Psalms 119
1 ALEPH. Happy are they whose way is perfect, who walk in the law of the Lord.
ALÈPH. A la beni se (sila) ak chemen ki san fot yo, ki mache nan lalwa SENYÈ a.
2 Happy are they who keep his testimonies, that seek him with all their heart.
A la beni se (sila) ki kenbe temwayaj Li yo, Ki chache Li ak tout kè yo.
3 They also commit no injustice; in his ways do they walk.
Ki pa fè okenn inikite. Yo mache nan chemen Li yo.
4 Thou thyself hast commanded us thy precepts, that we might keep [them] diligently.
Ou te òdone règleman Ou yo, pou nou ta kenbe yo ak dilijans.
5 Oh that my ways were firmly directed to observe thy statutes!
O ke chemen mwen yo kapab vin etabli pou kenbe règleman Ou yo!
6 Then would I not be made ashamed, while I look at all thy commandments.
Konsa, mwen p ap vin desi lè m gade kòmandman Ou yo.
7 I will thank thee with uprightness of heart, when I learn thy righteous ordinances.
Mwen va bay Ou remèsiman avèk yon kè ki dwat, lè mwen aprann jijman dwat Ou yo.
8 Thy statutes will I observe: oh forsake me not too greatly.
Mwen va kenbe règleman Ou yo. Pa abandone m nèt! BETH
9 BETH. Wherewithal shall a youth keep his way pure? by guarding it according to thy word.
Kijan yon jennonm kapab kenbe wout li yo san fot? Nan kenbe li selon pawòl Ou.
10 With all my heart have I sought thee: oh let me not wander astray from thy commandments.
Ak tout kè mwen, mwen te chache Ou. Pa kite mwen vin egare e kite lòd Ou yo.
11 In my heart have I treasured up thy saying, in order that I may not sin against thee.
Pawòl Ou yo, mwen te kenbe yo nan kè m, pou m pa t peche kont Ou.
12 Blessed art thou, O Lord: teach me thy statutes.
Beni se Ou menm SENYÈ a. Enstwi mwen nan règleman Ou yo.
13 With my lips have I related all the ordinances of thy mouth.
Avèk lèv mwen, mwen te pale selon tout òdonans bouch Ou yo.
14 On the way of thy testimonies have I been glad, as over all wealth.
Mwen te rejwi nan chemen temwayaj Ou yo, konsi se nan tout richès yo.
15 On thy precepts will I meditate, and direct my look unto thy paths.
Mwen va reflechi sou règleman Ou yo, e okipe chemen Ou yo.
16 In thy statutes will I seek my delight: I will not forget thy word.
Mwen va rejwi nan lòd Ou yo. Mwen p ap bliye pawòl Ou. GIMEL
17 GIMEL. Deal bountifully with thy servant: let me live, that I may observe thy word.
Aji ak gras avèk sèvitè Ou a, pou m kab viv e kenbe pawòl Ou.
18 Open thou my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
Ouvri zye m pou m kab wè bèl bagay nan lalwa Ou yo.
19 A stranger am I on the earth: hide not from me thy commandments.
Mwen se yon etranje sou latè. Pa kache kòmandman Ou yo de mwen.
20 My soul is broken from longing for thy ordinances at all times.
Nanm mwen kraze ak anvi pou òdonans Ou yo tout tan.
21 Thou hast rebuked the accursed proud, who go erringly astray from thy commandments.
Ou repwoche ògeye yo, moun madichonnen yo, k ap egare kite kòmandman Ou yo.
22 Roll away from me reproach and contempt; for thy testimonies have I kept.
Retire repwòch ak mepri a sou mwen, paske mwen obsève temwayaj Ou yo.
23 Although even princes should sit and speak against me, thy servant would still meditate on thy statutes.
Malgre prens yo vin chita pou pale kont mwen, Sèvitè Ou va reflechi tout tan sou règleman Ou yo.
