Psalms 22
1 “To the chief musician upon Ayeleth-hashachar, a psalm of David.” My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from saving me, and from the words of my loud complaint?
১প্রধান বাদ্যকরের জন্য। স্বর, ঈশ্বর আমার, ঈশ্বর আমার, কেন তুমি আমাকে পরিত্যাগ করেছ? আমাকে রক্ষা করা থেকে এবং আমার যন্ত্রণার উক্তি থেকে কেন তুমি দূরে থাক?
2 O my God! I call in the day-time, but thou answerest not; and in the night I find no rest.
২আমার ঈশ্বর, আমি দিনের র বেলা ডাকি, কিন্তু তুমি উত্তর দাও না এবং রাতেও আমি নিরব থাকি না!
3 But thou art holy, O thou that dwellest amidst the praises of Israel.
৩তবুও তুমিই পবিত্র, তুমিই ইস্রায়েলের প্রশংসার সঙ্গে রাজা হিসাবে বসবে।
4 In thee did our fathers trust: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.
৪আমাদের পূর্বপুরুষরা তোমার উপর বিশ্বাস রাখত; তারা তোমাকে বিশ্বাস করত এবং তুমি তাদের উদ্ধার করতে।
5 Unto thee they cried, and were delivered: in thee they trusted, and were not put to shame.
৫তারা তোমার কাছে কাঁদলে, তারা উদ্ধার পেত। তারা তোমার উপরে নির্ভর করে, হতাশ হয়নি।
6 But I am a worm, and not a man, a reproach of men, and despised of people.
৬কিন্তু আমি একটি কীট, মানুষ না, মানুষের কাছে অবমাননার বিষয় এবং লোকেদের দ্বারা তুচ্ছ।
7 All those who see me laugh me to scorn: they draw open their lips, they shake their head, [saying, ]
৭যারা আমাকে দেখে তারা আমাকে উপহাস করে; তারা আমাকে পরিহাস করে; তারা আমার সম্পর্কে শোনে ও তাদের মাথা নাড়ায়।
8 “Let him throw himself on the Lord, that he may deliver him: he will save him, for he delighteth in him.”
৮তারা বলে, “সে সদাপ্রভুুর উপর বিশ্বাস করে; সদাপ্রভুু তাকে উদ্ধার করুন। তিনি তাকে রক্ষা করুন, কারণ তিনি তার মধ্যেই আনন্দিত।”
9 Yea, thou art he that took me from the womb: thou hast been my trust when I hung on my mother's breasts.
৯কারণ তুমি আমাকে গর্ভ থেকে বের করে এনেছ; আমি যখন আমার মায়ের স্তন পান করছিলাম, তখন তুমি আমাকে বিশ্বাস করতে সাহায্য করেছিলে।
10 Upon thee was I cast from my birth: from my mother's womb art thou my God.
১০গর্ভ থেকে আমি তোমার উপর নিক্ষিপ্ত হয়েছিলাম; আমি আমার মায়ের গর্ভে ছিলাম তখন থেকেই তুমিই আমার ঈশ্বর!
11 Oh be not far from me [now]; for distress is near; for there is none to help.
১১আমার কাছ থেকে দূরে থেকো না, কারণ বিপদ প্রায় উপস্হিত; সাহায্য করার কেউ নেই।
12 Many steers have encompassed me: the strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.
১২অনেক ষাঁড় আমাকে ঘিরে ধরেছে; বাশনের শক্তিশালী ষাঁড় আমাকে ঘিরে ধরেছে।
13 They have opened wide against me their mouth, [as] a ravenous and roaring lion.
১৩তারা আমার বিরুদ্ধে তাদের মুখ খুলে হ্যাঁ করে, যেমনভাবে গর্জনকারী সিংহ তার শিকার গ্রাস করার জন্য করে।
14 Like water am I poured out, and all my bones are disjointed: my heart is become like wax, it is melted in the midst of my entrails.
১৪আমাকে জলের মত ঢালা হয়েছে এবং আমার সমস্ত হাড় স্হানচ্যুত হয়েছে। আমার হৃদয় মোমের মত হয়েছে; তা আমার ভেতরের অংশের মধ্যে গলে গিয়েছে।
15 Like a potsherd is my strength dried up; and my tongue cleaveth to my palate; and into the dust of death hast thou laid me down.
১৫আমার শক্তি মাটির পাত্রের একটি টুকরো মত শুকিয়ে গেছে; আমার জিভ আমার মুখের তালুতে লেগে যাচ্ছে। তুমি আমাকে মৃত্যুর ধূলোকণার মধ্যে রেখেছ।
16 For dogs have encompassed me; the assembly of the wicked have enclosed me: like lions [they threaten] my hands and my feet.
