Psalms 148
1 Hallelujah. Praise ye the Lord from the heavens: praise him in the heights.
Goocai Jehova. Goocai Jehova mũrĩ kũu igũrũ, mũmũgooce mũrĩ kũu gũtũũgĩru mũno.
2 Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.
Mũgoocei, inyuĩ araika ake othe, mũmũgooce, inyuothe mbũtũ ciake cia igũrũ.
3 Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.
Mũgoocei, inyuĩ riũa na mweri, mũgoocei, inyuothe njata iria icangararaga.
4 Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that are above the heavens.
Mũgoocei, inyuĩ igũrũ rĩa igũrũ, o na inyuĩ maaĩ ma kũu igũrũ wa matu.
5 Let them praise the name of the Lord; for he commanded and they were created.
Indo ciothe nĩikĩgooce rĩĩtwa rĩa Jehova, nĩgũkorwo nĩwe wathanire na cio ikĩgĩa kuo.
6 And he established them for ever and to eternity: he gave a decree which none shall transgress.
Aaciigire handũ hacio itũũre ho tene na tene; aaheanire kĩrĩra kĩa watho wa kũrũmĩrĩrwo kĩrĩa gĩtagathira.
7 Praise the Lord from the earth, ye sea-monsters, and all deeps;
Goocai Jehova gũkũ thĩ, inyuĩ ciũmbe cia iria-inĩ, na ũriku wothe wa maria marĩa manene,
8 Fire, and hail, snow, and vapor; thou storm-wind that fulfillest his word;
rũheni, na mbura ya mbembe, na tharunji, na matu, na ihuhũkanio cia huho iria ihingagia kĩrĩra gĩake,
9 Ye mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars;
inyuĩ irĩma, na tũrĩma tuothe, na mĩtĩ ya matunda, na mĩtarakwa yothe,
10 Ye beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and winged birds;
nyamũ cia gĩthaka, na ngʼombe ciothe, na ciũmbe iria nini, o na nyoni iria ciũmbũkaga,
11 Ye kings of the earth, and all nations; ye princes, and all judges of the earth;
athamaki a thĩ, na ndũrĩrĩ ciothe, na inyuĩ anene, na aathani othe a thĩ,
12 Young men and also virgins; old men, together with boys: —
aanake, na airĩtu, na andũ arĩa akũrũ, o na ciana.
13 Let them praise the name of the Lord; for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above earth and heaven.
Othe nĩmagoocage rĩĩtwa rĩa Jehova, nĩgũkorwo rĩĩtwa rĩake riiki nĩrĩo rĩtũũgĩrie; riiri wake ũrĩ igũrũ rĩa thĩ o na rĩa matu.
14 He also exalteth the horn of his people, a praise unto all his pious servants, [even] unto the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Hallelujah.
Nĩambararĩtie rũhĩa nĩ ũndũ wa andũ ake, nĩruo ũgooci wa andũ ake arĩa aamũre, nĩo andũ a Isiraeli, andũ arĩa marĩ hakuhĩ na ngoro yake. Goocai Jehova.