24 Also thy testimonies are my delight, my counsellors.
Anplis, temwayaj Ou yo se plezi mwen ak konseye mwen yo. DALETH
25 DALETH. My soul cleaveth unto the dust: revive thou me according to thy word.
Nanm mwen kole rèd nan pousyè a. Fè m leve selon pawòl Ou.
26 My ways do I relate [to thee], and thou answerest me: teach me thy statutes.
Mwen te pale sou chemen mwen yo, e Ou te reponn mwen. Enstwi mwen nan règleman Ou yo.
27 Cause me to understand the way of thy precepts, that I may meditate on thy wonders.
Fè m konprann chemen òdonans Ou yo, pou m kab reflechi tout tan sou mèvèy Ou yo.
28 My soul droppeth away from grief: sustain me according to thy word.
Nanm mwen ap kriye akoz doulè. Ban m fòs selon pawòl Ou a.
29 The way of falsehood do thou remove from me, and grant me graciously thy law.
Retire sou mwen fo chemen an e ban mwen gras nan lalwa Ou a.
30 The way of truth have I chosen: thy ordinances have I set [before me].
Mwen te chwazi chemen fidèl Ou a. Mwen te mete òdonans Ou yo devan m.
31 I have adhered unto thy testimonies: O Lord, put me not to shame.
Mwen kole rèd de temwayaj Ou yo. O SENYÈ, pa fè m desi.
32 The way of thy commandments will I run; for thou wilt enlarge my heart.
Mwen va kouri nan vwa kòmandman Ou yo, paske Ou va fè kè m vin grandi. HE
33 HE. Teach me, O Lord, the way of thy statutes, and I shall keep it in all its windings.
Enstwi mwen, O SENYÈ, nan chemen règleman Ou yo e mwen va obsève li jiska lafen.
34 Give me understanding, that I may keep thy law, and I will observe it with all [my] heart.
Ban mwen bon konprann, pou m kab obsève lalwa Ou. Konsa, mwen va kenbe li ak tout kè m.
35 Guide me on the path of thy commandments; for therein do I find my delight.
Fè m mache nan pa kòmandman Ou yo, paske sa fè kè m kontan.
36 Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to desire for gain.
Enkline kè m a temwayaj Ou yo, e pa nan ranmase richès malonèt.
37 Turn away my eyes from beholding vanity: on thy way do thou give me life.
Vire zye m pou yo pa gade vanite e fè m reprann mwen nan chemen Ou yo.
38 Fulfill unto thy servant thy promise for those who are devoted to thy fear.
Etabli pawòl Ou a Sèvitè Ou a, kon (sila) ki gen lakrent Ou.
39 Cause to pass away my disgrace of which I have dread; for thy ordinances are good.
Detounen lwen m repwòch Ou ke mwen krent anpil, paske òdonans Ou yo bon.
40 Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: through thy righteousness do thou give my life.
Gade byen, mwen gen anpil anvi pou òdonans Ou yo! Fè m remonte nan ladwati Ou. VAV
41 VAV. And let thy kindness come unto me, O Lord, thy salvation, according to thy promise.
Anplis, ke lanmou dous Ou a kapab rive kote mwen, O SENYÈ, sali Ou a selon pawòl Ou.
42 Then shall I have a word to answer the one that reproacheth me; for I trust in thy word.
Pou m kab genyen yon repons pou (sila) ki repwoche m nan, paske mwen mete konfyans mwen nan pawòl Ou.
43 And snatch not the word of truth out of my mouth too greatly; for I wait for thy ordinances.
Pa retire pawòl verite a pou l ta kite bouch mwen nèt, Paske se òdonans Ou yo ke m ap tann.
44 So shall I observe thy law continually for ever and ever.
Konsa, mwen va kenbe lalwa Ou tout tan nèt, pou tout tan e pou tout tan.
45 And I will walk in an open space; for thy precepts have I sought.
Epi mwen va mache nan libète, paske se òdonans Ou ke m chache.
