ không thế bảo tồn mạng sống mình, Sẽ quì xuống trước mặt Ngài.
30 Distant ages shall serve him; there shall be related of the Lord unto future generations.
Một dòng dõi sẽ hầu việc Ngài; Người ta sẽ kể dòng dõi ấy là dòng dõi của Chúa.
31 They will come, and will tell his righteousness unto a people yet unborn, that he hath done this.
Dòng dõi ấy sẽ đến rao truyền sự công bình của Ngài, Thuật cho dân tộc sẽ sanh ra rằng Đức Giê-hô-va đã làm việc ấy.
