< Psalms 149 >
1 Hallelujah. Sing unto the Lord a new song, his praise in the congregation of the pious.
Mikafu Yehowa. Midzi ha yeye na Yehowa, midzi eƒe kafukafuha le ame kɔkɔewo ƒe asaɖa me.
2 Let Israel rejoice in his Maker: let the children of Zion exult in their King.
Israel nekpɔ dzidzɔ le woƒe Wɔla me, Zionviwo netso aseye ɖe woƒe fia la ŋu.
3 Let them praise his name in the dance: with the timbrel and harp let them sing praises unto him.
Wonekafu eƒe ŋkɔ kple ɣeɖuɖu, eye woneƒo ha nɛ kple asiʋuiwo kple kasaŋku.
4 For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people; he will adorn the meek with salvation.
Elabena Yehowa do dzidzɔ ɖe eƒe dukɔ ŋu, eye wòtsɔ ɖeɖe ɖɔ na ame gblɔewo.
5 Let the pious be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their couches.
Ame kɔkɔewo nekpɔ dzidzɔ le eƒe bubu me, eye woadzi ha kple dzidzɔ le woƒe abawo dzi.
6 The exalted praises of God are in their mouth, and a two-edged sword is in their hand;
Mawu kafukafu nenɔ woƒe nu me, eye wòanye yi nuevee anɔ woƒe asiwo me,
7 To execute vengeance on the nations, and chastisements on the people:
ne woatsɔ abia hlɔ̃ dukɔwo, eye woatsɔe ahe toe na amewo,
8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron:
ne woabla woƒe fiawo kple gakɔsɔkɔsɔ, eye woade kunyowu woƒe bubumewo,
9 To execute upon them the judgment [which is] written: this is an honor for all his pious servants. Hallelujah.
ne woawɔ fɔ si wobu wo, woŋlɔ da ɖi ɖe wo ŋu la dzi. Esia nye eƒe ame kɔkɔewo katã ƒe ŋutikɔkɔe. Mikafu Yehowa.