46 And I will speak of thy testimonies before kings, and will not be ashamed.
Anplis, mwen va pale sou temwayaj Ou yo devan wa yo, e mwen p ap desi.
47 And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I love.
Mwen va pran plezi nan kòmandman Ou yo, ke mwen tèlman renmen.
48 And so will I lift up my hands unto thy commandments, which I love, and I will meditate on thy statutes.
Mwen va lonje men m vè kòmandman Ou yo ke m tèlman renmen. Mwen va reflechi tout tan sou règleman Ou yo. ZAYIN
49 ZAYIN. Remember thy word unto thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to wait.
Sonje pawòl a sèvitè Ou a. Se nan li Ou te fè m gen espwa a.
50 This is my comfort in my affliction, that thy promise hath revived me.
Se sa ki ban m rekonfò nan mizè mwen an, paske se pawòl Ou ki fè m rekouvri fòs.
51 The presumptuous have held me too greatly in derision: yet have I not departed away from thy law.
Moun awogan yo meprize m nèt, men mwen pa vire kite lalwa Ou.
52 I remembered thy decrees [which were] from olden times, O Lord, and thus comforted myself.
Mwen te sonje òdonans Ou yo depi nan tan ansyen, O SENYÈ, e yo rekonfòte mwen.
53 Horror seized on me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.
Chalè endiyasyon gen tan pran m akoz mechan yo, ki abandone lalwa Ou.
54 Songs have thy statutes been unto me in the house of my pilgrimage.
Règleman Ou yo se chanson mwen nan kay kote m demere.
55 I remembered in the night thy name, O Lord, and observed thy law.
O SENYÈ, Mwen sonje non Ou nan lannwit e mwen kenbe lalwa Ou.
56 This came to pass unto me, because I had kept thy precepts.
Se sa ki chemen m, mwen kenbe tout òdonans Ou yo. HETH
57 CHETH. My portion is the Lord, have I said, that I might observe thy words.
Se SENYÈ a ki pòsyon mwen. Mwen te fè pwomès pou kenbe pawòl Ou yo.
58 I make entreaty before thee with all my heart: be gracious unto me according to thy promise.
Mwen te chache favè Ou ak tout kè m. Fè m gras selon pawòl Ou.
59 I have thought over my ways, and made my feet return unto thy testimonies.
Mwen te konsidere chemen mwen yo, e te vire pye m vè temwayaj Ou yo.
60 I hastened, and delayed not to observe thy commandments.
Mwen te fè vit e mwen pa t fè reta pou obeyi kòmandman Ou yo.
61 Companies of wicked men have surrounded me; but I have not forgotten thy law.
Kòd a mechan yo te antoure m, men mwen pa t bliye lalwa Ou.
62 At midnights do I constantly rise to give thanks unto thee, because of thy righteous decrees.
A minwi, mwen va leve bay Ou remèsiman, akoz òdonans dwat Ou yo.
63 An associate am I unto all that fear thee, and unto those that keep thy precepts.
Mwen se zanmi parèy a tout (sila) ki gen lakrent Ou yo ak (sila) ki swiv règleman Ou yo.
64 Of thy kindness, O Lord, is the earth full: teach me thy statutes.
Latè ranpli ak lanmou dous Ou a, O SENYÈ. Enstwi m règleman Ou yo. TETH
65 TETH. Thou hast shown goodness on thy servant, O Lord, according to thy word.
Ou te aji ak sèvitè Ou a, O SENYÈ, selon pawòl Ou.
66 The best of discernment and knowledge do thou teach me; for in thy commandments do I believe.
Enstwi mwen pou m sèvi bon jijman ak konesans, Paske mwen kwè nan kòmandman Ou yo.
67 Before I was afflicted I was in error; but now I observe thy saying.
Avan mwen te aflije, mwen te mache nan wout egare, men koulye a, mwen swiv pawòl Ou.
68 Thou art good, and doing good: teach me thy statutes.
Ou bon e Ou fè sa ki bon. Enstwi mwen nan règleman Ou yo.
