< Psalms 123 >

1 “A song of the degrees.” Unto thee do I lift up my eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.
Tangtlaeng Laa Vaan ah aka ngol nang taengla ka mik te ka huel.
2 Behold, as the eyes of servants are directed unto the hand of their masters, as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress: thus are our eyes directed unto the Lord our God, until he be gracious unto us.
A boei rhoek kut taengkah salpa rhoek kah mik bangla, a boeinu kut taengkah salnu mik bangla mamih n'rhen duela mamih mik he mamih kah Pathen BOEIPA taengah om van ne.
3 Be gracious unto us, O Lord! be gracious unto us; for we are overburdened with contempt.
Nueihbu he muep ka cung coeng dongah rhen kaimih he n'rhen lah. BOEIPA aw kaimih he n'rhen lah.
4 Our soul is overburdened with the scorn of those who are at ease, with the contempt of the proud oppressors.
Mongkawt kah tamdaengnah, hlangoek kah nueihbu loh kaimih hinglu te muep a cung sak coeng.
