< Psalms 141 >

1 “A psalm of David.” O Lord, I call thee, hasten unto me: give ear unto my voice, when I call unto thee.
O Yahweh, umas-asugak kenka; paspasam nga umay kaniak. Denggennak no umawagak kenka.
2 May my prayer be valued as incense before thee, the lifting up of my hands, as the evening offering.
Ti kararagko ket kasla koma insenso iti sangoanam; dagiti nakangato nga imak ket kasla koma iti pangrabii a daton.
3 Set, O Lord, a watch unto my mouth: keep a guard at the door of my lips.
O Yahweh, pabantayam ti ngiwatko; bantayam ti ruangan dagiti bibigko.
4 Permit not my heart to incline after any evil thing, to practise deeds in wickedness with men that are doers of wrong: and let me not eat of their dainties.
Saanmo nga itulok nga agtarigagay ti pusok iti aniaman a dakes a banag wenno makidanggay kadagiti kinadakes nga aramid a kaduak dagiti tattao nga agtigtignay a sidadangkes. Saanak koma a mangan iti aniaman kadagiti agkakaimas a taraonda.
5 If the righteous strike me, it is a kindness; and if he reprove me, it is [as] oil poured on the head, my head shall not refuse it; for yet my prayer also [is offered] in their sufferings.
Kabilennak koma ti nalinteg a tao; kinaimbag daytoy kaniak. Bay-am a tubngarennak; kasla lana daytoy iti ulok; saan koma nga agkedked ti ulok a mangawat iti daytoy. Ngem ti kararagko ket kankanayon a maibusor kadagiti aramid dagiti nadangkes a tattao.
6 Are their judges fallen down through means of a rock: then will they listen to my words; for they are pleasant.
Maitappuak dagiti panguloenda manipud iti tapaw dagiti bakras; mangngegda a makaay-ayo dagiti saok.
7 As when one cutteth in and splitteth open the earth: so are our bones scattered for the mouth of the grave. (Sheol h7585)
Ibagadanto, “Inton adda iti mangarado ken mangkali iti daga, kasta met a maiwara dagiti tulangmi iti ngiwat ti Sheol.” (Sheol h7585)
8 For unto thee, O Eternal Lord, are my eyes directed; in thee do I trust: pour not out my life.
Awan duadua a nakaturong dagiti matak kenka, O Yahweh, nga Apo; kenka a kumamangak; saanmo a panawan ti kararuak nga awan gawayna.
9 Guard me from the power of the snare which they have laid for me, and the traps of the wrong-doers.
Salaknibannak kadagiti impakatda a pakaipalab-ogak, kadagiti silo dagiti managdakdakes.
10 Let the wicked fall into their own nets, altogether—while I pass safely by.
Matnag koma dagiti nadangkes kadagiti bukodda nga iket kabayatan nga agliblibasak.