69 The presumptuous have invented falsehoods against me; but I will with all my heart indeed keep thy precepts.
Awogan yo te fòje yon manti kont mwen. Avèk tout kè m, mwen va obsève tout òdonans Ou yo.
70 Gross as fat is their heart; but I take truly delight in thy law.
Kè yo rèd, kouvri ak grès, men mwen pran plezi nan lalwa Ou.
71 It is well for me that I have been afflicted, in order that I might learn thy statutes.
Li bon pou mwen ke m te aflije, pou m te kab aprann règleman Ou yo.
72 Better is unto me the law of thy mouth than thousands of gold and silver.
Lalwa bouch Ou pi bon pou mwen, pase pyès lò ak ajan pa milye. YODH
73 YOD. Thy hands have made me and established me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.
Men Ou te fè m e te fòme mwen. Ban m bon konprann pou m kab aprann kòmandman Ou yo.
74 Those that fear thee will see me and be rejoiced; because I have waited for thy word.
Ke (sila) ki krent Ou yo kapab wè m e fè kè kontan. Paske mwen mete espwa m pawòl Ou yo.
75 I know, O Lord, that thy decrees are righteous, and that in faithfulness thou hast afflicted me.
Mwen konnen, O SENYÈ, ke jijman Ou yo dwat, ke se nan nan fidelite, Ou te aflije mwen.
76 Let, I pray thee, thy kindness come to comfort me, according to thy promise unto thy servant.
O ke lanmou dous Ou a kapab konsole mwen, Selon pawòl Ou a sèvitè Ou a.
77 Let thy mercies come unto me, that I may live; for thy law is my delight.
Ke mizerikòd Ou kapab rive kote mwen, pou m kab viv, paske lalwa Ou se plezi mwen.
78 Let the presumptuous be made ashamed; because they have without a cause dealt perversely with me; but I will indeed meditate on thy precepts.
Ke awogan yo kapab vin desi, paske yo desann mwen, ranvèse mwen ak manti. Men mwen va reflechi tout tan sou òdonans Ou yo.
79 Let those that fear thee return unto me, and those that know thy testimonies.
Ke (sila) ki krent Ou yo kapab vire kote mwen. Yo va konnen règleman Ou yo.
80 Let my heart be entire in thy statutes, in order that I may not be put to shame.
Ke kè m kapab san tò nan règleman Ou yo, pou m pa vin desi. KAPH
81 CAPH. My soul ardently desireth for thy salvation: for thy word do I wait.
Nanm mwen fè gwo anvi pou sali Ou. Se pawòl Ou m ap tann.
82 My eyes look eagerly for thy promise, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?
Zye m vin ba ak anvi pawòl Ou, pandan m ap di: “Kilè W ap vin konsole mwen?”
83 For I am become like a bottle in the smoke: [yet] do I not forget thy statutes.
Sepandan, mwen vin tankou yon vye kwi diven k ap pran lafimen, Mwen pa bliye règleman Ou yo.
84 How many are the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute justice on my persecutors?
Konbyen jou sèvitè Ou gen? Se kilè Ou va pase jijman sou (sila) ki pèsekite mwen yo?
85 The presumptuous have dug pits for me, which is not in accordance with thy law.
Awogan yo fin fouye fòs yo pou mwen, (Sila) ki pa an akò ak lalwa Ou yo.
86 All thy commandments are founded on truth: without cause they persecute me; help thou me.
Tout kòmandman Ou yo fidèl. Se ak manti yo te pèsekite mwen. Fè m sekou!
87 But little was wanting that they had consumed me upon earth; but I have truly not forsaken thy precepts.
Yo te prèske fin detwi m sou latè, Men pou mwen, mwen pa t kite òdonans Ou yo.
