Psalms 145
1 “A hymn of praise by David.” I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.
Psalmul de laudă al lui David. Te voi preamări, Dumnezeul meu, împărate! Și voi binecuvânta numele tău pentru totdeauna și întotdeauna.
2 Every day will I bless thee, and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.
În fiecare zi te voi binecuvânta; și voi lăuda numele tău pentru totdeauna și întotdeauna.
3 Great is the Lord, and greatly praised, and his greatness is unsearchable.
Mare este DOMNUL și demn de a fi mult lăudat; și măreția sa este de nepătruns.
4 One generation shall praise thy works to the other, and thy mighty acts shall they declare.
O generație va lăuda lucrările tale alteia și va vesti faptele tale puternice.
5 On the majestic glory of thy excellence, and on thy wondrous deeds will I meditate.
Voi vorbi despre glorioasa onoare a maiestății tale și despre lucrările tale minunate.
6 And of the might of thy terrible acts shall men converse: and thy greatness will I relate.
Și oamenii vor vorbi despre puterea înfricoșătoarelor tale fapte și eu voi vesti măreția ta.
7 The memorial of thy abundant goodness shall they loudly proclaim, and they shall sing joyfully of thy righteousness.
Ei vor rosti mult amintirea marii tale bunătăți și vor cânta despre dreptatea ta.
8 Gracious and merciful is the Lord, long-suffering, and great in kindness.
DOMNUL este cu har și plin de compasiune, încet la mânie și mare în milă.
9 The Lord is good to all, and his mercies are over all his works.
DOMNUL este bun cu toți și îndurările lui blânde sunt peste toate lucrările sale.
10 All thy works shall thank thee, O Lord; and thy pious servants shall bless thee.
Toate lucrările tale te vor lăuda, DOAMNE; și sfinții tăi te vor binecuvânta.
11 Of the glory of thy kingdom shall they converse, and of thy might shall they speak:
Ei vor vorbi despre gloria împărăției tale și vor istorisi puterea ta,
12 To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom.
Pentru a face cunoscute fiilor oamenilor faptele lui puternice și maiestatea glorioasă a împărăției sale.
13 Thy kingdom is a kingdom of all eternities, and thy dominion [subsisteth] throughout all generations.
Împărăția ta este o împărăție veșnică și stăpânirea ta dăinuiește din generație în generație.
14 The Lord upholdeth all who are falling, and raiseth up all those who are bowed down.
DOMNUL susține pe toți cei ce cad și ridică pe toți cei ce sunt încovoiați.
15 The eyes of all wait hopefully upon thee, and thou givest them their food in its due season.
Ochii tuturor te așteaptă; și tu le dai mâncarea la timpul cuvenit.
16 Thou openest thy hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.
Tu îți deschizi mâna și saturi dorința fiecărui lucru viu.
17 Righteous is the Lord in all his ways, and beneficent in all his works.
DOMNUL este drept în toate căile sale și sfânt în toate lucrările sale.
18 The Lord is nigh unto all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.
DOMNUL este aproape de toți cei ce îl cheamă, de toți cei ce îl cheamă în adevăr.
19 The desire of those who fear him will he fulfill, and their cry will he hear, and save them.
El va împlini dorința celor ce se tem de el, el de asemenea va asculta strigătul lor și îi va salva.
20 The Lord preserveth all those who love him; but all the wicked will he destroy.
DOMNUL păstrează pe toți cei ce îl iubesc, dar pe toți stricații îi va nimici.
21 The praise of the Lord shall my mouth speak: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
Gura mea va vorbi lauda DOMNULUI; și să binecuvânteze toată făptura numele lui sfânt pentru totdeauna și întotdeauna.
