< Psalms 107 >
1 BOOK FIFTH: Oh give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good; for unto eternity endureth his kindness.
Agyamankayo kenni Yahweh, ta naimbag isuna, ken ti kinapudnona iti tulagna ket agtalinaed iti agnanayon.
2 Thus let the Lord's redeemed say, even those whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the adversary;
Agsao koma dagiti sinubbot ni Yahweh, dagiditi inispalna manipud iti pannakabalin ti kabusor.
3 And whom he hath gathered out of the [various] lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the sea.
Inruarna ida kadagiti ganggannaet a daga, manipud iti laud ken manipud iti daya, manipud iti amianan ken manipud iti abagatan.
4 They wandered about in the wilderness, in the desert path; they could not find an inhabited city:
Nagalla-allada idiay let-ang iti awan matataona a dalan ket awan ti nasarakanda a siudad a pagnaedanda.
5 Hungry and thirsty, their soul within them fainted.
Gapu ta nabisinan ken nawawda, natalimudawda gapu ta napakapsutanda.
6 Then they cried unto the Lord when they were in distress, [and] out of their afflictions he delivered them.
Ket immawagda kenni Yahweh iti pakariribukanda ket inispalna ida manipud iti pakarigatanda.
7 And he led them forth on the right way, that they might go to an inhabited city.
Indalanna ida iti nalinteg a dalan tapno makapanda iti siudad a pagnaedanda.
8 They [therefore] shall give thanks unto the Lord for his kindness, and [proclaim] his wonders to the children of men!
O idaydayaw koma dagita a tattao ni Yahweh gapu iti kinapudnona iti tulagna ken gapu kadagiti nakakaskasdaaw a banbanag nga inaramidna iti sangkataoan!
9 For he satisfied the longing soul, and the hungry soul he filled with good.—
Ta penpennekenna dagiti tarigagay dagiti mawaw ken pinunnona dagiti tarigagay dagiti mabisin kadagiti nasayaat a banbanag.
10 Such as sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, bound in misery and [fetters of] iron; —
Nagtugaw dagiti dadduma iti kasipngetan ken nalidem, a balbalud iti panagsagaba ken kadagiti kawar.
11 Because they have rebelled against the words of God, and have contemned the counsel of the Most High;
Daytoy ket gapu iti panagsukirda iti sao ti Dios ken linaksidda ti pagannurutan ti Kangangatoan.
12 And he humbled with trouble their heart; they stumbled, and there was none to help;
Pinagpakumbabana dagiti pusoda babaen iti panagrigat; naitublakda ket awan iti tumulong a mangibangon kadakuada.
13 But when they cry unto the Lord when they are in distress, he saveth them out of their afflictions;
Ket immawagda ngarud kenni Yahweh iti panagrigatda ket inyaonna ida iti pakarikutanda.
14 He bringeth them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and teareth their bands asunder.
Inikkatna ida manipud iti sipnget ken lidem ken pinugsatna dagiti kawarda.
15 They [therefore] shall give thanks unto the Lord for his kindness, and [proclaim] his wonders to the children of men!
O idaydayaw koma dagita a tattao ni Yahweh gapu iti kinapudnona iti tulagna ken gapu kadagiti nakakaskasdaaw a banbanag nga inaramidna iti sangkataoan!
16 For he hath broken the doors of copper, and the bolts of iron hath he hewn asunder.—
Ta dinadaelna dagiti bronse a ruangan ken pinutedna dagiti landok a balunek.
17 Fools, because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted.
Maagda kadagiti panagsukirda ken nagrigatda gapu kadagiti basbasolda.
18 All manner of food their soul abhorreth; and they draw near unto the gates of death;
Napukawda ti ganasda a mangan iti aniaman a taraon, ket immasidegda kadagiti ruangan ti patay.
19 But when they cry unto the Lord when they are in distress, he saveth them out of their afflictions.
Ket immawagda kenni Yahweh iti panagrigatda, ket inispalna ida manipud iti pakarikutanda.
20 He sendeth his word and healeth them, and delivereth them from their graves.
Imbaonna dagiti saona ket pinaimbagna ida, ken inispalna ida manipud iti pannakadadaelda.
21 They [therefore] shall give thanks unto the Lord for his kindness, and [proclaim] his wonders to the children of men!
O dayawen koma dagita a tattao ni Yahweh gapu iti kinapudnona iti tulagna ken gapu kadagiti nakaskasdaaw a banbanag nga inaramidna iti sangkataoan!