88 According to thy kindness give me life, that I may observe the testimony of thy mouth.
Fè m reprann mwen selon lanmou dous Ou a, Pou m kab kenbe temwayaj a bouch Ou yo. LAMEDH
89 LAMED. To eternity, O Lord, standeth firm thy word with the heavens.
Jis pou tout tan, O SENYÈ, pawòl Ou fin etabli nan syèl la.
90 Unto all generations endureth thy faithfulness: thou hast established the earth, and she standeth.
Fidelite Ou pandan tout jenerasyon yo. Ou te etabli tè a e li vin kanpe nèt.
91 According to thy ordinances they exist this day: for all are thy servants.
Yo kanpe nan jou sa a selon lòd Ou. Paske tout bagay se sèvitè Ou.
92 Unless thy law had been my delights, I should long since have been lost in my affliction.
Si lalwa Ou pa t plezi mwen, mwen t ap gen tan peri nan mizè mwen an.
93 Never will I forget thy precepts; for with them thou hast kept me alive.
Mwen p ap janm bliye òdonans Ou yo, Paske se avèk yo menm ke Ou fè m reprann fòs.
94 Thine am I, save me; for thy precepts have I sought.
Se pa W mwen ye. Fè m sekou! Paske mwen te chache òdonans Ou yo.
95 Wicked men have waited for me to destroy me; [but] I will reflect on thy testimonies.
Mechan yo ap tann mwen pou detwi m. Se ak dilijans ke mwen konsidere temwayaj Ou yo.
96 Of all perfection have I seen the end; [but] thy commandment is exceedingly extended.
Mwen gen tan fin wè lizyè a tout pèfèksyon, men kòmandman Ou an vrèman vast. MEM
97 MEM. Oh how do I love thy law! all the day is it my (meditation)
O! A la mwen renmen lalwa Ou a! Se sou li ke m reflechi tout lajounen.
98 Wiser than my enemy doth thy commandment make me; for it is perpetually with me.
Kòmandman Ou yo fè m pi saj pase ènmi m yo, Paske yo toujou pou mwen.
99 Above all my teachers have I obtained intelligence; for thy testimonies are my (meditation)
Mwen vin gen plis konprann pase tout pwofesè mwen yo, Paske temwayaj Ou yo se meditasyon mwen.
100 More than the elders do I possess understanding; because thy precepts do I keep.
Mwen gen konprann plis pase granmoun yo, akoz mwen te swiv òdonans Ou yo.
101 From every evil path have I withholden my feet, in order that I might observe thy word.
Mwen te anpeche pye m antre nan tout wout ki gen mechanste, Pou m te kab kenbe pawòl Ou.
102 From thy ordinances have I not departed; for thou hast instructed me.
Mwen pa t vire kite règleman Ou yo, paske se Ou menm ki te enstwi m.
103 How much sweeter are to my palate thy sayings than honey to my mouth!
A la pawòl Ou yo dous nan gou mwen! Wi, pi dous pase siwo myèl nan bouch mwen!
104 Through thy precepts shall I obtain understanding: therefore do I hate every path of falsehood.
Soti nan òdonans Ou yo, mwen jwenn bon konprann. Pou sa, mwen rayi tout fo chemen yo. NUN
105 NUN. A lamp unto my feet is thy word, and a light unto my path.
Pawòl Ou se yon lanp pou pye m, e yon limyè nan pa pye mwen.
106 I have sworn, and I will perform it, to observe thy righteous ordinances.
Mwen te sèmante e mwen va konfime sa, Ke m va kenbe òdonans Ou yo.
107 I am afflicted exceedingly much: O Lord, revive me, according to thy word.
Mwen vin aflije anpil, anpil; fè m reprann fòs mwen, O SENYÈ, selon pawòl Ou.
108 Receive in favor the freewill-offerings of my mouth, I beseech thee, O Lord, and teach me thy ordinances.
O aksepte ofrann bòn volonte a bouch mwen an, O SENYÈ, enstwi mwen nan òdonans Ou yo.
