Psalms 142
1 “A Maskil of David, when he was in the cave. A prayer.” With my voice I cry unto the Lord: with my voice I make supplication unto the Lord.
၁ကူမတော်မူရန်ငါသည်ထာဝရဘုရားအား ဟစ်ခေါ်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ထံတော်တွင်အသနားခံပါ၏။
2 I pour out before him my grief: my distress I recite before him.
၂ငါသည်မိမိအခက်အခဲရှိသမျှကို ကိုယ်တော်အားဖော်ပြပါ၏။ ဒုက္ခရှိသမျှကိုကိုယ်တော်အားလျှောက်ထား ပါ၏။
3 When my spirit was overwhelmed within me—and thou knowest well my path—on the way whereon I desired to walk they had secretly laid a snare for me.
၃ငါသည်လက်လျှော့စိတ်ပျက်သောအခါ၌ ငါသွားရာလမ်းကိုကိုယ်တော်သိတော်မူပါ၏။ ငါလျှောက်ရာလမ်းတွင်ရန်သူတို့သည်ငါ၏ အတွက် ထောင်ချောက်ကိုထောင်ထားကြ၏။
4 Look to the right, and behold, yea, there is no man that recognizeth me: [every] refuge is lost to me; there is no one that careth for my soul.
၄ငါ၏အနီးသို့ကြည့်လိုက်သောအခါကူမ မည့်သူ တစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်မျှမရှိ။ ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်မည့်သူတစ်ယောက်မျှမရှိ။ အဘယ်သူမျှငါ့ကိုဂရုမစိုက်။
5 I cried unto thee, O Lord: I said, Thou art my refuge, my portion in the land of life.
၅အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကူမတော်မူရန်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည် အထံတော်သို့ဟစ်အော်ပါ၏။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကွယ်ကာ စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူသောအရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ဤဘဝတွင်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်တစ်ပါးတည်းသာ လျှင် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတောင့်တပါ၏။
6 Listen unto my entreaty; for I am very miserable: deliver me from my pursuers; for they are too mighty for me.
၆ကူမတော်မူရန်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအော်ဟစ်သံကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အလွန်စိတ်ပျက် အားလျော့လျက်ရှိပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးထက်များစွာခွန်အားကြီးမား သော ရန်သူများ၏လက်မှကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား ကယ်တော်မူပါ။
7 Bring forth out of prison my soul, that I may thank thy name: with me shall the righteous crown themselves, when thou wilt deal bountifully with me.
၇ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခထဲမှလွတ်မြောက် စေတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား ယင်းသို့ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူသောကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ လူစုတော်အလယ်တွင် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားထောမနာပြုပါမည်။
