Psalms 103
1 “Of David.” Bless, O my soul, the Lord, and all that is within me, his holy name.
Alaba al Señor, alma mía; deja que todo en mí alabe su santo nombre.
2 Bless, O my soul, the Lord, and forget not all his benefits:
Alaba al Señor, alma mía; no olvides ninguna de sus bendiciones.
3 Who forgiveth all thy iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Él perdona todos tus pecados; él sana todas tus enfermedades;
4 Who redeemeth from the pit thy life; who crowneth thee with kindness and mercies;
Él retiene tu vida de la destrucción, coronándote con misericordia y gracia.
5 Who satisfieth with happiness thy spirit, so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's [plumage].
Él te llena la boca de cosas buenas, para que tu fuerza se vuelva nueva como la del águila.
6 The Lord executeth righteousness, and justice for all that are oppressed.
El Señor juzga en justicia para todos los que están en problemas.
7 He made known his ways unto Moses, unto the children of Israel his acts.
El le dio a conocer su camino a Moisés, e hizo claros sus actos a los hijos de Israel.
8 Merciful and gracious is the Lord, long-suffering and abundant in kindness.
El Señor es amable y lleno de compasión, no se enoja rápidamente, pero siempre está listo para tener misericordia.
9 Not for all eternity will he contend; nor will he for ever retain his anger.
Su sentimiento ya no será amargo; él no guardará su ira para siempre.
10 Not in accordance with our sins hath he dealt with us; nor according to our iniquities hath he requited us.
Él no nos ha dado el castigo por nuestros pecados, o la recompensa de nuestra mala acción.
11 For as high as heaven is above the earth, so mighty is his kindness toward those that fear him.
Porque como el cielo es alto sobre la tierra, grande es su misericordia para sus fieles.
12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed from us our transgressions.
En cuanto al oriente es del oeste, hasta ahora nos ha quitado nuestros pecados.
13 As a father hath mercy on his children, so hath the Lord mercy on those that fear him.
Como un padre tiene misericordia de sus hijos, así el Señor tiene misericordia de sus adoradores.
14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
Porque él tiene conocimiento de nuestro cuerpo débil; él ve que solo somos polvo.
15 As for man, like the grass are his days: as the blossom of the field, so doth he bloom.
En cuanto al hombre, sus días son como la hierba; su hermoso crecimiento es como la flor del campo.
16 When a wind but passeth over it, it is gone, and its place will recognize it no more.
El viento lo sobrepasa y se va; y deja de existir, y nadie vuelve a saber de ella.
17 But the kindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting over those that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children,
Pero la misericordia del Señor es eterna para sus adoradores, y los hijos de sus hijos verán su justicia;
18 To such as keep his covenant, and to those who remember his precepts to execute them.
Si mantienen su acuerdo, y tienen sus leyes en mente para hacerlas.
19 The Lord hath established in the heavens his throne; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
El Señor preparó su trono en los cielos; su reino está gobernando sobre todo.
20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, mighty in strength, that execute his word, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
Alaben al Señor, ustedes sus ángeles, que son grandes en fortaleza, que cumplen sus órdenes y esperan su voz.
21 Bless ye the Lord, all his hosts, ye his ministers, that execute his will.
Alaben al Señor, todos ustedes sus ejércitos; y ustedes sus siervos que hacen su placer.
22 Bless the Lord, all his works, in all the places of his dominion; bless, O my soul, the Lord.
Alaben al Señor, todas sus obras, en todos los lugares bajo su gobierno; alaba al Señor, alma mía.
