< Psalms 113 >
1 Hallelujah. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise ye the name of the Lord.
Mou fakamālō kia Sihova. Fakamālō, ʻakimoutolu ko e kau tamaioʻeiki ʻa Sihova, fakamālō ki he huafa ʻo Sihova.
2 Let the name of the Lord be blessed from this time forth and for evermore.
Fakafetaʻi ki he huafa ʻo Sihova mei he ʻaho ni ʻo taʻengata.
3 From the rising of the sun unto his going down the name of the Lord is praised.
Ke fakamālō ki he huafa ʻo Sihova, mei he hopo hake ʻoe laʻā ʻo aʻu ki heʻene tō hifo.
4 High above all nations is the Lord, above the heavens is his glory.
ʻOku māʻolunga hake ʻa Sihova ʻi he ngaahi puleʻanga kotoa pē, mo hono nāunau ʻoku māʻolunga hake ʻi he ngaahi langi.
5 Who is like the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high?
Ko hai ʻoku na tatau mo Sihova ko hotau ʻOtua, ʻaia ʻoku ʻafio ʻi ʻolunga,
6 Who condescendeth to view what is done in the heavens, and on the earth?
ʻOku ne fakamoʻulaloaʻi ia ke ʻafio ki he ngaahi meʻa ʻoku ʻi he langi, pea mo māmani!
7 He raiseth up out of the dust the poor, from the dunghill he lifteth up the needy:
ʻOku ne fokotuʻu hake ʻae masiva mei he efu, mo ne hiki hake ʻae paea mei he tuʻunga ʻotoʻota;
8 That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.
Koeʻuhi ke ne fakataha mo e ngaahi ʻeiki, pea ke kautaha mo e houʻeiki ʻo hono kakai.
9 He causeth the barren woman to dwell in the midst of [her] household, the joyful mother of children. Hallelujah.
ʻOku ne ngaohi ʻae fefine paʻa ke tauhi ʻae fale, pea ke hoko ʻi he fiefia ko e faʻē ʻae fānau. Mou fakamālō kia Sihova.
