Psalms 102
1 “A prayer of the afflicted, when he is overwhelmed, and poureth out before the Lord his complaint.” O Lord, hear my prayer, and let my cry come unto thee.
၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ ကယ်မတော်မူရန်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအော်ဟစ်သံကို ကြားတော်မူပါ။
2 Hide not thy face from me on the day when I am distressed; incline unto me thy ear; on the day when I call, answer me speedily.
၂ကျွန်တော်မျိုးဒုက္ခရောက်ချိန်၌မျက်နှာတော်ကို လွှဲတော်မမူပါနှင့်။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးခေါ်သောအခါနားထောင်တော်မူ၍ လျင်မြန်စွာထူးတော်မူပါ။
3 For my days vanish in smoke, and my bones are burning like a hearth.
၃ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘဝအသက်တာသည် မီးခိုးကဲ့သို့လွင့်ပျောက်လျက် ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာသည် မီးကဲ့သို့လောင်ကျွမ်းလျက်နေပါ၏။
4 Struck [by heat] like the herb and dried up is my heart; for I forget to eat my bread.
၄ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်မြက်ပင်ကဲ့သို့အထိအခိုက် ခံရ၍ညှိုးနွမ်းလျက်ရှိပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးမှာအစားစားချင်စိတ်မရှိ တော့ပါ။
5 Because of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my flesh.
၅ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အသံကျယ်စွာညည်းညူ ရပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးမှာအရိုးနှင့်အရေသာလျှင် ရှိပါတော့သည်။
6 I am like the pelican of the wilderness: I am become like the owl amid ruins.
၆ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်တောကန္တာရရှိ တောငှက်ကဲ့သို့လည်းကောင်း၊ ယိုယွင်းပျက်စီးနေသောအဆောက်အအုံရှိ ဇီးကွက်ကဲ့သို့လည်းကောင်းဖြစ်ပါ၏။
7 I watch, and I am become like a [night-]bird sitting alone upon the housetop.
၇ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အိပ်၍မပျော်နိုင်ဘဲ ဖြစ်နေပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အိမ်မိုးပေါ်တွင်တစ်ကောင်တည်း နားနေရသောငှက်နှင့်တူပါ၏။
8 All the day my enemies reproach me: they that mock me swear by me.
၈ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားရန်သူများသည်တစ်နေ့လုံး စော်ကားကြပါ၏။ သူတို့သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုပုံခိုင်း၍ ကျိန်ဆဲကြပါ၏။
9 For ashes do I eat like bread, and my drink I mingle with weeping;
၉ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပြင်းထန်သောအမျက်တော် ကြောင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ပြာကိုအစားအစာ အဖြစ်ဖြင့် စားရပါ၏။ စပျစ်ရည်ကိုလည်းမျက်ရည်နှင့်ရော၍သောက် ရပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား ချီးမြှောက်တော်မူပြီးမှပစ်ချတော်မူပါ၏။
10 Because of thy indignation and thy wrath; for thou hadst lifted me up, and hast cast me down.

11 My days are like a shadow that declineth; and like the herb I wither.
၁၁ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘဝအသက်တာသည်ည နေချိန်၌ ကျရောက်သည့်အရိပ်ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်မြက်ကဲ့သို့ခြောက်သွေ့ သွားပါ၏။
12 But thou, O Lord, wilt sit enthroned for ever; and thy memorial is unto all generations.
၁၂သို့ရာတွင် အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ထာဝရဘုရင်ဖြစ် တော်မူပါ၏။ နာမတော်သည်ကာလအစဉ်အဆက်တည်လိမ့်မည်။
13 Thou wilt indeed arise; thou wilt have mercy upon Zion; for it is time to favor her, for the appointed time is coming.
၁၃ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ထတော်မူ၍ဇိအုန်မြို့ကို သနားတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုမြို့ကိုသနားတော်မူရန်အချိန်သည် ကျရောက်လာပါပြီ။ ယခုအချိန်သည်သင့်တော်သည့်အချိန်ပင် ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
14 For thy servants hold dear her stones, and her very dust they cherish.
၁၄ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေခံတို့သည်ဇိအုန်မြို့ ပျက်စီးသွားပြီဖြစ်သော်လည်း ထိုမြို့ကိုနှစ်သက်မြတ်နိုးလျက်ပင် ရှိနေကြပါသေး၏။ ဇိအုန်မြို့ယိုယွင်းလျက်နေသော်လည်း ထိုမြို့ကိုသနားကြပါသေး၏။
15 Then shall nations fear the name of the Lord, and all the kings of the earth thy glory:
၁၅လူမျိုးအပေါင်းတို့သည်ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ရိုသေကြလိမ့်မည်။ လောကဘုရင်အပေါင်းတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်၏ တန်ခိုးတော်ကိုကြောက်ရွံ့ရိုသေကြလိမ့်မည်။
16 When the Lord shalt have built up Zion, he appeareth in his glory;
၁၆ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ဇိအုန်မြို့ကိုပြန်လည် တည်ထောင်တော်မူသောအခါ မိမိ၏ဘုန်းအသရေတော်ကိုပေါ်လွင် ထင်ရှားစေတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
17 [When] he hath regarded the prayer of the forsaken, and doth not despise their prayer.