109 My life is in my hand continually: yet thy law do I not forget.
Lavi m tout tan nan men m, malgre, mwen pa bliye lalwa Ou a.
110 The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet have I not erred from thy precepts.
Mechan yo te poze yon pèlen pou mwen, malgre, mwen pa t varye soti nan òdonans Ou yo.
111 I have taken thy testimonies as a heritage to eternity; for they are the joy of my heart.
Mwen te eritye temwayaj Ou yo pou tout tan, paske se yo ki lajwa kè m.
112 I have inclined my heart to perform thy statutes always, in all their ways.
Mwen te enkline kè m pou fè règleman Ou yo jis pou tout tan, jiska lafen. SAMEKH
113 SAMECH. Those of divided thoughts I hate; but thy law do I love.
Mwen rayi moun ki gen de fas, men mwen renmen lalwa Ou a.
114 My shelter and my shield art thou: for thy word do I wait.
Ou se kote a pou m kache a ak boukliye mwen, Mwen ap mete espwa m nan pawòl Ou.
115 Depart from me, ye evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of God.
Kite mwen, malfektè, pou m kab swiv kòmandman a Bondye mwen yo.
116 Uphold me according to thy promise, that I may live, and let me not be made ashamed of my hope.
Soutni mwen selon pawòl Ou, pou m kab viv. Pa kite mwen vin wont nan espwa mwen.
117 Support me that I may be placed in safety, and I will direct my regard unto thy statutes continually.
Kenbe mwen pou m kab jwenn sekou, pou m gen konsiderasyon pou règleman Ou yo tout tan.
118 Thou hast trodden down all that erringly stray from thy statutes; for falsehood is their deceit.
Ou te rejte tout (sila) ki te egare kite règleman Ou yo, paske sediksyon yo a pa reyisi.
119 Like dross dost thou put away all the wicked of the earth: therefore do I love thy testimonies.
Ou te fè tout mechan sou latè yo disparèt tankou kim initil. Pou sa, mwen renmen temwayaj Ou yo.
120 My flesh trembleth shudderingly from dread of thee, and of thy decrees am I afraid.
Chè m ap tranble akoz lakrent Ou menm, e mwen gen laperèz jijman Ou yo. AYIN
121 'AYIN. I have executed justice and righteousness: leave me not to those who oppress me.
Mwen te fè sa ki jis e dwat. Pa kite mwen nan men opresè mwen yo.
122 Protect thy servant for good: let not the presumptuous oppress me.
Aji kon soutyèn pou bonte a sèvitè Ou a. Pa kite awogan yo oprime mwen.
123 My eyes look eagerly for thy salvation, and for thy righteous promise.
Zye m bese ak anvi wè delivrans Ou, avèk pawòl ladwati Ou.
124 Deal with thy servant according to thy kindness, and thy statutes do thou teach me.
Aji avèk sèvitè Ou selon lanmou dous Ou a e enstwi mwen nan règleman Ou yo.
125 I am thy servant: give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.
Mwen se sèvitè Ou. Fè m konprann pou m konnen temwayaj Ou yo.
126 It is time to act for the Lord: they have broken thy law.
Se lè pou Ou aji, SENYÈ, paske yo te vyole lalwa Ou a.
127 Therefore do I love thy commandments more than gold, and more than fine gold.
Pou sa, mwen renmen kòmandman Ou yo, plis pase lò, wi plis pase lò fen.
128 Therefore do I esteem all thy precepts in all things as right: every path of falsehood do I hate.
Pou sa, mwen konsidere byen tout òdonans Ou yo selon tout bagay. Mwen rayi tout sa ki fo. PE
129 PE. Wonderful are thy testimonies: therefore doth my soul keep them.
Temwayaj Ou yo mèvèye. Akoz sa, nanm mwen toujou swiv yo.
130 The opening of thy words giveth light, it giveth understanding unto the simple.
Lè pawòl Ou antre, li bay limyè. Li bay bon konprann a (sila) ki senp yo.
