Psalms 123

1 “A song of the degrees.” Unto thee do I lift up my eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.

၁ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ ကျိန်းဝပ်တော် မူသောဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မျှော်ကြည့်ပါ၏။

2 Behold, as the eyes of servants are directed unto the hand of their masters, as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress: thus are our eyes directed unto the Lord our God, until he be gracious unto us.

၂ကျွန်တို့သည် သခင်လက်ကို၎င်း၊ ကျွန်မတို့သည် သခင်မလက်ကို၎င်း မျှော်ကြည့်သည်နည်းတူ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ သည် ကယ်မသနားတော်မူခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို မခံမှီတိုင် အောင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားကို မျှော်ကြည့်လျက်နေကြပါ၏။

3 Be gracious unto us, O Lord! be gracious unto us; for we are overburdened with contempt.

၃အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကယ်မသနားတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အလွန်အရှက်ကွဲခြင်းကိုခံရပါသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ကယ်မသနားတော်မူပါ။

4 Our soul is overburdened with the scorn of those who are at ease, with the contempt of the proud oppressors.

၄မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုသော သူတို့၏ ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ မာနကြီးသော သူတို့၏ အရှက်ခွဲခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ၏ ဝိညာဉ်သည် အလွန်ခံရပါ၏။