၁၇ကိုယ်တော်သည်မိမိစွန့်ပစ်ထားသည့်လူစု တော်၏ လျှောက်ထားချက်ကိုကြားတော်မူ၍ သူတို့၏ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာကို နားညောင်းတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
18 This shall be written down for the latest generation; and the people which shall be created shall praise the Lord.
၁၈ထာဝရဘုရားပြုတော်မူသောအမှုအရာ တို့ကို နောင်လာနောက်သားတို့အတွက် ရေးမှတ်ထားကြလော့။ သို့မှသာလျှင်သူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်အား ထောမနာပြုကြလိမ့်မည်။
19 For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; the Lord hath cast from heaven his view to the earth:
၁၉အကျဉ်းခံနေရသူများ၏ညည်းတွားသံများကို နားထောင်တော်မူရန်လည်းကောင်း၊ သေဒဏ်စီရင်ခြင်းခံရသူတို့အားလွတ်ငြိမ်းခွင့် ပေးတော်မူရန်လည်းကောင်း ထာဝရဘုရားသည်သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်သည့် အထက်ဘုံမှငုံ့၍ကြည့်တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ကောင်းကင်ဘုံမှငုံ့၍ ကမ္ဘာကိုစစ်ဆေးကြည့်ရှုတော်မူ၏။
20 To hear the sighing of the prisoner; to loosen those that are doomed to death:

21 That men may proclaim in Zion the name of the Lord, and his praise in Jerusalem;
၂၁သို့ဖြစ်၍အတိုင်းတိုင်းအပြည်ပြည်မှ လူမျိုးတကာတို့သည် စုရုံးလာကြပြီးလျှင်ထာဝရဘုရားအား ကိုးကွယ်ဝတ်ပြုကြသောအခါဇိအုန်တောင် ပေါ်၌ ကိုယ်တော်၏နာမတော်ကိုကြေညာကြလိမ့်မည်။ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့တွင်ကိုယ်တော်၏ဂုဏ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းကြလိမ့်မည်။
22 When people are gathered together, and kingdoms, to serve the Lord.—
၂၂
23 He hath weakened on the way my strength; he hath shortened my days.
၂၃ငါငယ်စဉ်အခါကပင်လျှင်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့ကိုအားအင်ချိနဲ့စေတော်မူ၍ငါ၏အသက် ကို တိုစေတော်မူပါပြီ။
24 I will say, O my God! take me not away in the midst of my days: throughout all generations are thy years.
၂၄အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးမအိုမီကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ အသက်ကိုရုပ်သိမ်းတော်မမူပါနှင့်။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်အစဉ်အမြဲ အသက်ရှင်တော်မူပါ၏။
25 In olden times didst thou lay the foundations of the earth; and the heavens are the work of thy hands.
၂၅ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ရှေးအခါကကမ္ဘာမြေ ကြီးကို တည်စေတော်မူပြီးလျှင်လက်တော်ဖြင့် မိုးကောင်းကင်ကိုဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူပါ၏။
26 These will indeed perish, but thou wilt ever exist: yea, all of them will wear out like a garment; as a vesture wilt thou change them, and they will be changed;
၂၆ထိုအရာအားလုံးသည်ကွယ်ပျောက်သွား ကြမည်ဖြစ်သော်လည်း ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်မူကားရှိနေတော်မူမည်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ထိုအရာအပေါင်းတို့သည်အဝတ်အထည်များ ကဲ့သို့ ဟောင်းနွမ်းသွားကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်အဝတ်လဲသကဲ့သို့ လဲတော်မူသဖြင့် ထိုအရာတို့သည်ပြောင်းလဲကွယ်ပျောက် သွားကြပါလိမ့်မည်။
27 But thou art ever the same, and thy years will have no end.
၂၇သို့ရာတွင်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်မူကားအဘယ်အခါ ၌မျှ ပြောင်းလဲတော်မမူပါ။ အသက်တော်သည်လည်းအဘယ်အခါ၌မျှ ကုန်ဆုံးတော်မူလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
28 The children of thy servants will dwell [securely], and their seed will be firmly established before thee.
၂၈ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏သားမြေးများသည် ဘေးမဲ့လုံခြုံစွာနေရပါလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့၏အမျိုးအနွယ်များသည်လည်း ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ထံတော်၌လုံခြုံစွာခိုလှုံ ရပါလိမ့်မည်။