22 They shall also sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and relate his deeds with joyful song.—
Agidatonda koma kadagiti daton ti panagyaman ken iwaragawagda dagiti aramidna babaen iti panagkankanta.
23 They who go down to the sea in ships, who do business on great waters; —
Dagiti dadduma ket nagdaliasat iti baybay babaen iti barko ken nagnegosyoda iti ballasiw ti taaw.
24 These have seen the works of the Lord, and his wonders on the deep.
Nakita dagitoy dagiti aramid ni Yahweh ken dagiti datdatlag nga inaramidna kadagiti taaw.
25 For he spoke, and he raised the stormy wind, which lifteth up its waves.
Ta binilinna ken pinarnuayna ti napigsa nga angin a nangpadalluyon kadagiti taaw.
26 They would mount up to heaven, they would go down to the depths: their soul was melted because of their danger.
Nagpangatoda aginggana iti tangatang; limnedda iti kaadalman. Narunaw dagiti biagda gapu iti pakarigatan.
27 They would reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and all their wisdom was exhausted.
Nagdiwerdiwer ken naiparusisida a kasla kadagiti mammartek ket nagpatinggan ti laingda.
28 And they cried unto the Lord when they were in distress, and he brought them out of their afflictions.
Ket immawagda ngarud kenni Yahweh iti pakariribukanda, ket inyaonna ida manipud iti pakarigatanda.
29 He calmed the storm into a whisper, and stilled were the waves of the sea.
Pinagkalmana ti bagyo ket nagtalna dagiti dalluyon.
30 And they were rejoiced because they were silent: and then he guided them unto their desired haven.
Ket nagrag-oda gapu ta kimmalma ti baybay, ken inyapanna ida iti tinarigagayanda a pagsangladan.
31 They [therefore] shall give thanks unto the Lord for his kindness, and [proclaim] his wonders to the children of men!
O dayawen koma dagita a tattao ni Yahweh gapu iti kinapudnona iti tulagna ken gapu kadagiti nakakaskasdaaw a banbanag nga inaramidna iti sangkataoan!
32 And they must exalt him in the congregation of the people, and in the assembly of the elders must they praise him.—
Itag-ayda koma isuna iti gimongan dagiti tattao ken idaydayawda koma isuna iti taripnong dagiti panglakayen.
33 He changeth rivers into a wilderness, and water-springs into parched ground;
Pagbalbalinenna a let-ang dagiti karayan, dagiti ubbog ti danum a namaga a daga,
34 A fruitful land into a salty waste, for the wickedness of those that dwell therein.
ken pagbalinenna a langalang ti nabunga a daga gapu iti kinadangkes dagiti tattaona.
35 He changeth the wilderness into a pool of water, and desert land into water-springs.
Pagbalbalinenna a dan-aw dagiti let-ang ken ti namaga a daga nga ubbog dagiti danum.
36 And there he causeth to dwell the hungry, that they may found an inhabited city;
Pagnanaedenna ti mabisin sadiay, ket mangbangonda iti siudad a pagnaedanda.
37 And they sow fields, and plant vineyards, that they may yield the fruits of the [annual] product.
Mangbangonda it siudad a pagtalonanda, a pagmulaanda iti ubas, ken mangpataud iti nawadwad nga apit.
38 He also blesseth them, and they multiply greatly, and he suffereth not their cattle to diminish.
Benbendisionanna ida isu nga immadoda. Saanna nga ipalubos a maksayan ti bilang dagiti tarakenda.
39 They were also diminished and bowed low through oppression, misfortune, and sorrow:
Bimmassit ken naibabainda gapu iti nasaem a riribuk ken panagsagaba.
40 He [then] poureth contempt upon princes, and causeth them to wander in a pathless wilderness.
Imbuyatna ti pungtotna kadagiti mangidadaulo a nakaigapuan iti panagalla-allada idiay let-ang, nga awanan iti dal-dalan.
41 And he exalteth the needy from misery, and maketh [his] families like flocks.
Ngem salsalaknibanna ti agkasapulan manipud iti panagrigat ken ay-aywananna dagiti pamiliana a kasla iti arban.
42 The righteous shall see it, and rejoice; but all wickedness shall stop her mouth.
Makita daytoy dagiti nalinteg ket agrag-oda, ket nagulimek dagiti amin a kinadangkes.
43 Whoever is wise, let him observe these things, and let [all] understand the kindness of the Lord.
Ti siasinoman a nasirib ket rumbeng a panunotenda dagitoy a banbanag ken utubenna dagiti aramid ni Yahweh iti kinapudnona ti tulagna.