১৬কারণ কুকুরেরা আমাকে ঘিরেছে; অন্যায়কারীদের দল আমাকে ঘিরে আছে; তারা আমার হাত এবং পা বিদ্ধ করেছে।
17 I may number all my bones: [while] they stare and look upon me.
১৭আমি আমার সব হাড়গুলি গুনতে পারি; তারা আমার দিকে দৃষ্টি করে তাকিয়ে আছে;
18 They divide my clothes among themselves, and for my garment do they cast lots.
১৮তারা নিজেদের মধ্যে আমার পোশাক ভাগ করে নিল, তারা আমার কাপড়ের জন্য গুলিবাঁট করে।
19 But thou, O Lord, be not far from me: O [thou who art] my strength, hasten to my aid.
১৯হে সদাপ্রভুু; দূরে থেকো না, আমার শক্তি! আমায় দ্রুত সাহায্য কর।
20 Deliver from the sword my life, from the power of the dog my solitary soul.
২০তলোয়ার থেকে আমার প্রাণকে ও আমার মহামূল্য জীবনকে কুকুরদের হাত থেকে উদ্ধার কর।
21 Save me from the lion's mouth; as thou hast answered me from the horns of the reem.
২১সিংহের মুখ থেকে আমাকে বাঁচাও, বন্য ষাঁড়ের শিং থেকে আমাকে উদ্ধার কর।
22 I will relate thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
২২আমি আমার ভাইদের কাছে তোমার নাম ঘোষণা করব; মণ্ডলীর মধ্যে আমি তোমার প্রশংসা করব।
23 Ye that fear the Lord, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and be in dread of him, all ye the seed of Israel.
২৩তোমরা যারা সদাপ্রভুুকে ভয় কর, তাঁর প্রশংসা কর! যাকোবের সমস্ত পূর্বপুরুষেরা, তাঁকে সম্মান করো! তাঁকে ভয়ের কর, ইস্রায়েলের সমস্ত বংশধরেরা!
24 For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the poor; neither hath he hidden his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.
২৪কারণ তিনি দুঃখী ব্যক্তির দুঃখভোগের প্রতি অবজ্ঞা বা ঘৃণা করেন না; সদাপ্রভুু তার থেকে তাঁর মুখ লুকান না; যখন একটি দুঃখী লোক তাঁর কাছে কাঁদে, তখন তিনি শোনেন।
25 Of thee shall be my praise in a great assembly: my vows will I pay in the presence of those who fear him.
২৫মহাসমাজ মধ্যে আমার প্রশংসা তোমার কাছ থেকে আসে; যারা তাঁকে ভয় করে আমি তাদের সামনে আমার প্রতিজ্ঞাগুলো পূর্ণ করব।
26 The meek shall eat and be satisfied; they who seek him shall praise the Lord: may your heart live for ever.
২৬নিপীড়িতরা ভোজন করবে এবং সন্তুষ্ট হবে; তাদের সদাপ্রভুুকে খোঁজ করে তারা তাঁর প্রশংসা করবে। তোমাদের হৃদয় চিরকাল জীবিত থাকুক।
27 All the ends of the world shall remember and return unto the Lord: and all the families of the nations shall bow themselves down before thee.
২৭পৃথিবীর সমস্ত লোক স্মরণ করবে এবং সদাপ্রভুুর কাছে ফিরে যাবে; সমস্ত জাতিদের পরিবার তাঁর সামনে উপুড় হয়ে প্রণাম করবে।
28 For the kingdom is the Lord's, and he governeth the nations.
২৮কারণ রাজত্ব সদাপ্রভুুই; তিনি জাতিদের উপর শাসনকর্ত্তা।
29 All they that eat the fat of the earth shall bow themselves down; before him shall bend the knee all that are going down into the dust; for none can keep alive his own soul.
২৯পৃথিবীর সমস্ত সমৃদ্ধ লোক আরাধনা করবে; ধূলোতে নেমে আসা সমস্ত লোক ও যারা তাদের নিজেদের প্রাণ রক্ষা করতে পারে না তারাও তাঁর সামনে নতজানু হবে।
30 Distant ages shall serve him; there shall be related of the Lord unto future generations.
৩০একটি প্রজন্ম আসবে তাঁর সেবা করবে; তারা প্রভুর পরবর্তী প্রজন্মকে বলবে।
31 They will come, and will tell his righteousness unto a people yet unborn, that he hath done this.
৩১তারা আসবে এবং তাঁর ধার্মিকতার কথা বলবে; তিনি কি করেছেন তা তারা এমন লোকদের বলবে যারা এখনো জন্ম গ্রহণ করে নি।
