Proverbs 10

1 The proverbs of Solomon. A wise son causeth [his] father to rejoice; but a foolish son is the grief of his mother.

پادىشاھ سۇلايماننىڭ پەند-نەسىھەتلىرى: ــ دانا ئوغۇل ئاتىسىنى شاد قىلار؛ ئەقىلسىز ئوغۇل ئانىسىنى قايغۇ-ھەسرەتكە سالار.

2 Treasures of wickedness will not profit aught; but righteousness will deliver from death.

ھارام بايلىقلارنىڭ ھېچ پايدىسى بولماس؛ ھەققانىيەت ئىنساننى ئۆلۈمدىن قۇتۇلدۇرار.

3 The Lord will not suffer the soul of the righteous to famish; but the sinful desires of the wicked will he cast away.

پەرۋەردىگار ھەققانىي ئادەمنىڭ جېنىنى ئاچ قويماس؛ لېكىن ئۇ قەبىھلەرنىڭ نەپسىنى بوغۇپ قويار.

4 He becometh poor that laboreth with an indolent hand, but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.

ھۇرۇنلۇق كىشىنى گاداي قىلار؛ ئىشچانلىق بولسا باياشات قىلار.

5 He that gathereth in summer is an intelligent son; [but] he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame.

يازدا ھوسۇلنى يىغىۋالغۇچى ــ دانا ئوغۇلدۇر؛ لېكىن ئورما ۋاقتىدا ئۇخلاپ ياتقۇچى ــ خىجالەتكە قالدۇرىدىغان ئوغۇلدۇر.

6 Blessings come upon the head of the righteous; but the mouth of the wicked covereth violence.

بەرىكەت ھەققانىي ئادەمنىڭ بېشىغا چۈشەر؛ ئەمما زوراۋانلىق يامانلارنىڭ ئاغزىغا ئۇرار.

7 The memory of the just is [destined] to be blessed; but the name of the wicked shall rot.

ھەققانىي ئادەمنىڭ يادىكارى مۇبارەكتۇر؛ يامانلارنىڭ نامى بولسا، سېسىق قالار.

8 The wise in heart will accept commandments; but he that is a fool in his speaking will stumble.

دانا ئادەم يوليورۇق-نەسىھەتلەرنى قوبۇل قىلار؛ كوت-كوت، نادان كىشى ئۆز ئايىغى بىلەن پۇتلىشار.

9 He that walketh uprightly ever walketh securely; but he that perverteth his ways will be punished.

غۇبارسىز يۈرگەن كىشىنىڭ يۈرۈش-تۇرۇشى تۇراقلىقتۇر، يوللىرىنى ئەگرى قىلغاننىڭ كىرى ئاخىرى ئاشكارىلىنىدۇ.

10 He that winketh with the eye causeth vexation; and he that is a fool in his speaking will stumble.

كۆز ئىشارىتىنى قىلىپ يۈرىدىغانلار ئادەمنى داغدا قالدۇرار؛ كوت-كوت، نادان كىشى ئۆز ئايىغى بىلەن پۇتلىشار.

11 A source of life is the mouth of the righteous; but the mouth of the wicked covereth violence.

ھەققانىي ئادەمنىڭ ئاغزى ھاياتلىق بۇلىقىدۇر، ئەمما زوراۋانلىق ياماننىڭ ئاغزىغا ئۇرار.

12 Hatred stirreth up strifes; but love throweth a cover over all transgressions.

ئۆچمەنلىك جېدەل قوزغار؛ مېھىر-مۇھەببەت ھەممە گۇناھلارنى ياپار.

13 On the lips of the man of understanding there is found wisdom: but a rod is for the back of him that is void of sense.

ئەقىل-ئىدراقلىك ئادەمنىڭ ئاغزىدىن دانالىق تېپىلار؛ ئەقىلسىزنىڭ دۈمبىسىگە پالاق تېگەر.

14 Wise men treasure up knowledge; but the mouth of the foolish is an approaching terror.

دانا ئادەملەر بىلىملەرنى زىيادە توپلار؛ لېكىن ئەخمەقنىڭ ئاغزى ئۇنى ھالاكەتكە يېقىنلاشتۇرار.

15 The wealth of the rich man is his strong town: the terror of the poor is their poverty.

مال-دۇنيالىرى گويا مەزمۇت شەھەردەك باينىڭ كاپالىتىدۇر؛ مىسكىننى ھالاك قىلىدىغان ئىش دەل ئۇنىڭ نامراتلىقىدۇر.

16 The labor of the righteous [tendeth] to life: the product of the wicked is for sin.

ھەققانىيلارنىڭ ئەجىرلىرى جانغا جان قوشار، قەبىھلەرنىڭ ھوسۇلى گۇناھنىلا كۆپەيتىشتۇر.