131 I opened my mouth, and panted for breath; because for thy commandments did I long.
Mwen te louvri bouch mwen byen laj e te rale souf mwen byen vit. Se konsa mwen te gen anvi pou kòmandman Ou yo.
132 Turn thou unto me, and be gracious unto me, as is thy wont unto those that love thy name.
Vire kote mwen e fè m gras, menm jan ke Ou konn fè ak (sila) ki renmen non Ou yo.
133 My steps establish thou through thy promise, and suffer not any wrong to have dominion over me.
Byen etabli tout pa mwen yo nan pawòl Ou, e pa kite inikite vin domine sou mwen.
134 Deliver me from the oppression of man, and I will observe thy precepts.
Rachte mwen anba opresyon a lòm, pou m kab kenbe òdonans Ou yo.
135 Let thy face shine upon thy servant, and teach me thy statutes.
Fè figi Ou klere sou sèvitè Ou a, e enstwi mwen nan règleman Ou yo.
136 Streams of water have run down my eyes; because they had not observed thy law.
Se rivyè dlo menm ki koule sòti nan zye m, akoz yo menm ki pa kenbe lalwa Ou a. TZADHE
137 TZADDE. Righteous art thou, O Lord, and upright are thy decrees.
Oudwat, O SENYÈ e jis se jijman Ou yo.
138 Thou hast commanded thy testimonies, as righteous and faithful exceedingly.
Ou te kòmande tout temwayaj Ou yo ak ladwati. Yo fidèl nèt.
139 My zeal destroyeth me; because my assailants have forgotten thy words.
Zèl mwen fin manje m nèt, akoz advèsè mwen yo te bliye pawòl Ou yo.
140 Thy promise is greatly refined, and thy servant loveth it.

141 I am little and despised: yet thy precepts have I not forgotten.
Mwen vin piti e meprize. Mwen pa janm bliye òdonans Ou yo.
142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.
Ladwati Ou se yon dwati ki jis pou tout tan e lalwa Ou se verite.
143 Distress and trouble have overtaken me: [yet] are thy commandments my delights.
Twoub ak doulè gen tan rive sou mwen. Malgre kòmandman Ou yo se plezi mwen.
144 Righteous are thy testimonies for everlasting: give me understanding, that I may live.
Temwayaj Ou yo dwat jis pou tout tan. Ban mwen bon konprann pou m kab viv. QOPH
145 KOPH. I have called with all my heart: answer me, O Lord: thy statutes will I keep.
Mwen te kriye ak tout kè mwen. Reponn mwen, O SENYÈ! Mwen va swiv tout règleman Ou yo.
146 I have called on thee, save me, and I will observe thy testimonies.
Mwen te kriye a Ou menm. Sove mwen! Mwen va obeyi tout regleman Ou yo.
147 I come before thee in the dawn of morning, and cry: for thy word do I wait.
Mwen leve avan solèy leve pou kriye pou sekou. Mwen ap tann pawòl Ou yo.
148 My eyes are awake before the night-watches, that I may meditate in thy saying.
Zye m rete ovèt pandan vè lanwit la, konsa, pou m kab reflechi san rete sou pawòl Ou.
149 Hear my voice according to thy kindness: O Lord, according to thy decree do thou grant me life.
Tande vwa m selon lanmou dous Ou a. Fè m reprann fòs mwen, O SENYÈ, selon règleman Ou yo.
150 They that pursue mischievous devices draw nigh: from thy law are they far.
(Sila) ki swiv mechanste yo apwoche. Yo lwen lalwa Ou a.
151 Near art thou, O Lord; and all thy commandments are the truth.
Ou toupre, O SENYÈ e tout kòmandman Ou yo se verite.
152 Of old already I knew of thy testimonies; because for eternity hast thou founded them.
Depi nan tan ansyen yo, mwen te konnen de temwayaj Ou yo, ke Ou te etabli yo jis pou tout tan yo. RESH
153 RESH. Look on my affliction, and release me; for thy law have I not forgotten.
Gade sou afliksyon mwen an e delivre m, paske mwen pa bliye lalwa Ou a.
