Psalms 103
1 “Of David.” Bless, O my soul, the Lord, and all that is within me, his holy name.
၁အို ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၊ထာဝရဘုရားအားထောမနာ ပြုလော့။ ငါ၏ကိုယ်စိတ်နှလုံးတို့၊ကိုယ်တော်၏ သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်သောနာမတော်အား ထောမနာပြုကြလော့။
2 Bless, O my soul, the Lord, and forget not all his benefits:
၂အို ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၊ထာဝရဘုရားအားထောမနာ ပြုလော့။ ကျေးဇူးတော်အပေါင်းကိုမမေ့မလျော့နှင့်။
3 Who forgiveth all thy iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
၃ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါ၏အပြစ်ရှိသမျှတို့ကို ဖြေလွှတ်တော်မူ၍ ငါ၏အနာရောဂါရှိသမျှတို့ကိုလည်း ပျောက်ကင်းစေတော်မူ၏။
4 Who redeemeth from the pit thy life; who crowneth thee with kindness and mercies;
၄ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါ့အားသေဘေးမှကယ်တော်မူ၍ မေတ္တာတော်နှင့်ကရုဏာတော်တို့ဖြင့် ရစ်ပတ်တော်မူ၏။
5 Who satisfieth with happiness thy spirit, so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's [plumage].
၅ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါ့အားကောင်းချီးပေးတော်မူ သဖြင့် ငါသည်လင်းယုန်ငှက်ကဲ့သို့နုပျိုသန်စွမ်း လျက်ရှိ၏။
6 The Lord executeth righteousness, and justice for all that are oppressed.
၆ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဖိစီးနှိပ်စက်ခြင်းခံရသူတို့ဘက်မှနေ၍ တရားစီရင်တော်မူသဖြင့် သူတို့၏ရပိုင်ခွင့်များကိုပေးတော်မူ၏။
7 He made known his ways unto Moses, unto the children of Israel his acts.
၇ကိုယ်တော်သည်မိမိ၏အကြံအစည်တော် များကို မောရှေအားဖော်ပြတော်မူ၍ အံ့သြဖွယ်သောအမှုတော်တို့ကိုဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့အားမြင်စေတော်မူ၏။
8 Merciful and gracious is the Lord, long-suffering and abundant in kindness.
၈ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ချစ်ခင်ကြင်နာတော်မူ၍ စိတ်ရှည်သည်းခံတော်မူလျက် ခိုင်မြဲသောမေတ္တာတော်နှင့်ပြည့်ဝတော်မူ၏။
9 Not for all eternity will he contend; nor will he for ever retain his anger.
၉ကိုယ်တော်သည်အစဉ်မပြတ်ပြစ်တင်၍နေတော် မမူ။ အစဉ်အမြဲအမျက်ထွက်တော်မမူ။
10 Not in accordance with our sins hath he dealt with us; nor according to our iniquities hath he requited us.
၁၀ငါတို့အားခံထိုက်သည့်အပြစ်ဒဏ်ကိုခံစေ တော်မမူ၊ ငါတို့၌အပြစ်များနှင့်အမှားများရှိသည့် အတိုင်း အပြစ်ပေးတော်မမူ။
11 For as high as heaven is above the earth, so mighty is his kindness toward those that fear him.
၁၁ကမ္ဘာမြေပြင်အထက်ရှိမိုးကောင်းကင်သည် မြင့်မားသည်နှင့်အမျှ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုကြောက်ရွံ့သူတို့အတွက်ထားရှိသော မေတ္တာတော်သည်ကြီးမားတော်မူ၏။
12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed from us our transgressions.
၁၂အရှေ့မျက်နှာစွန်းသည်အနောက်မျက်နှာ စွန်းနှင့် ဝေးကွာသကဲ့သို့ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါတို့အားငါတို့အပြစ်များနှင့် ဝေးကွာစေတော်မူ၏။
13 As a father hath mercy on his children, so hath the Lord mercy on those that fear him.
၁၃ဖခင်သည်သားသမီးတို့အားသနား ကြင်နာသကဲ့သို့ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိအားကြောက်ရွံ့ရိုသေ သူတို့အားသနားကြင်နာတော်မူ၏။
14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
၁၄ငါတို့ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာကိုမည်ကဲ့သို့ တည်ဆောက်ထားသည်ကိုကိုယ်တော် သိတော်မူ၏။ ငါတို့သည်မြေမှုန့်ဖြစ်ကြောင်းကိုသတိရ တော်မူ၏။
15 As for man, like the grass are his days: as the blossom of the field, so doth he bloom.
၁၅ငါတို့၏ဘဝအသက်တာသည်မြက်ပင်နှင့် တူ၏။ ငါတို့သည်တောပန်းကဲ့သို့ကြီးထွား ပွင့်လန်းလျက်နေကြ၏။
16 When a wind but passeth over it, it is gone, and its place will recognize it no more.
၁၆လေတိုက်သောအခါပန်းပွင့်သည် ကြွေပျောက်၍သွားသဖြင့် ယင်းကိုနောက်တစ်ဖန်မတွေ့မမြင်ရတော့ပေ။
17 But the kindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting over those that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children,
၁၇သို့ရာတွင်ထာဝရဘုရားကိုကြောက်ရွံ့ ရိုသေကြသူတို့အတွက် ကိုယ်တော်ထားရှိတော်မူသောမေတ္တာတော်မူကား ထာဝစဉ်ခိုင်မြဲပေသည်။ ပဋိညာဉ်တော်ကိုစောင့်ထိန်း၍ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို သစ္စာနှင့်လိုက်နာကျင့်သုံးကြသူတို့အပေါ်သို့ ကိုယ်တော်၏ကျေးဇူးကရုဏာတော်သည် သားစဉ်မြေးဆက်သက်ရောက်သတည်း။
18 To such as keep his covenant, and to those who remember his precepts to execute them.
၁၈
19 The Lord hath established in the heavens his throne; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
၁၉ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏ရာဇပလ္လင်တော်ကို ကောင်းကင်ဘုံတွင်ထားရှိတော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်စကြဝဠာကိုအစိုးရတော်မူ၏။
20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, mighty in strength, that execute his word, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
၂၀တန်ခိုးစွမ်းရည်ကြီးမား၍ကိုယ်တော်၏ အမိန့်တော်များကိုလိုက်နာလျက် ကိုယ်တော်၏စကားကိုနားထောင်သော ကောင်းကင်တမန်တို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရားအားထောမနာပြုကြလော့။
21 Bless ye the Lord, all his hosts, ye his ministers, that execute his will.
၂၁ကိုယ်တော်၏အလိုတော်အတိုင်း လုပ်ဆောင်သူအစေခံများဖြစ်သော ကောင်းကင်အာဏာပိုင်အပေါင်းတို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရားအားထောမနာပြုကြလော့။
22 Bless the Lord, all his works, in all the places of his dominion; bless, O my soul, the Lord.
၂၂ထာဝရဘုရားအုပ်စိုးတော်မူရာအရပ်ရှိ ဖန်ဆင်းခြင်းခံရသောသတ္တဝါအပေါင်းတို့၊ ကိုယ်တော်အားထောမနာပြုကြလော့။ အို ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၊ထာဝရဘုရားအားထောမနာ ပြုလော့။
