Psalms 116
1 It is lovely to me that the Lord heareth my voice, my supplications.
১মই যিহোৱাক প্ৰেম কৰোঁ, কিয়নো তেওঁ মোৰ স্বৰ আৰু কাকুতি শুনিলে।
2 For he hath inclined his ear unto me: therefore throughout all my days will I call on him.
২তেওঁ মোৰ কথালৈ কাণ পাতিলে, সেয়ে মই জীয়াই থকা দিনলৈকে তেওঁৰ ওচৰত প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিম।
3 The bands of death had compassed me, and the pangs of the nether world had overtaken me; I had met with distress and sorrow: (Sheol h7585)
৩মই মৃত্যুৰ জৰীত বান্ধ খাই পৰিছিলোঁ, চিয়োলৰ যাতনাৰ সন্মুখীন হৈছিলো, মই দুখ-কষ্ট পাইছিলো; (Sheol h7585)
4 I then called on the name of the Lord, I beseech thee, O Lord, release my soul.
৪তেতিয়া মই যিহোৱাৰ নামেৰে প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিলোঁ, “হে যিহোৱা, মই মিনতি কৰিছোঁ, তুমি মোৰ প্ৰাণ ৰক্ষা কৰা!”
5 Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; and our God is merciful.
৫যিহোৱা দয়াময় আৰু ধাৰ্মিক; বাস্তৱিক আমাৰ ঈশ্বৰ স্নেহময়।
6 The Lord preserveth the simple: I was in misery, and he helped me.
৬যিহোৱাই অমায়িক লোকক ৰক্ষা কৰে; মই অসহায় হোৱাত তেওঁ মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিলে।
7 Return, O my soul, unto thy rest; for the Lord hath dealt bountifully with thee.
৭হে মোৰ প্রাণ, তোমাৰ বিশ্ৰাম-স্থানলৈ উভটি যোৱা, কিয়নো যিহোৱাই তোমাক প্ৰচুৰ মঙ্গল কৰিলে।
8 For thou hast delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from falling.
৮কাৰণ তুমিয়েই মৃত্যুৰ পৰা প্ৰাণ, চকুলোৰ পৰা মোৰ চকু, উজুটি খোৱাৰ পৰা মোৰ ভৰি ৰক্ষা কৰিলা।
9 I will walk before the Lord in the land of life.
৯মই জীৱিতসকলৰ দেশত যিহোৱাৰ সাক্ষাতে অহা-যোৱা কৰিম।
10 I believe, therefore will I speak: I was greatly afflicted;
১০যেতিয়া মই কৈছিলোঁ, “মই অতিশয় উৎপীড়িত হৈছোঁ” তেতিয়াও যিহোৱাত মই বিশ্বাসত আছিলোঁ।
11 I indeed said in my despondency, Every man is a liar.
১১মই উদ্বেগ কৰি কৈছিলোঁ, “সকলো মানুহ মিছলীয়া।”
12 What shall I give in return unto the Lord for all his bounties toward me?
১২যিহোৱাই মোলৈ কৰা সকলো মঙ্গলৰ পৰিবর্তে মই তেওঁক কি দিম?
13 The cup of salvation will I lift up, and on the name of the Lord will I call.
১৩মই পৰিত্ৰাণৰ পানপাত্ৰ তুলি ধৰিম, আৰু যিহোৱাৰ নামেৰে প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিম;
14 My vows will I pay unto the Lord, yea, in the presence of all his people.
১৪মই যিহোৱাৰ ওচৰত মোৰ সঙ্কল্পবোৰ পূর্ণ কৰিম; তেওঁৰ সমুদায় লোকৰ সাক্ষাতেই কৰিম।
15 Grievous in the eyes of the Lord is the death of his pious ones.
১৫যিহোৱাৰ দৃষ্টিত তেওঁৰ বিশ্বাসীসকলৰ মৃত্যু বহুমূল্য।
16 O Lord, truly am I thy servant, I am thy servant, —the son of thy handmaid: thou hast loosened my fetters.
১৬হে যিহোৱা, সচাঁকৈয়ে মই তোমাৰ দাস হওঁ; মই তোমাৰ দাস, তোমাৰেই দাসীৰ পুত্ৰ; তুমিয়েই মোৰ বন্ধনবোৰ মুকলি কৰিলা।
17 Unto thee will I offer the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and on the name of the Lord will I call.
১৭মই তোমাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে ধন্যবাদাৰ্থক বলি উৎসৰ্গ কৰিম; মই যিহোৱাৰ নামেৰে প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰিম।
18 My vows will I pay unto the Lord, yea, in the presence of all his people,
১৮মই যিহোৱাৰ ওচৰত মোৰ সঙ্কল্পবোৰ পূর্ণ কৰিম; তেওঁৰ সমুদায় লোকৰ সাক্ষাতেই কৰিম।
19 In the courts of the house of the Lord, in thy midst, O Jerusalem. Hallelujah.
১৯হে যিৰূচালেম, তোমাৰেই মাজত, যিহোৱাৰ গৃহৰ চোতাল কেইখনত, মই সেই সকলো পূর্ণ কৰিম। তোমালোকে যিহোৱাৰ প্ৰশংসা কৰা!
