Psalms 149

1 Hallelujah. Sing unto the Lord a new song, his praise in the congregation of the pious.

ヱホバをほめたたへよ ヱホバに對ひてあたらしき歌をうたへ 聖徒のつどひにてヱホバの頌美をうたへ

2 Let Israel rejoice in his Maker: let the children of Zion exult in their King.

イスラエルはおのれを造りたまひしものをよろこび シオンの子輩は己が王のゆゑによりて樂しむべし

3 Let them praise his name in the dance: with the timbrel and harp let them sing praises unto him.

かれらをどりつつその聖名をほめたたへ 琴鼓にてヱホバをほめうたべし

4 For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people; he will adorn the meek with salvation.

ヱホバはおのが民をよろこび 救にて柔和なるものを美しくしたまへばなり

5 Let the pious be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their couches.

聖徒はえいくわうの故によりてよろこび その寝牀にてよろこびうたふべし

6 The exalted praises of God are in their mouth, and a two-edged sword is in their hand;

その口に神をほむるうたあり その手にもろはの劍あり

7 To execute vengeance on the nations, and chastisements on the people:

こはもろもろの國に仇をかへし もろもろの民をつみなひ

8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron:

かれらの王たちを鏈にてかれらの貴人をくろかねの械にていましめ

9 To execute upon them the judgment [which is] written: this is an honor for all his pious servants. Hallelujah.

録したる審判をかれらに行ふべきためなり 斯るほまれはそのもろもろの聖徒にあり ヱホバをほめたたへよ
