Psalms 123

1 “A song of the degrees.” Unto thee do I lift up my eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.

၁ကောင်းကင် ဘုံ၌ ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူ သောဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မျှော် ကြည့် ပါ၏။

2 Behold, as the eyes of servants are directed unto the hand of their masters, as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress: thus are our eyes directed unto the Lord our God, until he be gracious unto us.

၂ကျွန် တို့သည် သခင် လက် ကို ၎င်း၊ ကျွန် မတို့သည် သခင်မ လက် ကို ၎င်းမျှော် ကြည့်သည်နည်းတူ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ သည် ကယ်မ သနားတော်မူခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို မ ခံမှီတိုင်အောင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မျှော် ကြည့်လျက်နေကြပါ၏။

3 Be gracious unto us, O Lord! be gracious unto us; for we are overburdened with contempt.

၃အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကယ် မသနားတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အလွန် အရှက် ကွဲခြင်းကိုခံရ ပါသည် ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ကယ် မသနားတော်မူပါ။

4 Our soul is overburdened with the scorn of those who are at ease, with the contempt of the proud oppressors.

၄မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုသောသူတို့ ၏ ကဲ့ရဲ့ ခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ မာနကြီး သောသူတို့ ၏ အရှက်ခွဲ ခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ ၏ ဝိညာဉ် သည် အလွန် ခံရ ပါ၏။