154 Plead my cause, and deliver me: according to thy promise do thou revive me.
Plede kòz mwen e rachte mwen! Fè m reprann fòs mwen selon pawòl Ou.
155 Far from the wicked is salvation; because thy statutes have they not sought for.
Sali a lwen mechan yo, paske yo pa chache règleman pa W yo.
156 Thy mercies are abundant, O Lord; according to thy decrees do thou revive me.
Gran se mizerikòd Ou yo, O SENYÈ. Fè m reprann fòs mwen selon òdonans Ou yo.
157 Many are my persecutors and my assailants: yet from thy testimonies do I not turn away.
Anpil se pèsekitè mwen yo, ak advèsè mwen yo. Malgre mwen pa vire kite temwayaj Ou yo.
158 I beheld the treacherous, and felt disgust; because they observed not thy saying.
Mwen gade moun trèt yo e mwen rayi yo nèt, akoz yo pa kenbe pawòl Ou.
159 Behold that I love thy precepts: O Lord, according to thy kindness do thou revive me.
Konsidere jan mwen renmen òdonans Ou yo. Fè m reprann fòs, O SENYÈ, selon lanmou dous Ou a.
160 The summit of thy word is truth: and the whole of thy righteous judgment endureth for ever.

161 SHIN. Princes have persecuted me without a cause; but of thy word standeth my heart in dread.
Prens yo pèsekite mwen san koz, men kè m kanpe etonnen devan pawòl Ou yo.
162 I am rejoiced over thy promise, as one that findeth great spoil.
Mwen rejwi nan pawòl Ou kon yon moun ki jwenn gwo piyaj.
163 Falsehood I hate and abhor: but thy law do I love.
Mwen rayi tankou bagay abominab, tout sa ki fo. Men lalwa Ou a, mwen renmen l nèt.
164 Seven times in the day do I praise thee because of thy righteous decrees.
Sèt fwa pa jou mwen louwe Ou, akoz òdonans dwat Ou yo.
165 Abundant peace have they who love thy law; and thee is nothing that causeth them to stumble.
(Sila) ki renmen lalwa Ou yo gen gwo lapè. Pa gen anyen pou ta fè yo chite.
166 I have hoped for thy salvation, O Lord, and thy commandments have I fulfilled.

167 My soul hath observed thy testimonies, and I love them exceedingly.
Nanm mwen kenbe temwayaj Ou yo. Mwen renmen yo anpil anpil.
168 I have observed thy precepts and thy testimonies; because all my ways are before thee.

169 TAV. Let my entreaty come near before thee, O Lord: according to thy word grant me understanding.

170 Let my supplication come before thee: according to thy promise do thou deliver me.

171 My lips shall utter praise; because thou wilt teach me thy statutes.
Kite lèv mwen eksprime lwanj, paske Ou enstwi mwen nan règleman Ou yo.
172 My tongue shall speak loudly of thy promise; for all thy commandments are righteous.
Kite lang mwen chante de pawòl Ou, paske tout kòmandman Ou yo dwat.
173 Let thy hand be [ready] to help me; for thy precepts have I chosen.
Kite men Ou parèt pou fè m sekou, paske mwen te chwazi òdonans Ou yo.
174 I have longed for thy salvation, O Lord; and thy law is my delights.
Mwen anvi wè delivrans Ou, O SENYÈ. Lalwa Ou se gran plezi mwen.
175 Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee: and let thy decrees help me.
Kite nanm mwen viv pou l kapab louwe Ou. Kite òdonans Ou yo ban m sekou.
176 I have gone erringly astray like a lost sheep: seek thy servant; for thy commandments have I not forgotten.
Mwen te vin egare tankou yon mouton pèdi. Chache jwenn sèvitè Ou a, paske mwen pa bliye kòmandman Ou yo.