17 On the way unto life is he that observeth correction; but he that forsaketh reproof is in error.

نەسىھەتنى ئاڭلاپ ئۇنى ساقلىغۇچى ھاياتلىق يولىغا ماڭار؛ تەنبىھلەرنى رەت قىلغان كىشى يولدىن ئازغانلاردۇر.

18 He that hideth hatred hath lips of falsehood; and he that spreadeth abroad an evil report, is a fool.

ئاداۋەت ساقلىغان كىشى يالغان سۆزلىمەي قالماس؛ تۆھمەت چاپلىغانلار ئەخمەقتۇر.

19 In a multitude of words transgression cannot be avoided; but he that refraineth his lips is intelligent.

گەپ كۆپ بولۇپ كەتسە، گۇناھتىن خالىي بولماس، لېكىن ئاغزىغا ئىگە بولغان ئەقىللىقتۇر.

20 [Like] choice silver is the tongue of the righteous: the heart of the wicked is worth but very little.

ھەققانىي ئادەمنىڭ سۆزى خۇددى ساپ كۈمۈش؛ ياماننىڭ ئويلىرى تولىمۇ ئەرزىمەستۇر.

21 The lips of the righteous feed many: but fools die through lack of sense.

ھەققانىي ئادەمنىڭ سۆزلىرى نۇرغۇن كىشىنى قۇۋۋەتلەر؛ ئەخمەقلەر ئەقلى كەملىكىدىن ئۆلەر.

22 The blessing of the Lord it is which maketh rich, and painful labor addeth nothing thereto.

پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ئاتا قىلغان بەرىكىتى ئادەمنى دۆلەتمەن قىلار؛ ئۇ بەرىكىتىگە ھېچبىر جاپا-مۇشەققەت قوشماس.

23 It is as sport to a fool to do wicked deeds; but a man of understanding hath wisdom.

ئەخمەق قەبىھلىكنى تاماشا دەپ بىلەر؛ ئەمما دانالىق يورۇتۇلغان كىشىنىڭ [خۇرسەنلىكىدۇر].

24 What the wicked dreadeth, that will come upon him: but the longing of the righteous will God grant.

يامان كىشى نېمىدىن قورقسا شۇنىڭغا ئۇچرار؛ ھەققانىي ئادەمنىڭ ئارزۇسى ئەمەلگە ئاشۇرۇلار.

25 As the whirlwind passeth by, the wicked is no more; but the righteous is an everlasting foundation.

يامان ئادەم قۇيۇندەك ئۆتۈپ يوقار؛ لېكىن ھەققانىي ئادەم مەڭگۈلۈك ئۇلدەكتۇر.

26 As vinegar is to the teeth, and as smoke is to the eyes: so is the sluggard to those that send him.

ئادەم ئاچچىق سۇ يۇتۇۋالغاندەك، كۆزىگە ئىس-تۈتەك كىرىپ كەتكەندەك، ھۇرۇن ئادەمنى ئىشقا ئەۋەتكەنمۇ شۇنداق بولار.

27 The fear of the Lord increaseth [man's] days; but the years of the wicked will be shortened.

پەرۋەردىگاردىن ئەيمىنىش ئۆمۈرنى ئۇزۇن قىلار، ياماننىڭ ئۆمرى قىسقارتىلار.

28 The expectation of the righteous is joy; but the hope of the wicked shall perish.

ھەققانىي ئادەمنىڭ ئۈمىدى خۇرسەنلىك ئېلىپ كېلەر؛ لېكىن رەزىلنىڭ كۈتكىنى يوققا چىقار.

29 The way of the Lord is a stronghold to the upright; but terror is destined to the workers of injustice.

پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ يولى دۇرۇس ياشاۋاتقانلارغا باشپاناھدۇر؛ قەبىھلىك قىلغۇچىلارغا بولسا ھالاكەتتۇر.

30 The righteous shall never be removed; but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth.

ھەققانىيلارنىڭ ئورنى مۇستەھكەمدۇر؛ يامانلار زېمىندا ئۇزۇن تۇرماس.

31 The mouth of the just uttereth wisdom; but the tongue of perverseness shall be cut out.

ھەققانىي ئادەمنىڭ ئاغزىدىن دانالىق چىقار؛ لېكىن شۇملۇق تىل كېسىپ تاشلىنار.

32 The lips of the righteous know [how to obtain] favor; but the mouth of the wicked [speaketh] perverseness.

ھەققانىي ئادەمنىڭ سۆزى كىشىگە موك خۇشياقار؛ يامان ئادەمنىڭ ئاغزىدىن شۇملۇق چىقار.
