< Psalms 114 >

1 When Israel went forth out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of a strange language:
Israil Misirdin, Yaqup jemeti yat tilliq ellerdin chiqqanda,
2 Judah became his sanctuary, [and] Israel his dominion.
Shu chaghda Yehuda [Xudaning] muqeddes jayi, Israil uning seltiniti boldi,
3 The sea beheld it, and fled: the Jordan was driven backward.
Déngiz buni körüp beder qachti, Iordan deryasi keynige yandi;
4 The mountains skipped like wethers, the hills like lambs.
Taghlar qochqarlardek, Döngler qozilardek oynaqlidi.
5 What aileth thee, O sea, that thou fleest? thou, O Jordan, that thou art driven backward?
Ey déngiz, sen néme boldung, qachqili? Iordan deryasi, yolungdin yan’ghili?
6 Ye mountains, that ye skip like wethers? ye hills, like lambs?
Taghlar qochqarlardek, Döngler qozilardek oynaqlighili?
7 At the presence of the Lord tremble, O earth, at the presence of the God of Jacob;
I yer yüzi, Rebning jamalidin, Yaqupning Xudasining jamalidin tewren;
8 Who changeth the rock into a pool of water, the flint into a fountain of water.
U qoram tashni kölchekke, Chaqmaq téshini mol bulaq sulirigha aylanduridu.
